I´m generally not inclined to write posts that crawl right up to the boundary of current events and do a little na-na dance but, what can I say, ya pulled me in. So, in the spirit of Mods Gone Bad, here´s what I´d say... Stubbornly perhaps, I continue to believe that most people are "good." Some of us are confused and misinformed, but even the most thoroughly bamboozled retain a spark of human goodness. Mostly. Yes, some evil ones exist. But for the most part the evil ones aren´t who we think they are, which is to say they aren´t the people who disagree with us. The people who disagree with us want happiness for themselves and their communities just like we do, they just see life through a different cultural lens.

it is near futility too bring up a point of humane conscience with those who have very little or none...such has been going on for ages all over the world...and is front and center in so much of our world today. Once reasonable people have had the wool and worse pulled over their eyes and are sometimes assisting those doing the pulling; whether in religions or in other aspects of our lives. The first step to reveal that is to openly recognize it, for silence on such matters emboldens evil.

It was part of the warm up routine 10 years back when I learned it, so not sure what they do for warm up now So it differs from daogong warm up? May be in Wuliu they still do it, I dont know. But if you do "blood vessels cleansing" set I am sure it will be there. I did it 2 years ago online and this warm up was there Anyway this is good neigong that can be done before you do anything else I learned more simple one when they just started to teach it and after some period of time they introduced advanced variation of it, so now they may be teach more advanced one to everyone

Here you can watch the very beginning of it but this is not complete warm up routine that I know Although I can see at least one mistake she makes here so better to learn it from qualified instructor And this one is just beginning - nothing much advanced here But you can learn more I think if you visit one of seminars they hold if they do it now - I don't know how they teach it now I know they have online options but not sure if they hold offline seminars It very much depends on a instructor - some of them have their own adjustments to warm up routine But in general there is one static one that allows you to balance out all channels and open them more and also it works on yuan jing restoration. Thus there is not only channels opening in it... If you do it 5 minutes you can feel very warm and after 20 minutes I remember my shirt was wet, so this is tummo like exercise. When i did it this way for a month I lost some 10 kilos. It was part of WuliuPai training and not sure they teach online, normally it was given on seminars. I remember on one of them we walked to the top of the mountain and instructor wanted us to do it every 5 minutes of walking. Even 5 minutes of doing it can get you wet but he demanded us to do for 10 minutes. But when I was back to my work people said I looked younger so they asked what I did during last 15 days Also there is "blood vessels cleansing" adjustment to it, that helps to purify blood vessels and it helps kidneys channels activation and improves qi circulation Also there is specific Shengong method which activates kidneys channels, but there are 2 sorts of them - one is more qigong like and second one is more neidan one, second one is very good, you can experience WOW effect right after you have it done

Dont forget racism , elitism and this great idea ; if you want someones land , go invade it and kill them and then take their land .... and claim it is God ordained Funny how Christian countries still do that, I wonder where they got that idea from ? .... with that inherited Bible morality and everything

I like listening to Christopher Hitchens' take on biblical morality. Basically, most advances in modern morality have been through emancipation from biblical (im)morality. Genocide, slavery, patricide, filicide, infanticide, rape, pedophilia, incest, torture, mutilation... all described, instructed, demanded, sometimes celebrated in the bible. The idea that modern day society derives from biblical standards of morality is laughable to me. Just my personal slant.

I think it’s a spoof. (As far as I know) Nungali knows no Classical Chines at all, so cannot translate. I think it’s supposed to be funny.

I was talking to some about national anthems , which lead me to say how we have one but many dont like all that allegiance to the Queen stuff so we wrote our own . Which is a great example of the 'classic Australian ' . It goes like this Aussie , Aussie , Aussie , Oi, OI , Oi ! Brilliant eh ? Especially when we have good song writers down her :

why didnt the Bible warn us about the other rivers ? You do realise why this 'great battle' was predicted to be at Armageddon ( Tel Meggido ) ? Its because so many other battles already happened there - a 'midway' Canaanite point between Egyptian and Mesopotamian Empires and Canaanite vassal rebellions against both Empires . - 35 major battles over 4000 years .

Well, its not the only one , just about all the major rivers that early civilizations were based on are drying up ; Nile , Indus, Ganges, Yangtze, Oxus ( Amu Daya ). Others include ; Colorado Danube, Rhine, Mekong, Amazon and 'at home' the Murray - Darling . In short ; we are fucked .

I know it's been awhile since I was last here, and I still don't really plan on being active but there were some pretty cool people that I just wanted to drop in and give an update to. So last summer I moved to Germany to get away from the United States for obvious reasons. I'm very happy I left the US and I love Germany.

Very interesting, thank you. I, too, have never believed in 'junk DNA." I also never believed in what was once "settled science"-- that the tonsils and the appendix are obsolete unnecessary organs, that there is such a thing as an "overreactive immune system" (instead I'm convinced there's immune systems damaged by wrongful interventions), or "high cholesterol" in need of statins, or that perfectly healthy wisdom teeth are to be removed "preventively" (a widespread practice in our parts), or that our knees were designed to work for 40 years and then evolution meant for us to die (the fact that we have the longest-maturing offspring on Earth and therefore the existence of elderly grandparents was crucial to the survival not only of the tribe but of the species itself never occurred to the "reproduce and die" theory proponents) -- to name a few.

In fact, since the checkpoints for all lineages are often the same, the inner core of all practices is often identical. At a basic level, it's possible to empty the mind for 3-4 hours. Same with Wang Liping, vipassana, or Mo Pai. The only difference is in some external movements and rituals. And most of those gurus who advocate not mixing different lineages are actually concerned with monetizing spirituality and their bank accounts.
