Hello All, During times of increased environmental and social volatility, prayers and sending good energy are always good things to do, whatever your religious leanings may be. These tools from Robert Peng may also be useful additions for those so inclined -they won't hurt and they might help at some level harmonize the surroundings: 1. Wogo (29:00 of video) - also known as Tse fist (fingers wrapped around thumb in each hand) may be very helpful to calm any encounters with emotionally volatile individuals, avoiding further escalation. 2. S pattern reset (32:50 of video)- a way of clearing the central channel - if this is given a further connection to a location with a lot of turmoil, this might be helpful in calming things down to some degree, and every little bit can help - the key is to, at some level, merge your identity with the location. The points: top of head, 3rd eye, throat, chest, solar plexus, lower dantien, hui yin, knees, and feet. I hope all is well with all of you R

cause of many emotional problems is dopamine imbalance--though easy to attribute to demons or something unworldly like that because it takes away your own personal responsibility in the matter. engaging in pleasurable stimulation exacerbates the downward cycle. the cycle is improved though abstinence and pain. Rigorous physical exercise is a good way to improve the cycle. Simple zen meditation too. Hard work too. Internet scrolling bad.
