Why does it seem legit ? Is it because he wears a funny hat and Chinese silk pyjamas ? Online Daoist training ??? No wonder the internet is rife with these charlatans when people believe anything. I'm sorry to come off as blunt but I'm extremely skeptical of people selling 'online training'

My last dental X-ray had something odd in it... the dentist confirmed that I was regrowing a wisdom tooth! It was extracted decades ago, and was not there 5 years ago. Alas it was not intentional (woulda done it on the other side first, ), so I can't tell you how my body did it, lol. Seemed REALLY weird to me, but the dentist says it happens relatively often... So it is possible... Have read that the old masters would replace their teeth as they wore out. I always filed that under myth, but... who knows?

Its very odd that what is a legitimate harmonisation technique devolves to characterising the subject as a female 'victim'. The opposite of harmony. This kind of thing does seem to attract manipulative people. I'm not saying it won't work in some way - but for your own sake watch your intent.

The "Mind" that is not quiet is in Trance - the trance of your habituations: Imagine that instead of just your one personal phone, tablet and computer - you had 10,000 of them. It is tough for many to put down just 3 of these for a day or two - but imagine 10,000 of them and you are always using one or 100 of them with a tension extended to all of them all of the time. This is the state of "Mind" - this is Waking Sleep - this is constant Trance - this is the illusion, the cloud, the veil. It is all the things you like, don't like, believe in - and definitely do not believe in - it is every diversion you have a proclivity too and hold dear or resist. The fickle flighty Timbuktu of me-ness that you happen to be played by. It is relatively easy to give up hatchet murdering and picking your nose in public - but this is not the greater thick trance cloud of mesmerizing sleep - its far more the positions of little things and things "you are certain of" and about which you identify yourself. Try: I Awareness I cognition "I am" can be taken as possessive - the root of the sleep Move to just your Awareness - to the center of the head - Cogito - Sum Sometimes you may open a door and suddenly a breathtaking view stops all thought and momentums - you are simply awareness taking in the beauty and smells with no judgement - for a moment you are Awareness - Awake - Presence. Then Mind labels it and describes it and contrives it and diminishes it - or not - but think back to those times when for a moment your breath stopped and time stopped and Presence was breathing striking golden light. This resides in you - it is YOU - Self - but the mind has places to go that must be gotten too - until it is realized that the the Mind was never meant to be the driver.

I love the Corral Castle. I happened upon the story of Edward Leedskalnin some thirty years ago while researching a character for a play. What a fascinating man. I spent many long hours fascinatedly reading up on his life and his work, where I could find it. Edward built the Corral Castle, entirely by himself using the simplest of tools (a few key unique ones he fashioned himself), in tribute to the woman he loved, who left him at the altar in his homeland of Latvia when he was a young man. He was crushed and would carry the torch for her, the rest of his life, never marrying another and eventually dedicating his life to shaping the monument of his love. For a time he lost himself in books and the library, where he claims, eventually he happened upon an understanding and proclaimed to have figured out how the Egyptians were able to work stone the way they did. He moved to Canada. He contracted Tuberculosis from which he recovered, no small accomplishment in the late 1800's. Having moved to Florida and consulting survey maps, he decided upon and purchased what was considered an odd plot of land by the relal estate crowd, but it was just what Ed was seeking, a particular type of stone. He would spend the rest of his life carving and placing the monuments in his castle. He worked by himself usually by night, always spurring any offers of assistance, and was a distinct oddity to his neighbors. The gate to his castle weighs several tons and was so perfectly balanced on the post which ran through it's core, that a young girl could open it with one hand. Several times Edward was approached by the Army Corp of Engineers, inquiring as to his methods for moving massive stones by himself, a diminutive man of 100=110 lbs, with minimal tools. One time, he was beaten and hospitalized, but recovered and never shared his methods. When the bearings in his main gate doorway needed replacing. The Army Corp of Engineers arrived with a team of engineers and a full spec of construction gear. They were able to rehang the door with considerable difficulty on its pivot with new bearings, but those with experience at the castle claim it has never worked as smoothly as the original hang. Partially through his construction, Edward soured on its location and decided to move it all some 10-20 miles away to another site. Neighbors reported offering to help load massive stones when they sat near his truck, during the move. He always refused any aid and the following morning, the neihbors would scratch their heads as the massive stones would be loaded in the truck overnight. He wrote a paper on magnetism, which I could not comprehend, but it seemed central to his process. I read and reread it dozens of times. It's just beyond me. I have a theory that magnetic fielding of the earth is unique to each meter, the magnetically sensitive gland in the brain of a salmon allows it to follow the current or flow of magnetism to its birth place, because of this unique 'magnetic fingerprint'. So if one can find this frequency, could it be possible to generate a magnetic resonance of a stone to cause its polarity to match that of the local earth field, causing the same bouyant resistance that we use to float massive trains on magnetic cushions and levitate along the tracks when they weigh millions of tons? Such a joy to ruminate on this stuff. I'm so grateful to Ed and his dedication to expressing himself so monumentally, mysteriously and privately, simultaneously. Here's a picture of the 'magnetic current' tool he fashioned for his work. Its entire structure is like an altar piece of sacred geometry. I may have that paper on magnetism in my old files. I'll root around and see if it's here if you're interested in giving it a go.

Who are you and what's your agenda? My first guess would be you are but one of the many sotg has turned away, and thus you now have an agenda against him. You're grapsing whatever you can to throw at a wall and you know nothing about what you're speaking of, you've conflated a handful of groups in the process, and you appear to just be a jilted non-student with a chip on his shoulder. Sotg isnt a daoist master, so why it is that you're talking shit about him for not doing daoist-ey things is idiotic. Its not "valid taoist training" because its not daoist training (its more like a toolkit of the gods, as it were,) and timing was perhaps the main reason he called it lone man pai - it was just after the "western mo pai" group had been jumping the shark for years here trying to say they were training mo pai with half baked scraplets and not only with zero blessing from the lineage, its elders, masters, and spirits thereof - but with their explicit rejection. Those guys had a forum, and when they let it lapse, sotg swiped the forum name and began teaching his own stuff there, and it has since moved on to other forums. You can maybe complain about perhaps glomming some traffic but beyond that you are off in left field. Your daoism, pai gripes are entirely inapplicable and are just you ignorantly bitching. Look, there's no such thing as spiritual welfare (sorry socialists, leftists, progressives) so you either put in da time or you dont get da shine. One has to have methods that work if one has made some decent levels of achievement. One isnt going to make attainment practicing garbage or a mishmash of shit. Is that an agreeable angle? I trained with sotg for like 4 or 5 years and served as a sort of forum elder there, helping train people - partly because when he showed up here and I interacted with him and got to know him, he's a good guy with a good heart - and that's why he didnt charge anything for a long long time, living pretty barebones the entire time. His practices are indeed super strong, which was partly why my breathwork material is included with all of his material, with my explicit permission. I believed in his effort and it was my little part to help keep a focus on grounding and energy balance, it was all time well spent. There were times he would do transmissions, and sometimes they were an entire weekend, nonstop. At minimum an order of magnitude stronger than the other ~5 I have met and received various transmissions from in my lifetime. (And that includes a similar amount of time training Max's stuff and training with him in person numerous times. Now perhaps I "never experienced his full power" or something, but regardless....no offense brotha Max, wasnt even close.) Those weekend ones were so intense, at times it would almost be debilitating, like I had a 4 trillion candlepower lighthouse in the middle of my head, coming out of my eye sockets, my nose, the sutures in my cranium - he didnt even have to say when the transmission started, there was no mistaking it - and it lasted as long as the transmission lasted. So I dont know what your problem is bub, but here's someone with knowledge and experience in these matters to say that you are talking completely out of your ass. The 3 most likely places you come from are -rejected student, -"western mo pai," or one of Drew's students, since Drew rarely misses an opportunity to write 10,000 words and shit on anyone who thinks anything less than eternal celibacy is the one and only path to anything whatsoever. Originally the discussions about Drew were merely discussions about the celibacy angle, until "Drew heard we were talking about him" and thus developed a chip on his shoulder, as evidenced by his screeds in that other thread. Garbage shitposting like beachbum's (and drew's for that matter) reflect far more on beachbum than anyone else. This is not even on topic for this thread, which is Longmen Pai. That you cant even get this simple thing straight and just have to keep shitposting numerous times and slandering someone's name who absolutely does not deserve it - someone has to call this bullshit out.

