Here's what I know. Suicide hurts family, friends, acquaintances, neighbors.. horribly. It creates sadness and despair for them. It also kills off the person you could be. The one who's snapped out of depression and is happy. There are countless stories of those who've come out of hard times, depression, melancholy and found happiness and purpose or at least a reason for going on. things change and they do get better.

This is correct, and not just for me. Unemployment is at a fifty year low. Unemployment for women is at a sixty year low, and unemployment for Hispanics and blacks is at an all time low. Business is booming due to low taxes and reduced regulatory burdens. Constitutionalism is returning to the Federal courts. The military has been reinvigorated. The southern border is finally being controlled and is no longer wide open, and the grievance-based, victim ideology that has been inculcated into our society for more than half a century is finally being exposed for the toxic ideology that it is. It is for this reason that the progressive left is panicking. They intuitively know that their reign is coming to an end and are pulling out all the stops to prevent it. It's no accident that academia, the media, big tech, and the Democratic party are working in lock-step. Why wouldn't they? The time to feign impartiality is over. They must win now or it is game over, and they know it.

Memories are very short... Obama period has pictures of overcrowding and stories of illegal's dying... nobody cared. They put folks in cages and they greatly expanded the ability to keep folks cuz it was needed... They deported how many ? Biden is ducking left and right on this issue now... but Now the left care about illegals? No, this is nothing about caring. This is folks nature showing its worse side: Pretending to care is a smoke screen to continue the revolt. Real and True caring would be meeting to pass a bill to fix the problems their own laws created.

That's not the president doing this. That's the media, hollywood, and the establishment who are doing everything in their power to divide the population and tank the president's approval rating so they can impeach. After his inauguration speech, the liberal talking points were about how "dark and divisive" is speech was when it was anything but that. Then it was onto Russian Collusion. Then Stormy Daniels. Then tax returns. Then he's a racist. Then back to Russia. Then more Stormy Daniels. More Russian Collusion. More racist/sexist. Back to Russian Collusion. Back to Stormy Daniels. Back to taxes. And it repeats over and over and over. it is the current power structure doing what they can to burn everything down so to speak. You must only consume liberal media.

Never posted in any forum ever, I'm sure I'll get the hang of it though, I've been practicing qigong on and off for 15 or so years, but not properly really, recently I have come up against some issues and I want to know more from those who have a deeper experience than myself.

Not sure where this is going, but since it's apparently story-time. "You get more of what you pay for." - that's a basic truth. If you pay for homelessness then you get more homelessness. If you pay for welfare then you get more welfare. If you pay for crime then you get more crime. If you pay for illegal aliens then you get more illegal aliens. Alternately, If you pay for entrepreneurship then you get more entrepreneurship. If you pay for innovation then you get more innovation. If you pay for industry then you get more industry. If you pay for liberty then you get more liberty. So, basic question: What are we paying for?

Hi i am 29 and pretty New to this topic. I experienced many strange things in live that made me think there has to be something more then just the physical World we are told about at school and everywhere Else. I got interested in topics like Meditation, out of body experiences, telephaty and others. So i am looking for something to enrich my life and on the other Hand i am very curious if i can manage to tap into that and maybe See auras / feel thoughts of others and everything that is connected to this topic. I got interested in QiGong because i knew that FalunGong / QiGong are forbidden in China, that made me think, why? Top effective? I took that to decide for myself that i gonna Start there. Help is greatly appreciated cause i am new and want to learn. Kind regards

Pretty sure we're all hoping to see a 6th term from this President.
  10. 2 points
And I take that to mean that your quality of life has improved, meaning you feel confident in this style of leadership, and would like to see a second term? It should be quite obvious, but I just need to ask. In the eyes of many, there is massive effort to whitewash his scandalous past, but its fine if you want to call that a difference of opinion. Thanks, appreciate the response.

