So from this I guess in case of the "Dragon Balls " achievement it is what only remains after one dies?

Yes, when you start a new topic there are two tabs - one to define content and one gives an option to create a poll.

Hi Michael, it's exactly what it sounds like, bones that change due to certain internal practices so that when the practioner dies, the skeleton takes on a different appearance than the one normally seen. There's all sorts of weird and wacky tales of such things, whether they're true or not is another thing.

Congratulations, Dwai. I pretty much stick to non-fiction, but I know how much writing means to me, so I applaud your endeavor. Currently waiting for KDP Support to tell me they've hashed out the issues with the cover of my paperback. Sigh...

Personally I prefer Shakespeare's approach: There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.

I’ve been doing his stuff awhile (longer and more in depth than anyone here has practiced his stuff based on the comments) and I think it’s great. I like that it is so physical and I like his irreverence and that I can do it online but also in person. . I think making things light actually helps when the practices can be very intense energetically. Sure he says things that trigger people (me included) but I think developing the ability to deal with and respond to people with different opinions and perspectives is part of the path. I think there is also some method to his madness as he wants his students to develop into independent practitioners not just yes men and yes women dependent on the teacher . Also I am definitely from a different generation with a different perspective than his. However his politeness, ,kindness and humility translate well for me. My background was both external and internal martial arts then yoga and now back to neigong and IMA with Lotus Nei Gong. I actually chose him because what he teaches was what my body was already showing me in martial arts, yoga and then in qi gong (e.g flying Pheonix, Kunlun, Kwan yin magnetic, rudi and others) before I started or really had any awareness of his program. I don’t think I would have tried it if this was not for my experience with the energetics of these other practices. When I tried Damo’s practices it seemed like my body already knew the cues and internal connections that he described. . Now I can clearly see what and how things have changed as a result of the practices. Also his explanations are quite thorough and he shares things that aren’t available in any texts I’ve seen and I’ve read a fair bit and been involved in these practices most of my life. It’s also humbling for me to continually realize how much I don’t know. At this rate I will soon know nothing at all..lol. However i think if he turns you off then I agree it’s better to find something else. Just felt I needed to be honest about my experience rather lurking at the periphery of the discussion. Hope my comments are useful.