Not doing physical practice these days, but really enjoying the Niwan-derived practices that are blossoming lately... Maybe all this focusing on the centre of my head?

You have to ask Michael about that. I haven't seen a clear answer. Nah. What happens at day time when no stars. Its actually MORE advanced than that ; wind, wave directions and deflections and little stick maps http://artofwayfinding.blogspot.com/2015/07/the-tradition-of-wave-piloting-marshall.html ? Some type of group effort going out in different directions, coming back and sharing info ? Well, it appears people could live in canoes for months, without sight of land . An islander told me once it goes something like this ' You have a giant canoe with fishing gear, equipment for catching and collecting rainwater, some food, crates with chickens and maybe some baby pigs and rats ( to colonise any found islands) and some slaves to paddle the canoe . As time goes on, if no land sighted, you might have to eventually eat the chickens and the pigs. If things dont improve you might have to eat the slaves and start paddling yourselves . The other thing is, they appeared to know about the El Nino La Ninya ocean current fluctuations and go back and forth ( from home base to new lands) as climate allowed. But from personal experience I have been out at sea ( with land just barely still in sight ) rowing a surf boat , that hardly sits out the water ... scary shit !

Indeed, well put . Over the years, when I floated my theories (or tried to float the theories of other writers that I was attracted to ), such feedback , analysis or information, if it checked out. would be incorporated into the developing picture, and often change it completely. But I think we know this thread is trying to reach a certain conclusion , a central idea or premise - I just haven't seen what it is yet . I know Michael said it was to show how his 'inner knowledge' was correct , but I think it has to be more than that . ? Thats a bit more than min distance to cross into Australia " Our analysis using new high-resolution mapping of the seafloor shows that when sea levels were 75m or lower than present, a string of more than 100 habitable, resource-rich islands were present off the coast of northwest Australia. These islands were directly visible from high points on the islands of Timor and Roti and as close as 87km. " YET " In a study published in Quaternary Science Reviews this week, we use new environmental reconstructions, voyage simulations, and genetic population estimates to show for the first time that colonisation of Australia by 50,000 years ago was achieved by a globally significant phase of purposeful and coordinated marine voyaging. " The shorter distance is the ice age max and lowest sea level . people came into Australia long before that so that the distance would have been greater across the sea . Also note the research cites ; " a globally significant phase of purposeful and coordinated marine voyaging. " - globally significant ! This phase of marine voyaging was a common trait of peoples back then, so anyone showing evidence of that isnt really more advanced for its time, compared to others . Regarding obsidian moving overland , here the equivalent would be ochre, here it has been tracked from SW Australia right up to the 'Top End ' - 1000s of km . Also similar journeys for pearl shell Well, here is the thing ; (so far) no mention of such has been bought forward. There is suggestion of a people with advanced technology or knowledge, further advanced than the rest of the people. And their influence on the others caused an advancement in their society. ( I think that is what the idea is ... ? ) But where did they get their knowledge? isnt that a type of 'turtle stacking' ? Especially when we can observe , generally, a development of tech and knowledge in societies.

Humans repair their own teeth using their saliva. An injury to a tooth would not naturally turn "rotten". Modern food and dental procedures cause decay and tooth loss. Brushing teeth removes the remineralization the saliva is doing. Strong paralyzing herbs like peppermint interfere with saliva. Bad food alters the microbiome in the mouth and alter enzymes and other factors in your saliva, producing rot, and also causes deep tooth and bone mineral loss due to buffer reactions to acid conditions and acid solvent foods. Fluoride prevents teeth from interacting with saliva, so prevents remineralization and preserves cavities as cavities until your next dentist visit. It IS possible to actually grow new teeth. But not if you live like modern civilized people living lives based on fraud and industrial fairy tales. If you do that, forget Qi cultivation or manipulation outright. You won't achieve it or even understand it. Qi is not a substance. It's just movement between the poles of any polarity. Thinking you can "send" "that" to your teeth to repair them is a mistake. Rather, you would want to use your mind to alter the polarities involved, which are many. It's far simpler to understand the physiology and toss the dental fraud and just do what it takes to naturally have teeth. Modern way isn't producing that. -VonKrankenhaus

Yes you have pretty much hit the nail on the head and identified the problem. Fortunately more and more people are becoming red pilled and seeing the Cultural Marxist Establishment for what they are. They still very much have the upper hand but I would hope that they are no longer able to enjoy as peaceful a sleep as they were used to.

Using scrutiny, is not deserving of dismissal ,for being Pooh pooing. Going 90 miles by boat is pretty dinky by normal standards, when in NA obsidian has been found from locations hundreds , maybe thousands of miles Overland. Simple Walrus hide boats are taken long distances. Prehistoric people were able to do a lot with simple tech, and that's what they deserve credit for, not to be downplayed by presuming alien interference ,or that they had advanced maritime equipment or tech. I am not big on Cadiz or any existing place, for that matter, if the specs for the civilization are being fulfilled retroactively, and the source could potentially have been talking about any place on Earth. Who has never had flooding, or a war, or potential hubris?

Thinking about starting a meditation group at a local library or some such place. I used to go to one that was at a Unitarian Church that was quite nice but then I moved. There aren't any non religious ones near me other than ones lead by psychologists. (Referral needed, which requires insurance, which isn't free here.) There's the Zen center I go to but it's out on the middle of nowhere and it is religious, no matter how non-dogmatic they are compared to most other religions. So my pitch for Craigslist is along the lines of "starting a meditation/mindfulness group in the x area. We will have a foundation of silent sitting meditation. We're also going to explore other techniques such as loving-kindness and [other examples]. Works from Daoism, Zen Buddhism, mindfulness psychology, and other schools will be discussed with emphasis on practice in everyday life. Look forward to hearing from you." So if you got some tips or experience with this type of thing, let me know about it please.