I would give you that it is not phony which means not genuine. It is your opinion. I just think his point is that your refrain of being a neutral observer comes laced with incomplete picture, regardless of not having a dog in the fight. For example, I would argue that your point of " displays habitually the hallmarks of someone unfit for office" describes most of congress. There is a failure to do their job and have decided to use their position to just intentional 'not play ball'. Although politicians are regionally voted in, they do some very unseemly unpopular things from a national point of view. That's a bit of an awkward situation but it is likely the most reasonable way to attempt to represent states. Your comments are laced with optimist critic... "all thats wrong will finally be put right"... Who is saying that? Your interpretation seems again, inaccurate. Every administration tries to 'fix' what they see as broken but some things are more systemic to human psychology than politics; some are more indicative of emotion than rationality. Europe likely goes through these 'reminders' in a more uncivil and upheaval way (has seen in the last few years), so it is nothing to new except to the US to face the mirror. So Obama is then an abject failure? His division, lies, and failures of policy lead to a red carpet of Trumpism. I think history will have more fodder as more is revealed too. Division is almost always a given. The difference seems to me to be the emotional health of the side one takes. And what we see is a very unhealthy side in the left (not 100% but as a matter of the point of division). The left turned their back before the election, during and after, and ever since. Add in congress and the media. Trump did not divide the country as these people were ALREADY on the left and have been most of their life. If they were left all their life, then what changed ? Trump being president ? Please... their emotional instability raised its head when faced with something they are not comfortable with. Instead of taking a rational approach to discuss the disagreements, to talk about how to improve things, they decided a revolt was easier. The left united in revolt. That is an intentional and willful division to destabilize and weaken the US. They are not traitors but I would say it is a picture of malcontent gone in an ugly direction. So, intentional revolts, turning one's back in unity for two years, make up stories and lies, playing the victim for two years is not a funny way of going about it either ? Again, you can focus on ONE who seems unfit and then ignore the millions who are irrational... the congress who is ignoring their job. This is not to say that Trump+Admin has been a bed of roses. Tons of missteps, slurs, cabinet picks that were shoddy, etc. But imagine an underbelly of those within the political realm+intelligence who have their mind set against the incoming administration. Any why ? Because their candidate lost ? My wife was talking to a friend who said she hated Trump. My wife asked why... she could not come up with a single reason. When pressed what she actually knew about Trump, she said she knew nothing... This reminds me of 5 year old children in protests holding signs degrading their president... Who in the world would force a child to do that? That seems rather cruel on some level to put into a child's mind your own hatred for something and about something they cannot have any concept of... yet, they will go around school with this idea that Trump is evil, etc. That's where the left has taken it. Nobody seems to care about the actions like this and the effect it has on future generations to be able to be a neutral observer.

CT ....Maybe I need to explain this in Buddhist terms. You are not saying that which is acceptable. Trump is actually a manifestation in flux, with no ultimate individual self. Your opinions are an illusion. Your judgements are an error of your ego. Like a mushroom, you have been kept in the dark and have been fed a pile of crap. You are looking through a pinhole contaminated with propaganda. In the Tibetan book of the dead, I am told, there are scary things which have a positive effect and your maturity is needed to understand that appearances are misleading. ............ The Squad, have pretty faces, and stoke racism by wrongly accusing people who are offended by that. AOC won't be the nominee but she and her three tools are being very damaging on their way out. And yes, it is easy to blame the Dems , because their representatives are destructive. They are doing identity politics , that is their gig this cycle , fanning the embers of racism is being done by those who deem themselves brown, deem America white , deem America bad , and deem white America bad. 7-9-19 11:08

Government doesn't want to produce a solution to anything. I took on a program about 10 years ago. The program was a box of facts, figures, and numbers. Every two or three months politicians and other high ranking officials would have an interest in this program and request new ways of how the data was presented. So I'd oblige and produce the data. You would be surprised at how many different ways data can be presented. Then I started meeting old timers they'd tell me, "in five or 10, or 20 years there is going to be someone new sitting in your seat producing the same reports you are and nothing will have changed." Well, it's been at least 5 years since I've really had much to do with the program and nothing has changed. But the person who took it over is crunching numbers on this program and nothing has changed since I was part of the project. It's about having a box and maintaining it. If the problem in the box is solved, then that box goes away.

Good point. If I say that the Big-Pharma doesn't want to produce cures, but instead wants to produce symptom-relief then people naturally say "yes, that makes sense," but if I say that Big-Gov'ment doesn't want to produce solutions, but instead wants to produce a grievance culture around victimhood then I am called a hater. Go figure...

I am told it's a true story, and is analogous to the strategy of the 'party of the Klan'. The idea is to remain in power by doing that which is popular, but maintains the inequitable social structure. They have to inflame race and gender issues to keep their voter base. That's why I fully expect major voter fraud by illegals, fostered by the Dems ,combined with payback ,for opening the border completely.

