Are there people over the age of six years old whom truly believe in such a concept?

While I personally have not directly experienced much injustice, sadly I have suffered greatly as a result of it!

"We who lived in concentration camps can remember the men who walked through the huts comforting others, giving away their last piece of bread. They may have been few in number, but they offer sufficient proof that everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms -- to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way."

I just did a broad generalization, the fine print would tell the numerous exceptions to the basic idea.
No, you didn't I agree on that.
Yet, I steadfastly stand behind what I stated :
"The law (s) are not designed or applied equally"
Fine print nor bold print will alter that !

This bears repeating as well as careful consideration.

I both abhor the premise of beating anyone, and appreciate that kind of violence is a result of of a base instinct.

My default position is if you have to get "outside permission" it is 99.9 percent of the time a bad idea.

Psychiatric community? We are talking about healthy fit people here on a spiritual quest not junkies.
Travel where?
Fetters are not unique to Buddhists.
Although they do limit movement.

correct me if I am wrong, but I think "cheerios" fall under @apechs umbrella,
@Nungali may also bear some responsibility if it involves the down under or nakid peeps&*
Although honestly the resident expert on Nakidness seems to be @liminal_luke both him and his artistic partner are very creative in so many areas

It's RON JEREMY and deci belle, they're controlling everything! it's why @liminal_luke is wandering around in the buff,
going on about vaccines and viruses, and now locked in a paranoid delusion of incarceration... it's the only possibly explanation!
We need to save @liminal_lukefrom the large-breasted blonde!
@Apech recognized her at the cave.
We always thought she was being channeled by @Jeff, but it seems he was only one of @RON JEREMY's many masques...
This is a matter for our occultists and mages...
Over the top!
On point and hilarious!!!
Thanks for that!

5 minutes ago, steve said:... as the sky darkened and the air developed a chill, there was a soft glow just beyond a patch of blue spruce.
@zerostao led a small recon group to investigate.
Crawling stealthily through the undergrowth, a wide-mouthed cave came into view.
Just inside the opening was a small fire.
An androgynous appearing form sat dimly illuminated in the shadows, cloaked in ochre, creating complex mudras using both hands and feet. Only a distinctive birthmark and sanguine lips could be made out at this distance.
Perched above the fire, immune to the heat and stinging smoke, loomed a tall, gangling figure shouting pornographic obscenities at a superhuman rate and volume...
... shimmering, colorful figures danced above his head, writhing in rhythmic bliss...
RON JEREMY! hissed @zerostao just loudly enough to be heard by his companions,
and that must be deci belle in the shadows! added @Apech with a sense of urgency.
With that the small band quietly made their way back to report to the larger group.
This unexpected discovery would certainly mean rethinking their next steps...
I laughed so hard I expelled the tea I was drinking out thru my nose!
Bravo sir!

The sky was pregnant this day
the water was angry
@blue eyed snake taking notice of this consulted with @nungali
Who was reminded by others that this was the year of the water tiger
the others included @steve, @dawei, @manitou, @thelerner and so many others
finally, the group decided to leave mount marble head and endeavor to Father Paul harbor
it was agreed @zerostaoand @ilumairen would lead with their superior tracking abilities backed up by both @trunk and @ralis meanwhile @Iliketurtles would slowly and methodically have our collective hind parts covered and gently nudge stragglers forward with @apech and @bindi helping to keep the unruly crowd on task.
@liminal_luke along with Jose prepared outstanding refreshments for one and all!
@old3bob and @mrpasserby paused to answer @questionmark questions and along with @steve and @apech worked to reduce the groups anxiety and uncertainty.
all together they were endeavoring to persevere, and @bindi was very good at reading people's moods and offering calm assurances
meanwhile @natural and @ct foraged for medicinal edibles and slowly the sun set ...

I rest in the peace of trying to be a decent human being.
At the end does much more really matter?

22 minutes ago, Apech said:The white cat dabbed his paw in the pond and watched his reflection ripple.
"What is real?" he thought "and what is not?"
Then as the sun was hidden by sudden cloud.
"And is it even worthwhile to wonder?"
The camp fire cleared, the troupe of Daobums made ready for the day's journey. They had come far together. Or so they hoped. Or had they, as @Bindi feared, just gone round in circles?
Far beyond were snow capped peaks, pink in the morning, and birds of aspiration wheeled in the welkin overhead. @zerostao ever restless bid them make haste but @mrpasserby and @questionmark ambled slowly and reluctantly at the rear.
"Must I carry all the gear?" grumbled , @Nungali struggling with the great backpack.
"Yes," said @blue eyed snake ," it's good for you."
Slowly the little group made their way through the bush, past winding streams and outcropped rock, up a sharp incline and down into a green valley. Somewhere far ahead they knew lay the great destination, although they argued long and hard about where it was and what it was. Still, they were all sure that there was a path they had to follow. Long and difficult though it may be.
@steve and @dwai urged them on and promised them a pleasant lunch if they persisted and thoughts of a picnic gave them heart. @natural laughed at the thought of sandwiches and cake. And so with new enthusiasm they walked on.
Great insights to each of us deep bow...

Unreal versus reality?
Most likely no two people share the same reality.