So does this really work!? I was always skeptical because the document that this technique was published in said it was written down by an interpreter during a time when Ramana was not speaking, only giving non-verbal gestures.
  25. 1 point
Its not really that remote (you mentioned 90 miles - but I have read that it has also been discovered in Asia Minor.) We know that neolithic peoples traded in valuable materials, especially those useful for tools quite widely. All it takes is a barter system, boats and people willing to travel. And not necessarily vastly long distances but just to various trading points - so no need for advanced maritime technology as you put it. You are right that there has been a very limited view of the capacities of pre-historic cultures - although this is now changed/changing - because of the archeological evidence. the whole Atlantis thing - needs just that - hard evidence and not speculation IMO.

Deepak Chopra used to love to tell the story about a woman that started strongly craving to eat chicken nuggets and beer after recovering from a heart transplant. She never really ate that stuff before, and in curiosity contacted the family of the donor and they said that was his favorite food! Now this murderer story, this to me seems not just a cell memory but some really specific detail and emotional content.. i have to wonder: is it encapsulated physically to the organ itself, even encoded in its quasi-material quantum resonance field whatever -or- is the transplant become as a talisman through which the non-local consciousness of the departed girl is communing directly? Perhaps not even the ghost of the girl per se, but by an angel that saw the whole thing transpire. #SpiritLivesMatter #IWantToBelieve