I don't think it has to do with deliverance but correction. And I would not use 'leadership' because it gets twisted into a moral imperative when some just see it for policy issues. To talk about 'benefiting the country' is premature. There should not be an expectation of any president for quick fixes. What we should hope for is no quick failures that thoroughly disturb markets and lifestyles... think Obamacare... a selective fix with disastrous implications to the rest. Again, I say wait 50 years. I personally don't care if my quality of life has improved because that is again a short-term view for the most part. My mental outlook is not dependent on a president's personal life or past. I didn't care about the past of any president... nor what they did during their tenure (Clinton). I don't care about the past of the hundreds of congressmen, senators, etc that have done the same if not worse. That is a 'wash' to me; both sides will have this and that will never end. So it will always be a non-issue to me, and that seems fair to all politicians on both sides if I treat them all equally that way. In case an extreme example gets put to me.. likely if Epstein were to try to run for office, I'd likely not be comfortable with that... but you'd never see me protesting. That's a waste of time for me. If I had a chance to vote, I know how I would vote. Should he have a second term? I tend to think so in order to continue some of the changes but there are a few big ones that I think the left will completely sink if in place. I think if folks allowed it to play out and see where it goes, there are some chances for something better than what we've seen in the last 40 years. I have never felt any president should stop what they are doing as I think we have to give them the benefit of letting their idea play out over a few years. We can see later whether that worked out or need to try something else.

Lu Zijian and Late Great Master Huo were sworn brothers with Huo being the elder brother. They fought together the monopolistic influence of Foreign freight companies deserving first the Yangtze river then later in Shanghai. Later they join Chinese Resistance against Japanese troops. He killed three Japanese Martial arts experts in duels. During of the raids they launched against the Japanese troops, Lu’s wife was killed. He used one single palm to kill one Foreign boxer named Marshall. The name of Lu Zijian grew very fast so that Chiang Kai-shek (Jiang Jie Shi) the Chinese military and political leader who was leading the Kuomintang (KMT) appointed him as one-star general and Head Bodyguard (General Chiang had thirteen top bodyguards, all of them were his disciples). During China’s Liberation Lu did not follow the major of Chiang’s remaining troops in Taiwan, he choose to stay in Mainland China, he stayed in a labor camp up to 70’s. But later he held progressively important posts such as President of Chongqinq North South Wushu Federation, Martial Arts Chief Instructor of the We He Chongqing Headquarters, Chairman of the Association of Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine, President of Sichuan Province Martial Arts Association, Director of the Chinese Martial Arts Research Institute... In 1982 he was Gold medalist of the Gold Lion National Martial Arts Tournament. He received a special Gold Award in 1984 at the Emei Mountain Boxing Tournament. 1985 appointed President of the International Gongfa Association. 1994, the Chief Adviser of the International Qigong Association, in 2000 he received the gold medal Senior People from the Chinese State Administration of Sports. The Chinese Ministry of Sports, Department of Martial Arts attributed him the title of “Leading authority of Chinese Martial Arts” and rewarded the highest rank of Nine Duan in 2002. He was the Honorary President of the Chinese Wudang Wushu Federation. His contribution as Expert in Chinese Medicine Treatments for Bone Injuries is widely recognized as he treated successfully numbers of patients in whole China. Besides his pedagogic skills, his chivalric and generous temperament lead him to nurture thousands of disciples including foreign students, some of them are even very famous and own their own martial arts schools, perpetuating the “Zijian” style martial arts. All are under the head organization of Mr. Wang Qinghua. In 1986, he was hired as Principal Consultant International Qigong Society. In the same year he was appointed as Vice resident of the Wudang Martial Arts Development Center of California General Counsel. Since the implementation of the national Wushu Duan ranking system, Lu was involved in the long-term task to revise the teaching and training in Chinese martial arts with all the other 9 Duan top ranking experts of Chinese Martial Arts.

