I have taken the KAP seminar with Tao and Sanitiago, and I want to say they are great teachers with the course very well organized. Their enery is of great assistance, and I found that my energy developed very quickly after the workshop. Its hard to describe the fullness of the experience. The gamut from top to bottom and back up. What can i say? Well worth it.

I am a shadow I come in from time to time to see if there is anything worth the read. And also been dropping good juice to some good people here from the Void.

Cool Thanks the Nauli set is good stuff. Tao Semko is the BEST out there for that sort of thing. We used to do Hundreds of them a day. I know he still keeps up with that sort of training.