The reason the heart is the central intelligence of your body, is not because it is the central intelligence of your body. It is because it is connected to the central intelligence of your body. Not because it is connected to the central intelligence of your body, but because it is connected to the central intelligence of all of existance and creation. The emotions that you feel, is due to a resonance or discordance between your physical energy and your non-physical energy. So when the Source of All Creation evolves evermore, expands evermore, non-physically, your non-physical greater being or Soul is always fully connected to that, and it also becomes the fullest most expanded version of all that you've become. This becoming is also due to your physical being experiencing life here. Your physical being is directly connected to your soul at all times. However, your soul or God, that is like 99% of all of creation. It is pure positive energy, it is not only always perfect, it is ever expanding and ever becoming. This becoming, is also due to your physical being here and life experiences. However, your physical life experiences may be the exact reason why creation evolves evermore, that doesn't mean that the physical body and being is bound to go with that flow of everbecoming. Your physical body is free, and can choose to go against the stream of non-physical energy that is at the Source of All Creation and Becoming evermore. When this physical energy deviates from your non-physical energy, it causes a discordance, that is indicated always perfectly by your heart felt emotions as negative emotion. So your sense of feeling emotion, is the most sophisticated energy translator that you have in your body. Your mind is also translating energy, but it translates it into a different pattern, of thought. These thoughts can deviate from all that "God" has become so to speak. So you might be thinking about something, that is not related to your soul purpose here in this life, and then you feel the discord of energy in terms of negative emotion. So that negative emotion is indicating you are energetically and trajectorily deviating from your soul purpose here in this life. In much the same way, when a truck driver deviates from the road, and hits the side bumpers of the high way, he emmediately feels he's gone off track, because his wheel is vibrating, and the truck driver realigns or steers the vehicle back into alignment with the original intended soul trajectory. Your physical senses of sight, touch, smell, hearing, taste, are also energy translators. But your emotional energy translator is directly speaking to the most important energetic relationship for any individual in their life always and ever. The relationship between your physical consciousness and your non-physical greater consciousness. This consciousness is energy. Your physical being can focus your mind into different energetic patterns. Focusing on the thought patterns and thought forms, causes the mind to emmit an energy, that expands, by virtue of aligning energies, and synchronising energies. So thought patterns become thought forms, etc. When these energies do not agree with the energies of your non-physical eternal becoming, you feel discordance indicated by your negative emotions. That doesn't mean the entire world is going to end. Because your physical mind does not create this physical realm, unless it is in alignment with its own greater non-physical intention, which means, your non-physical greater consciousness of your "soul" knows exactly what your purpose is, what the thing that has been decided to become is. So when you meditate, and you let go of thought, any discordance in your physical energy being relating to your greater non-physical energy being, is released. This is evidence by feelings of emotional relief. Thus then, when there is emotional relief, and furthermore, the clarity of mind, to focus in free direction. One can focus again, in such a way that is in alignment with your greater non-physical knowing that it has become, and is evermore becoming the evermore of it. So lets say that 200 years prior to now, has been many physical beings, who've been living life and experiencing the variety of contrast of this environment, and they came to certain conclusions of what could be better. Their physical life is one where this improved version of the life of humanity is allowed, because the Soul already has become it, and God even further so. However, this becoming is not physical, YET. And it will ALWAYS be that way. For even when humanity enters a state of paradise, where the lag of time between the Souls becoming and physical manifestational expression is allowed in less than a second, this high frequency, extra dimensional expression of ever expansion and evolution, quasi-physical or non-physical, still means that expansion is happening evermore, but it's just allot faster, that's it. Our physical life, may seem slow, but that is because we are not aware of all the massive immense complexity that is at play here in the evolution of humanity and this physical time space reality. And when we do become aware of it, one realised, that when you appear to be experiencing "negative circumstances" is actually do to an extremely positive preferred and deeply desired "thing" that is part of the greater soul becoming of also your soul. But most people are not even aware of their own soul's becoming. You did not come here into this physical life to want something, and then focus on how it doesn't exist yet. Because the life that you perceive now, it didn't exist a few hundred years ago. That didn't prevent it from becoming. And especially, it didn't prevent the soul and even God of those people who lived then, from becoming all of this we perceive now and more. Further so, our soul and God has already become all that we have asked for. It is a non-physical energetic being and becoming, that is always perfect and everbecoming. When you feel love, joy, or bliss, or any emotion that feels really good for you, doesn't matter what you call it or name it. That is an indication that your physical being, is energetically in alignment and in harmony with your Soul's Greater being and ever becoming, in that moment that you feel those positive good feeling emotions. That doesn't mean that you're suddenly reached the paradise of the future, it just means, that you're now fulfilling your life's purpose here. Which is to enjoy all that this physical environment has become, including you, while at the same time, you are moving along the path of least resistance, energetically trajectorily, towards all that will be evermore. Simple as that. That becoming takes a while, and you play your very important part in all of that. Simply by enjoying your life evermore. And the less you enjoy your life, the less your are joining your soul, the soul of everyone and every single thing in creation, and God, in the process of ever becoming. So you would only temporarily be in a state of resistance, or discordance, while remaining physically focused here in this life. That doesn't necessarily serve any purpose and it doesn't really affect the greater totality of being and ever becoming, including the totality of ever being and becoming of who YOU TRUELY ARE as a totality of being. Things are always improving thus, but it happens steadily. And the reason it may appear slow at times, is because we are in that moment not fully enjoying the ever becoming. Creation is not in a rush. Your existance is eternal, so the potential for joy is eternal, that is why you do not necessarily need everything to be perfect in order to come to realise how it can be perfect. And when you realise how it can be evermore so perfect, that is when you re-align your physical being with your Soul's Greater Non-Physical Conscious Knowing. And this happens through the guidance of the heart. That doesn't mean your heart contains the intelligence of your soul or God, it is just the energetic relationship between your physical being and non-physical greater totality of your being, that your emotions are indicating. Thus re-aligning your mind with what you truely love, as is the purpose of every single individual here, re-awakens the individual back into the infinite intelligence and inspiration of your Soul and furthermore of that which people call God, or any name you wish to give it. With God I am pointing at the always furthest most expanded state of being and becoming of ALL OF EXISTANCE, that is primarily non-physical, extending into physical through all of us aswell. But 99% of that is non-physical. Imagine how this entire universe is huge, and that is simply 1% of the totality of the being that you are part of. Each and every single individual here that you perceive, including you, has a Soul that is eternal and infinite, ever expanding and ever becoming, and every single one of that Soul is greater than this entire universe. Within this Soul, exists the entire universe, and through this universe, that the Soul has created through resonance within its consciousness, for the purpose of coming to know itself in all the way that it can, your greater consciousness of your