I hear you... but let's realize that any system needs to be systematic with checks and controls. I think parts of what you say would work in the sense that: If you give them no reason to hide (ie: let them work), they will feel less the need to hide. The real challenge is in enforcement in the end: Who oversees it all to ensure compliance? e-Verify will be used by those who have legals; employers will give I-9s to legals. So there would need to be a way to regulate businesses from hiring undocumented and we should ensure they are paying taxes (and not loving off the state). I would be for something sensible but enforcement is the problem, IMO. Let's take a hypothetical on 'no wall'. Let's say 11 million come across the border... oh crap, that is reality in terms of 11 million illegals in the US. Did you know that only 7 states have a population larger than 11 million ? 11 million makes up the 12 smallest states/district... then it is the next 6 states to pass 11 million again. So two sets of that is almost half the US. When does the 'no wall' close ?
  22. 1 point
I see a big difference, but photos do not convey well the context of events. Like... Some of those photos of people in blankets are from the Obama administration, and these illegals are only expecting a short duration internment. It's not the Ritz ,nor Disneyland, but it's not the garbage dumps of Mexico City the gas Chambers of Auschwitz, or the streets of San Francisco.

holding the breath at all is silly unless doing something other than anapanasati-breathConditioning-stillness (i.e. not achieving regular samhadi yet and working towards...) you simply dont fully de-link from the identification of the breath process fully - to the extent that there is any pause whatsoever, refer to a piston's motion inside of an engine relative to the crankshaft at the bottom of the stroke while there is the lowest piston-crankshaft angle - the piston sort of pauses its motion even though the crankshaft continues its motion through the bottom of the stroke and into the upside. paying good attention is what burns the pattern into the medulla's subconscious breath programming more efficiently - so by programming no pauses in there, it makes the autonomic effects that much more efficient when they are being relied upon. so I guess perhaps maybe we can differentiate between where breath retention is useful instead of overlapping it with a context of achieving samhadi - because "active" things will not directly produce samhadi.

The reason why there’s many meditation techniques is because everyone is different and they have different goals and what approach suits them best. The skills your after such as reading thoughts and seeing auras usually are considered “siddhis” (powers) and are not the goal in themselves, but rather sometimes a biproduct of some spiritual training. If I had to give you any advice it would be to start by being aware of your body and the feelings in it. Your emotions, your thoughts and if you can feel it, the energy running through it. The “spirit world” is very subtle and requires a quiet mind in order to access. One thing you could try that may expedite things is to find someone who does reiki or some energy healing work... that can help draw your attention to the subtle feelings. Cheers

Thank you for the warm greeting here, thats sadly not usual when surfing through the Internet. My Main Problem i noticed following that topic is that there are so many ways to meditate and all glorify different approaches. For me as a Newcomer it's pretty hard to gather the specific Informations i desire where i can be Sure it works or that its the "best" approach. I dont want to get caught in a specific "style" Training, maybe not knowing that exactly this one i choose needs decades to get a good grip on it. Is there something like "here Do this 10 steps for starters" or maybe a specific approach i should try if i thrive for confirmation to myself that this paranormal thing is real and i want to. Explore it? (for example Do A then B then C then you should see an Aura or feel the energy building or something like that that would boost my interest even further in this topic?) Thank you in advance

No. I don't think this will be the case among the African American population at large. Black America is, for the most part, accustomed to getting the shaft. And a bird in the hand today is worth ten times two in the bush at some un-determined point in the future that may never come. They'll vote for known entitlements today. Regarding the flood of Irish and Italians turn of the century. I always figured it was the Vatican orchestrating that to get a solid Catholic foothold into the country. Seems our politicians have probably always been for sale to the highest bidder.

~ BUDDHA SPEAKS ~ Mahamati: World Honored One, how did the Bodhisattvas and Mahasattvas abandon the view of an absolute arising, dwelling, or dissolving? Buddha: They abandoned it in this manner. They cognized that all phenomena are like an ephemeral illusion and dream, that they are detached from the duality of self and others, and that they are therefore unborn [emptiness.] They focused on the mind's manifestations and cognized external reality as unreal. By perceiving the unreality of phenomena, they brought about the cessation of the outflowing sensory consciousness. Because they cognized the unreality of their psychosomatic aggregates and the interacting conditions of the three planes of cosmic existence as originating from their deluded mind, they saw external and internal phenomena as devoid of any inherent nature and as transcending all concepts. Having abandoned the view of an absolute arising [of phenomena,] they realized the illusory nature and thereby attained insight into the unborn Dharma [expanse of emptiness.]