soul focusing a small part of that consciousness into your physical body, right here and now. This entire physical universe you see around you, is all existing within your Greater Consciousness of your Soul (or whatever you wish to call your greater non-physical consciousness). And everything you perceive in scopes cannot be measured in non-physical, because your being is truely infinite and eternal. Most humans however ask "how come we don't already just know this stuff?" And the answer is simple. Simply because you simply can... Not know all that stuff, that is. Simply because your existance is infinite and eternal, and also thus infinitely free and capable of creating any experience you so wish, whatsoever. So you choose as a soul to come here into this physical environment, and forget everything. But that doesn't mean you are actually disconnected from God or Soul. That is simply eternally and infinite inpossible. Not possible. However, we did come here to forget, and become lesser consciousness, smaller consciousness. Focusing through the lens of your physical body, for the purpose of exploring THE FURTHEST MOST EXTENDED VERSION OF ALL OF CREATION AND EXISTANCE. Do you realise then how powerful you are, and valuable and important and worthy? You are literally on the leading edge of ALL OF CREATION of all that has ever been or ever shall be. That is focused you are. That is how fully you have become. How specific, how high of a resolution, how real. Even tho you appear to be less conscious. Back to why you can never be disconnected from All that is, non-physical and all of creation and soul and god. Because you are an extension of all of that. And when your connection or extension is becoming less of an connection, you feel negative emotion. The most disconnected state of being any human can ever experience here, is one energy that is indicated of its discordant energetic relationship between their physical being and non-physical greater totality of being, by the emotion of despair or fear, or even terror. If this discord and resistant energy is maintained for a longer duration of time, the disintegrated of the physical being ensues. So when the consciousness withdraws from their physical body, it re-emerges back into greater totality of their being, consciousness of pure positive energy, and emerges back into the totality of all that it has become, even beyond the scope of this physical universe. However, in the state of despair that one would feel in that case, they still are not ever going to be capable of fully disconnecting from ALL THAT IS, and this emotional indication of despair is the exact evidence of their connection. Furthermore, it is indicating a resistant connection, a less fully allowed connection, a more unnatural occurance. It is painful, and it is always going to want to release that resistance that is at the core of the reason why they feel that discordance. So that painful emotion is part of the infinite intelligence of your soul, and eternal wisdom and Source of All Well-being. Because when you feel negative emotion, you know exactly what it is you are thinking in that moment, that is causing that negative emotion. You can say "This doesn't feel good to me!" And so you would be saying "my soul completely disagrees with this. This is not of my purpose, furthermore it is the furthest most deviating thing from my life's purpose. It is thus the further most irrelevant thing to me and why I am here and why I've come here, and why I am evermore becoming." And it is usually due to a flawed premise or misunderstanding or flawed perspective of the physical environment which the individual is exploring through their physical being. The physical environment itself, is perfectly well and good, and in alignment with the Soul's greater intention of ever becoming. And it is most conducive of your ever becoming, in a way that is most joyful. As that positive good feeling emotion is an indication of your physical bodies consciousness being in full alignment with your soul's greater knowing. Which is your entire purpose and the purpose of this entire physical universe that you see all around you. When one allows themselves to focus their mind in such a way that allows the individual to feel love again, their physical being is in full alignment with their reason for existing and being here. That doesn't mean you are knowing everything that your Soul knows in that moment, why? Because your physical body is not existing for the purpose of knowing everything your soul knows. Your physical body is existing for the purpose of focusing a small part of the totality of consciousness of your soul through the lense of your physical body here for the purpose of exploring the furthest most extended version of all that has ever been, is or ever will be. The highest resolution so to speak. The most specific creation of your soul and oversoul and God and All that exists. And your emotions are always guiding you personally to align with your most important relationship in this life here. Which is with the greater totality of all that you are. Once that relationship is fully maintained and established, then one can live here in harmony with all that exists and will be becoming evermore, and you become a vessel or antenna for the allowing of the higher dimensional energies of your soul to flow through you here in your physical body and life, and express here in this physical life, for the purpose of physical expansion and becoming aswell. Just like how Thomas Edison felt high passion for light and flowed that love that is non-physical primarily, an idea, and imagination, for the purpose of feeling the love for all of it and excitement, which led the way to evermore expression and becoming, physically, on a journey of allowing their greater soul's knowing, to fully express here in this life, to fully become here in this life, for the purpose of the joy of the journey. And all that joyous journey, bit by bit, led to the eventual becoming of a light bulb. It may seem like a small insignificant thing to feel all that love and passion for a light bulb, but if you look around you now, you see light bulbs everywhere you look infact, going into space, you see the entire world lighting up on the night side. Every single individual here may not always be fully in alignment with their soul and flowing all of that infinite and eternal knowing all of the time, infact, not even Jesus was fully in alignment ALL of the time. It is also not required to always be so perfect. Realising this, just living life with the intention to feel better, emotionally, one can step by step fullfill their reason for being here. But even by not doing so, you still, in the greater totality of your being, always fulfilling your purpose. Even if you feel bad most of your life. There are always those moments where you feel good, so no life is completely unnecessary and worthless. For by that point, the individual always withdraws their consciousness out of the physical body. At which point the doctors declare you dead, or you've simply fallen asleep or fainted. But we don't need to die or even sleep or faint in order to reap the full benefit of all that we've become and will be the becoming of evermore. You can instead just fully allow your entire soul to flow here fully through you, by simply choosing to feel better, and thus eventually feeling good. So when you allow yourself to release that resistance, however you find relief from that discordant energy, meditating, or even imagining things you love, for the purpose of focusing that energy and feeling it more fully and allowing it to flow more fully through you, you thus then align more fully with your soul aswell. So whatever you do to feel better, is like doing nothing, and leaving nothing undone. You do nothing but you achieve everything that can ever be important for you to achieve here ever in this physical life experience, forevermore. Your aligning your energy with your soul, is an energetic alignment that affects your life on all dimensions! So when you feel good now, you are literally improving your entire future and past, through your here and now. That is truely how extra-dimensional you are and how divine your physical being is. And how worthy you are. You come back into alignment with your true reason and purpose for being here. So whenever you want God to speak to you. Simply listen to your emotions. If you feel worse, you are disagreeing with God, so you are less fully allowing your true purpose and true being to be here and now. If you feel better, you are agreeing with God more. And when you meditate, you release all disagreement, energetically, and thus, your full agreement, your harmonious energetic relationship and alignment of your physical and non-physical energy, naturally happens and occurs and re-aligns, effortlessly, automatically, back to your default state of being in full harmony, indicated by positive emotions. Full allowance of your soul to flow fully through you here and now. Even tho you are just a "tiny physical human being" or so it seems. But you'll never ever be disconnected from all that you truely are and will be the becoming of evermore.

Strange stuff. I've read similar stories about transplants, but none that dramatic. I wonder if the mechanism involved goes into the psychic, ethereal realm? If so, could it be involved in the phenomena of when young children remember past lives. No physical organ transplant, yet memories are relayed..

All of our organs have consciousness and are cross trained to know each other's jobs, completely interlinked by by the one energy that animates our body. There our countless stories of organ donation where the patient takes on the characteristics of the doner. Some stories are much more positive like jogging or a physical discipline inherited. These stories only validated the formless energetic realm that we all live in and that the medical community has ignored since the conception of trained western doctors rather than the intuitive medicine kings of energetic medicine . The true healers have been made illegal to practice healing. The shift has already began as more research and quantum physics validates the practices of these ancient chinese energy arts for healing and cure of the incurable afflictions that humans manifest.

Slowly sticking my head out again .... Oh. Friendly people Thank you for welcoming me. This is only the second forum in my life and since I am not a digital native (far from) I still battle with finding out, how to even answer your friendly welcome. (Please don´t laugh too hard, but it took me about thirty minutes to figure out how to post my first message) So now, I will slowly make my way through the forum, stopping now and then to nibble some grass, before poking my head in some threads or dark corners. Happy to be here Smiling to myself in the dark. Sea Turtle

yes the pdf link was in the quote you responded to. But there are different formats so I'll just post the direct quote.... http://perceivebelieve.tumblr.com/post/159904989496/the-idiots-guide-to-taoist-alchemy-qigong So for example as Master Nan, Huai-chin states at this level the nerves are very sensitive and lust easily overtakes the mind. Also the healer gets heroic over-exuberance and so the energy gets overused easily. So then when I studied 1) Mantak Chia I discovered the secret - the diaphragm has to be flexed down at the same time that the perineum is flexed up. 2) Check out this “secret” video by Dr. Newman K. Lin on “anal breathing” as the secret of vagus nerve stimulation. There are two main areas you will always use. Pull up the perineum and press down the diaphragm. This will reduce the space in the Tan Tien and condense the Chi in the Tan Tien. Mantak Chia, p. 69 The two biggest muscles in the body are the glutes and the diaphragm. 3) The Power of Ki! Dr. Joo Bang Lee March 1988 Black Belt Magazine While one is breathing the Dan Jun (diaphragm) and anus must be held tight. This secret keeps the small universe flowing in the proper direction and prevents the yin qi energy from going up the front of the body and out of the eyes with the shen. 4) Neidan qigong, Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming At this time you should start to coordinate your breathing and abdominal movement with the movement of your huiyin (Co-1) (literally “meet the yin”) cavity and perineum to lead the qi to the tailbone (weilu cavity)….The trick of holding up and loosening the huiyin and perineum is extremely important in nei dan qigong. In his Small Circulation Heavenly Orbit book Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming emphasizes the secret of the perineum again: Huiyin is the Pump and the Abdomen is the Bellows The Huiyin cavity [perineum] is the crucial valve controlling Qi in the four yin vessels. When it [perineum] is pushed out, the stored Qi is released, and when it is held up, the valve is closed, holding Qi in and conserving it. So the Huiyin pumps Internal Qi (Nei Qi) and governs the manifestation and preservation of the body’s Qi. Controlling Huiyin [perineum] in your practice makes a significant difference. Traditionally this was one tricky place which the master would keep secret until the student was trustworthy. So that is the main secret of how to store up the energy along with continued practice of “Moving of yin and yang” to reverse blockages and convert the jing back to qi energy. 5) Chinese Medical Qigong textbook googlebook link - Anus-lifting breathing refers to the respiratory method that contracts the muscle of the perineum while inhaling and relaxes the perineum while exhaling. Generally speaking when one practices Xiao Zhou Tian (Small Heavenly Circulation Form), anus-lifting breathing is mandatory to coordinate the Qi. Flex the Diaphragm down and the perineum up at the same time - secret of storing up qi energy! 6) Bagwa master Sun Luc-Tang lists as one of his eight essentials of Baguazhang: 3: The rectum is lifted internally and the tongue touches the hard palate just above the top tooth line on the hard ridge, so as to join the Du Mei with the Ren Mei. p. 76, Eric Montaigue internal Gong-fu pdf So seven different sources (see below for the seventh source from kriya yoga) emphasizing the same essential secret to storing up and condensing the qi in the lower tan tien! Now the final secret is that Master Nan, Huai-chin teaches it’s crucial to hold the breath only after exhale. So then we find Wim Hof teaching the same secret of holding the breath, only after exhale and, only after first charging up the body doing the Quick Fire breathing. Dr. Shin Lin at UC-Irvine, documented, using transcranial Photon Migration Spectroscopy, a great increase in brain oxygen from holding the breath after exhale and after the Quick Fire charge up breathing. So then we discover from science that holding the breath after exhale activates the parasympathetic nervous system. Marc Seifer described the results: “During normal breathing, the reverberations in the aorta arc out of phase with the heartbeat and the system is inharmonious. However, during meditation and when the breath is held, the echo off the bifurcation of the aorta (where the aorta forks at the pelvis to go into each leg) is in resonance with the heartbeat and the system becomes synchronized, thus utilizing a minimum amount of energy. This resonant beat is approximately seven cycles per second, which corresponds not only to the alpha rhythm of the brain but also to the low-level magnetic pulsations of the Earth.” p.49, Transcending the Speed of Light. And 7) from the Kriya Yoga tradition: The vajroli mudra [contracting the lecithin semen] has to be [7] practiced together with the moola bandha (flexing the perineum up) and uddiyana bandha [flexing the diaphragm down] in kumbhaka. Practice of kumbhaka [breath retention after exhale] is necessary while the ejaculation is being held. Retention of the breath and the bindu [amrita kundalini] go hand in hand. Loss of kumbhaka is loss of bindu, and loss of bindu is loss of kumbhaka. “Kundalini Tantra” by Swami Satyananda Saraswati (google pdf link, more on the bindu chakra below). Kriya Yoga is older than Hindu religion, according to Satyananda Saraswati and the secret is that the Lunar Amrita normally flows down from the top of the brain to be “used up by the sun” as ejaculation, and instead the lunar and solar energy need to be united by retaining the lunar energy and purifying it. This is the same secret as Taoist yoga alchemy. Kriya yoga states that, at first the anal sphincter flexing is the key since a normal person can not “flex” their perineum on their own. But as the qi energy increases then you can isolate the perineum to stop loss of qi or prana energy out of the perineum. Swami Satyananda Saraswati states that most people operate with just their Moola or perineum chakra open (the Number 1 person as per Gurdjieff) and so this is the main vibration that can be “listened to” with the Yi or I as intention - to build up the qi energy, to activate the kundalini. So the key to putting the intention in the lower tan tien is by flexing the two largest muscles - the glutes up and diaphragm down, you begin to listen to or feel the vibration of the qi at the perineum to stop its loss, and to sublimate the jing energy up the spine, to the Bindu chakra (more on this below). So in Pranayama training first you train so that the exhale is twice as long as the inhale - so exhale can be up to 60 seconds and then you train in the retention after exhale : the breath is held for several seconds after the exhalation is complete. More on this Bindu Chakra secret below as the “Water Path” as proper intention of the pancreas - the source of worry or too much thinking. breath retraining: When stressed or worried, we tend to tense the muscles of the neck, throat, chest and abdomen. Especially when we tighten the abdominal muscles, we begin to breathe with rapid, shallow breaths primarily in the upper chest region. As the drop in CO2 causes distressing symptoms, we become afraid of the symptoms. Arousal remains high and a vicious cycle of worry and arousal occurs. So the tummo method of Wim Hof as the Quick Fire method of alchemy is to first do very deep reverse breathing which increases the carbon dioxide in the brain, the opposite of hyperventilation, or shallow overbreathing that lowers carbon dioxide levels. Or as another breathing expert explains: But my research leads me to believe that a significant issue or way this is influenced is more about the way and depth the nervous system is stimulated, ie., whether parasympathic/abdominal, breathing, or sympathetic, high chest dominant (over approximately 45%) breathing is engaged. I have observed people breathing intensely for hours without any signs of distress, but rather with signs of bliss and joy. The key to “over-breathing” is more about balance between the high chest and abdominal breathing pattern….. Optimal oxygen uptake is not possible without proper CO2 presence. Alkaline forming nutrition is also relevant…. I have observed -with the help of a pulse oxymeter, that quick [fire]-deep or quick[fire]-shallow breathing, if dominated by belly, back and side breathing, most often increases the level of oxygen in our blood. By gas exchange standards, this would seem to reduce the CO2 ratios, invite constriction and inhibit O2 transfer into the cells but this MAY or MAY NOT not occur depending upon how well the breather is able to relax and stay dominant parasympathetic. Key factors are how well they adapt, tolerate or become accustomed to the increase in physical energy (chi, prana, Qi, pneuma etc). The increased carbon dioxide from the deep strong reverse breathing, along with increased adrenaline, then enables the holding of breath after exhale for a longer time period, as it is the pH balance in the brain that triggers the breath reflex. 