You keep claiming neutrality and then disprove it. Your assertion of flaws is again , your subjective spin, again , it's an insult. In This post, you again dodge what the racist gangsterish stuff IS. You can hang tough but that is not where you diverge from neutrality, you diverge as you pass judgement and claim objectivity. They called Pelosi a racist, they called Biden a racist, they called Homan a racist, they claim ICE is racist. Trump is called Hitler etc. It's ridiculous. Do you even know what the Nazis did? It would appear you dont. Obama deported more people, and built the detention facilities. Castro and Schumer voted for border controls. Omar and AOC voted AGAINST , funding for toothbrushes and beds. They,, like you,, are throwing around this slander as a panacea for their own faults. A third , a third, a third of the kids being brought across the border are being TRAFFICKED and are not even related to the people who are exposing them to criminals, rapists, bringing them across the deadly desert, across the churning Rio Grande! The guys dragging them out of the river, are our border guys,,only half of whom are Hispanic themselves!

I despised Trump while he was running. Ted Cruz was my candidate of choice. At the time I thought Trump was a bumbling fool and was terrified at the prospect of him winning the nomination. When Cruz dropped out and Trump became the nominee, I was aghast. I even considered voting for Hillary. Then sanity returned and I realized I had two choices: vote Hillary (whom I knew would be bad for the country) or vote Trump (whom I hoped might not be bad for the country). On election day I crossed my fingers and voted Trump. When he won and was subsequently sworn in I watched with great trepidation. If he acted as president the way he acted as candidate then I would be quick to take action. To my great pleasure he began keeping his promises and actually started governing quite well. He still speaks off the cuff and says cringeworthly things, but by and large he is showing great leadership and is worthy of high praise. As you can see, I completely understand the change in Lindsey Graham.

I’d say no. Afaik one is supposed to build from the ground up, like a house. When the house is good to live in and store your reserves in you use it. When you need to dip into your reserves you do so from the top. Analogy: you are human between heaven and earth, you live off the earth and what heaven feeds it to grow. So first you make sure you can stand on the ground, the study yourself while you study the earth and once you have built considerable relationship to the earth you can gain from heaven and study your relationship with both of them. So when you use energy you get it from the sky, through your connection to the earth and it is expressed out of you in a similarly descending direction. This is probably overly simplified and only corresponding to where i’m at and in no way a final thing. I’m still learning from earth and it is slow.

I'm lazy and enjoy my food too much, but I achieved minute and a half averages before. Its got more to do with the work you put in as opposed to the little refinements that show their max efficacy after the fundamentals are roted into the muscle memory. That's the whole point of eliminating the airflow-signal to the olfactory nerve and rolling the inhales and exhales into one another, is that it conveys that exact same sense that happens momentarily from those little energy-peaks during meditation where its comfortable to sit with the excess until it burns off a bit and you have to breathe again. Its really all about the signals generated and the energy consumed by the generation of those signals. Once that additional energy is there as a matter of regularity and its built upon, that's what forms the basis for samhadi - so those energy boosts and such are signposts along the way, its the sparks off a flint before the fire gets going. Once the endocrine system is fully primed and gung is built and samhadi happens regularly, how can one not be happy - but that really winds up also manifesting the childlike wonder at everything too, where one can look at most things and winds up deriving simple pleasure from their sheer existence. That becomes more of an ongoing state instead of something that happens momentarily, which eventually gives rise to a contentment. I dont really see it as useful to think of it as limited, shallow, effortful, or unsatisfactory - instead I see it as merely signposts on the way, and all attendant phenomena are experiences to be had and recognized, transcended positively as opposed to thinking the body is a nasty bag of crap that just helps us get from point a to point b.

Hi Steve. Definitions... Mental jerkoff ~ fundamentalist moron. Confused Tzu ~ all brains but had no heart. Laoists ~ those named after Lao Tze "Lousy" ~ rings like Lao Tze Taoists have an attitude like: Keep it up ~ smeller of unmentionable humor... - Anand
  41. 1 point
Well, to be more precise. We know that religions or philosophies have a spectrum of adherents, which goes from mystic at one end, to fundamentalist at the other end. Except for Taoism, which is neither just religion nor philosophy. Problem solved! No, it's not that simple. We also know that fundamentalists are such fragile little things, that they need the support of their family and neighbors, in order to feel justified in their idiotic beliefs. Therefore they become evangelists to spread the 'message' and get recruits. Also, since misery loves company, they want everyone else to join them as slaves. Well, the Taoists saw these fundamentalist morons coming a mile away, so they named their fundamentalists Confucians, after the mental person (see, I didn't say mental jerkoff) named Confused Tzu, who was all brains but had no heart. That's also why there is no art of philosophy in Taoism, the philosophers are Confucians, although they imagine they are Laoists, after the person named Lao Tze (sounds like "Lousy"). So Taoists have an attitude like: If someone sez they want to become Taoist, it's like "yeah right, entertain yourself ... over there, far away". If someone sez they don't want to be a Taoist, it's like "Great, don't let the door slam against your posterior on the way out."