2014 study of tumo “heart-yoga” heat: Tumo was associated with a hyperdynamic vasodilated state with increased biventricular performance. We postulate that tumo results in a massive increase in sympathetic activity with activation of brown adipose tissue and marked heat production. The increased heat production may explain the paradoxical vasodilatation in tumo practitioners exposed to subzero temperatures. So then as the breath is held after exhale you get the parasympathetic rebound which then increases the oxygen levels in the brain and stores up the qi or prana energy. As this technique of continued, with 30 deep breaths followed by breath retention after exhale, then with each cycle the oxygen in the brain increases and the parasympathetic nervous system stores up more energy as increased prana or qi, along with sublimating the lecithin that stores up the qi. As the brain qi energy increases it is the brain that controls breathing and body temperature and so as Wim Hof details, he can just use his brain to increase his body heat, as the Tibetan tummo monks also do, through deep relaxation and very slow breathing. Science tells us it is the right side vagus nerve that is the dorsal or back of the rear body as this “reptilian freeze” trance or samadhi energy which then goes up to the right side of the brain and then down to the right side of the heart. Right side Vagus or Wanderer Nerve is secret of Kundalini - heart-right brain-reproductive connection Taoist Alchemy tells us that “Yuan qi” originates from the right side of the heart and Advaita Vedanta tells us, via Ramana Maharshi, that the right side of the heart is the secret pinhole to the formless awareness of the Universe. As the pdf explains, All Disease Comes from the Heart in fact in the earlier Chinese dictionary, from 200 AD, the heart is the Earth organ, after it is able to contain the fire energy. This remarkable 2nd century statement makes reference to a little known fact: in the early stages of Chinese medicine the heart was alternately classified as the earth organ, not the fire organ that it is exclusively described as today. Prof. Heiner Fruehauf The Advaita nondualists will try to claim this is not accurate since Ramana Maharshi explained: “It must be the heart at the right side of the chest since every man, of whatever race and religion and in whatever language he may be saying 'I’, points to the right side of the chest to indicate himself. This is so all over the world, so that must be the place. And by keenly watching the daily emergence of the 'I’ thought on waking and its subsiding in sleep, one can see that it is in the heart on the right side.” In fact what Ramana Maharshi is referring to is that humans are right hand dominant and in actuality this is indicative of the inherent complementary opposites of evolution! Only in Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality pdf link do we find this secret confirmed - the right side of the heart is the origin of "yuan qi.” Even acupuncture gives the hint (pdf): The first cry activates Qi-Ke – mouth of qi – to circulate Qi and Blood – This is reflected by the pulses at Lu-9 and St-9 – Breathing into the Lungs (for the first time) sets the Heart-Blood in motion – This also creates a pressure in the left atrium, which is greater than that of the right atrium, thereby creating the “Heart barrier,” or Pericardium The qigong master who befriended me actually demonstrated this truth to me - when he left his body and then activated the deep qi on the right side of my heart. He wanted to find out if I was speaking truly from my heart and he said that I was. Of course when I experienced this source of my spirit I stopped speaking as that was also the source of the truth and the end of the need for words. haha. And so as the San Bushmen describe their hearts really do stop when in deep meditation. Harvard Professor Dr. Richard Katz, Boiling Energy: Community Healing among the Kalahari Kung Richard Katz questioned Kau Dwa further on this topic: KATZ: Kow Dwa, you have told me that in kia you must die. Does that mean really die? KAU DWA: Yes. KATZ: I mean really die? KAU DWA: Yes. KATZ: You mean die like when you are buried beneath the ground? KAU DWA: [With enthusiasm]: Yes. Yes, just like that! KATZ: They are the same? KAU DWA: Yes, the same. It is death I speak of. KATZ: No difference? KAU DWA: [Firm but soft]: It is death. KATZ: The death where you never come back? KAU DWA: Yes, it is that bad. It is the death that kills us all. KATZ: But the healers get up, and a dead person doesn’t…? KAU DWA: That is true; healers may come alive again. In 2012 the original qigong master described his experience as well: My heart, the heart rate beating, shooting up so fast. I just couldn’t count how fast it beat. Then to a point it completely stopped, the beating. I don’t feel the pausing with my hand on the heart, and I’m still functioning well. For a second I was worried, what is going on? So I tried to breathe. Wow I feel more room in my lungs to breathe….. I continued to teach…For quite a while I feel nothing in my heart. Then I drove back to the center….May was there, saying hi, how’s it going? Yeah it’s going fine. But I still have no heart beat. I sit down. I look inside. I didn’t call 9/11. To me, this is only my experience. When you get something like that, call 9/11 right away and go to the hospital. I sit down. Why I get this? I didn’t get anything even in meditation. Gradually in 20 minutes. So for a good 2 hours I didn’t feel anything in my heart. So gradually my heart beat slowly comes back…..Then after a few days I ask why I have this? Just a way to open your heart. I say…well this is not a good way! haha. But I experience that and I check myself and I read myself inside and I check out my organs. Everything looks pretty good. There’s no damage or anything. Of course this is a very extreme situation. But I’m telling you everything has a reason. You go into your heart to find the answer and that will tell you on a bigger level…. No fear. In my life I experience so many — people call it bizarre things. People say – well that’s a story, not necessarily real. I don’t care. This is what I experienced. My life. And this is the way I get my heart more and more open and look at things from a different perspective. Taoist Yoga , p. 41 ( “The sun stands for the heart and the moon for the lower tan t'ien cavity (under the navel), respectively symbolized by the dragon (female or negative vitality) [yin qi] and the tiger (the male or positive vitality) [Yuan Qi].” Taoist Yoga , p. 67 “Therefore the secret lies in the prenatal positive vitality [Yuan Qi] that existed before heaven, earth, and all things came into being.” Taoist Yoga , p. 75 “The channel carrying blood and vitality from the right ventricle of the heart is a vein which is linked with the duct of the testicles and the restraining nerve; hence the centre of the right palm is the tiger cavity.” Taoist Yoga , p. 110. As I posted above we now from science that is the parasympathetic nervous system that connects to the testicles and it is the right side vagus nerve of the parasympathetic nervous system that can stop the heart and restart it. By putting the Yi or intention in the lower tan tien, we “listen” or feel the vibration of the perineum that connects to the pineal gland. “The tiger’s roar heard in the left ear reveals the fullness of vitality.” p. 116 This deep Tai Chi Emptiness is called “breathless ecstasy” by Sri Yukteswar, the nirvikalpi samadhi of the energy meridians fully charged up via the deep reptilian “freeze” or “playing dead” vagus nerve activation, connecting the reproductive organs to the heart. Waking the Tiger: Healing Trauma: The Innate Capacity to Transform Overwhelming Experiences by Dr. Peter A. Levine gives the secret of this right side vagus nerve: I used to think the paralysis that occurs during extreme events was due to overloading of the sensorymotor cortex with kundalini energy. This may play a part in it, but now I think the paralysis is due to the brainstem stimulating an extreme parasympathetic response to meet the extreme sympathetic activity that is occurring…thus both on and off switches are at full bore. To prevent any further escalation of this duel between the on and off systems the body turns on a massive freeze response [samadhi trance] via the dorsal vagal complex. The dorsal vagus complex (DVC) is a cluster of connected neurons in the brainstem medulla that slows down the energy-expending processes. It is the primative unmyelinated vagus related to the conservation of metabolic resources. Similarly in the alchemy training we get this paradox of a strong sympathetic stress input creating a strong parasympathetic “freeze” reaction - in other words meditation trains us to suppress the sympathetic when normal people trigger the sympathetic.: These behaviors increase, further inhibiting the other system through tuning, and counter-intuitively not only is the opposite system fully suppressed, but stimuli that would normally evoke the opposite system (non-sensitized system) instead evoke a response in the sensitized system (termed reversal phenomena)..It is important to emphasize here, that under normal circumstances the nervous system cannot function this way; SNS and PNS are by nature alternating systems. Strange Bedfellows: Meditations on the Indispensable Virtues of Confusion, Mindfulness and Humor in the Neuroscientific and Cognitive Study of Esoteric and Contemplative Traditions Sept. 2016 pdf So the left ear is right brain dominant and so by emptying out the conceptual word left brain and developing Ting Jing (internal listening in Tai Chi) we build up the White Tiger yuan qi energy. The inner ear connects to the vagus nerve and cerebellum to sublimate the right side vagus jing energy and increase the pineal gland power. As Ramana Maharshi states with his shen (right brain spirit visualization) focused on the right side of his heart then after 15 minutes he felt a strong shock as the qi of the right side of the heart re-started his stopped heart and reactivated his shen as his spiritual self-awareness. Before that he was in a state of pure yuan qi as formless awareness - like a black hole of bliss through the right side of the heart. This shows again how the individual jing is tied to the shen and qi and explains the mystery of how Ramana Maharshi could insist he maintained his individual self even while he was submerged in the impersonal Self of the universe. Ramana Maharshi emphasizes to focus on the conceptual logicial inference of the source of the I-thought in order to ground the energy. We find the same discovery from Gopi Krishna - The focus on the left-side vagus nerve is the myelinated emotional energy to the heart. This is the focus on the “water path,” see below. When a qigong master is able to go into the post-death samadhi state, called nirvikalpa samadhi or “breathless ecstasy” (Sri Yukteswar), then that means the spiritual ego is emptied out, the 7th level of awareness in Mahayana Buddhism, and true enlightenment is achieved. That is the sign of a real spiritual master. As the qigong master who befriended me explained: You can be a qigong master but not necessarily enlightened. That is what he was referring to. For example a qigong master can see out of the head in four directions at the same time! But that doesn’t necessarily mean they are enlightened through a deep heart awakening. The shen as spirit moves in one direction while the qi moves in the other - and the body transcends its physical limitations as it merges with the qi-shen as the quantum formless awareness origin of time-frequency of the Universe.