I certainly don’t ‘look’ spiritual. And I’m certainly not awakened... I’m very much at the preparatory stage of practice. Yes - this is so important. It’s a huge issue and a big, dangerous pitfall on the path. I discussed this on the Mooji suicide thread. As your energy is amplified all your personal ‘defilement’ is amplified too... that’s why you see so many brash and arrogant internal arts ‘masters’. And sex and power crazed gurus. It’s a really tricky stage because it can consume you without you noticing - and it often happens as aspects of you start to wake up. So often you’ll have a bit of freedom (that students can sense) but a lot of ego. That’s why I’m starting to see the wisdom of the ‘lineage’ system. Where peers at a later stage than you can keep an eye on your progress and nudge you back on course. And most importantly stop you from teaching during the amplified sex and power / inflated base desires stage.

I'd encourage you to get the perineum movement down. When the navel draws inward, the perineum draws upward. The good news is they are coordinated like this for normal abdominal and reverse breathing so you could try the other method to see if you feel it any more. Also, you can put your finger on your perineum when doing the breathing to see if it is moving. In some cases you may even feel it is moving but once you touch it you find out it does not.

Yes, GMDW's Detox Meditation that he calls "Monk Watching the Moon" (same Chinese name as the FP meditation, "Monk Gazing At Moon") is very effective. It was something he taught outside of FP Qigong, so I also teach it outside of FP as an ancillary tool. Also try his healing meditation that he describes as having some postures similiar to Tai Chi but is not Tai Chi. It is a good Qigong exercise that builds vital energy that can be transmitted across space as he suggests you try to do in experiment(s) with your friends. I will always remember last year when I emailed him from a surgical waiting room in Johns Hopkins Hospital and asked him to tell us what was wrong with our then 5 year old daughter who was there for exploratory surgery. He graciously dropped everything to tune in and immediately got back to us and described what he saw and he told us the surgeons would not be able to see the source of the problem due to the intestines being so flimsy. Shortly after that the surgical team called us in to report their findings and they were exactly as Eric had reported to us, almost verbatim! My wife and I looked at each other in astonishment as the surgeons each gave us their findings. At times I have trusted my life and that of some of my loved ones with Eric's care.

Hi Earl Grey again, First, Thank You for your helpful, encouraging, and interesting reply to Enchanted Garden. Here is the answer to your question-- Direct question first to Sifu Terry: did you learn this as part of your training in the beginning when GM Doo Wai taught the flash meditations alongside the basic five in Volume 1? Or just the first four exercises on Volume 5? --No, I did not learn it in the beginning when I learend the 90-second "flash" meditations from GM Doo Wai. The fifth exercise on Volume 5 is a general vitality and empowerment exercise from a rare internal martial art that translates into: "Eight Sections of Energy Combined" that I also define as a martial qigong system. The art consists of one preparatory form, 8 Sections" (or Forms--seven of which are kung fu forms and one of which is very similar to Tai Chi), and five Nei Kung exercises. The 5th Meditation on Vol.5 is shortest and simplest of these 5 Nei Kung exercises. I wanted to program 5 meditations on Volume 5, and my intuitive spirit picked that particular Meditation to "round out" the preceding 4 FP Qigong 90-second meditations. Again, it is from a totally different system of Nei Kung. While the fifth meditation cultivates good grounding and a vital energy that is very complementary to FP healing energy, it is not mandatory that one practice it in order to master the entire FP Qigong system. It's just an supplement and aoo catalyst. No, you're not thinking too much. Your question shows that you can feel the difference between FP Qigong and another Qi cultivating exercise. Enjoy the BLUE. The process of Taoist Alchemy as described by Waysun Liao's student and front man of the spiritual "new school way" of Temple Style Taichi, Master Gregory James. He posted this essay in his forum publically in 2011 and I think it's precious knowledge that everybody should have! Enjoy!

Wow, I thought the world only has few people like "us." Mine happened (kundalini energy rising) when I was 18. After waking up from a dream, dream of my past life (at least one of them). I am in my late 30s.