Thanks to lifeforce, I have gotten intrigued with Bill Donahue's stuff, especially on the pineal gland. His vids are kind of long, but I did like this one: It's not specifically on rejuvenation of the pineal, but an understanding of what the pineal does, and how ancient scriptures seem to be telling us about it in very coded language... which Donahue claims to be deciphering. He actually makes a pretty good (loose, lol) case for his interpretation, and ties it all together nicely, if, again, loosely. What interests me even more than his theories is that, since I started listening to his pineal lectures, I'm getting lots more pineal activation myself! (Of course lots of other stuff is going on now too, but it does seem to coincide with listening to this guy's theories. Energy follows focus, after all. Curious if any other DBs are interested in this stuff, especially from Donahue's perspective...or anybody else's

my understanding is the first level of mopai is focused on building up the yin qi energy into the lower tan tien and to do this there must be direct contact of the perineum with the earth. Once the lower tan tien is filled with yin qi then yang qi or yuan qi can then be sent down to the lower tan tien, causing an "explosion." So elsewhere in mopai John Chang - for example with the sword that he communicates with the spirit - in the sword - he says he just creates a "yin field" to communicate with the spirit. This is then the yin shen. So to activate the yang qi or yuan qi - Jim of Mopai described it as taking a dump. I emailed to him about this and he confirmed it is very much like trying to take a crap (i'm paraphrasing). So we know from science - that taking a crap means that the sympathetic nervous system is pushed to its extreme causing a rebound of the parasympathetic nervous system, thereby flushing the colon with serotonin, and the bowels move. So for example when Mantak Chia was tested - as I cite in my free pdf - he was proven to switch from his stored up energy in the parasympathetic to the sympathetic nervous system to transmit qi externally. https://www.pdf-archive.com/2017/04/10/idiot-s-guide-to-taoist-alchemy/ So then - we also know that yang qi or yuan qi is considered to be activated via the kidneys. We also know that the Wim Hof method of storing up qi is from spiking the adrenaline from the kidneys - and when you hold the breath after exhale - this activates the parasympathetic nervous system which then shoots blood up to the pineal gland, which then as a positive feedback, increases the adrenaline even more, and increases the brain blood (from lack of oxygen - as it's the most vital organ). So again what is happening - to activate the yang qi or yuan qi - there is first a build up the yin qi and then by holding the breath the adrenaline spikes, which means the sympathetic is pushed to its extreme. The deep breathing literally activates the adrenals physically and then holding the breath does so even more with a positive feedback from the pineal gland. We know from Taoist alchemy that the yuan qi emanates from the pineal gland. So in effect - to say that the kidneys activate or store the yuan qi - actually means to build up the adrenaline to activate the yuan qi out of the pineal gland. So after the lower tan tien is filled up with yin qi energy - from the yin jing being increased (via this adrenaline spiking and breathing methods) - then the yuan qi is activated out of the heart, when the third eye opens up. This means we have a deeper parasympathetic reaction from the right side vagus nerve of the reproductive system to the right side of the heart- as the bringing down of the yang qi or yuan qi - to the lower tan tien as the "explosion." The book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" states that yin qi is just immature yuan qi - and so we know, from the science I cite - that the qigong masters (insert fancy Taoist term here) - actually emit electromagnetic energy that is 1000 times stronger than the typical heart energy, but so too is the Schumann resonance 1000 times stronger than the typical heart energy - and so the qigong master is resonating - via the ELF REM brain waves - the theta brain waves and the internal 7 to 8 beats vibration - So this emphasis on taking in the yin qi energy - via a cave or grave yard is actually based on the Earth's schumann resonance - it is better to do so in natural environment with no nearby artificial electromagnetic fields.

If a person only has half an hour to an hour per day to practice your system of Qigong and/or Neigong, what would you recommend they focus on and start with? Always start with Purging – the Tonify – and then end with Regulation: I start each morning with Pulling Down the Heavens 3 X - using a descending Ha sound. Next I perform Old Man and Tide Pool X5 - Then I perform the Daoist Yang Organ Exercise and the Daoist Five Yin Organ healing exercise. From there I move into Standing Meditation for about 20 minutes And end with Sitting Meditation for about 35 minutes 2. Can folks practice your methods and practices (from the books alone without any additional teaching? Are there problems they would run into from doing this? What about medical qigong from books only? That is a good question.. The books and DVDs will provide a great foundation for energetic training as a healer. However, you must still have an accomplished teacher to guide you along the path. There are many “pit-falls” that you can avoid be having an accomplished teacher. I believe that in any tradition, if a disciple sincerely applies himself, eventually his teacher will appear to continue with his training.. The goal is to provide you with excellent instruction from a number of these sources, that's why the books were originally written. Each teacher’s personal experience should awaken and encourage you to go deeper into the most subtle levels of training.. Whenever a book cannot answer your questions, a teacher who has mastered the source material will be there to assist you in both learning and growing.. 3. You had talked before about how beginning energy healers can sometimes — despite their best intentions — do more harm than good on an ill person, e.g. growing cancerous tumours instead of reducing them. Can you explain what beginning or intermediate students of Qi Gong medicine must practice in order to increase their healing effect vs. harmful effects. What are the most common beginners' mistakes you have encountered in your students? Besides having developed a powerful energetic field through which to treat your patients, and acquired various healing modalities and techniques, having an “open Heart” in clinical practice is essential to being a successful healer. In this manner, your Yuan Shen (Original Heart/Mind) is allowed to freely perceive and completely diagnose your patient. This is the true secret to increasing your healing effects, and to energetically see what is “beyond the obvious.” It is important for the Medical Qigong Doctors to realize that the mind is something that they use, instead of seeing the mind as being something who they really are. The degree to which they realize their dominance over their own mind, directly corresponds to their own ability to energetically dominate and control the mind and thought projection. In the clinic, this understanding allows the Medical Qigong Doctor to externally focus and finely hone his ability to project Qi. The first step towards mastering the energy of creation, is in attaining control of one’s Original Heart/Mind. Since matter is defined as a combination of trillions of particles, atoms, and molecules arranged in various vibrational patterns, matter, energy, and consciousness are constantly being converted and reconverted into each other. Although the mind is considered a form of matter which operates at a higher energy level or rate of vibration, the more the mind becomes absorbed into the physical world, the grosser and more bound to the lower realms of sensory diagnosis it becomes. Therefore, the individual expression of the mind can become less conscious (i.e., asleep), or more conscious (awake), depending on which aspect of his consciousness he energetically “feeds.” As an individual’s consciousness and perceptual awareness continues to develop, his mind starts to oscillate at an even higher, more subtle vibration, and energetic potential for creating energy (tonification) or dispersing energy (purgation) is realized and manifested naturally. One of the most common mistakes that beginners make in the clinic, can be divided into 3 important observations: 1st – The doctor not surrendering his acquired ego: Many times before treating a patient, the doctor will forget to surrender his acquired heart/mind to the Divine Mind. This prevents the doctor from receiving the subtle intuitive “messages” that are trying to inform him of the patient’s diseased state. 2nd – The doctor not dedicating the clinic for Divine Service: If the healing space is not dedicated for Divine Service before the doctor begins the treatment, the will and intention of his Original Heart/Mind will not combine with the Will of Heaven. 3rd - The doctor not asking permission to treat the patient - Because true healing is based on three levels (i.e., healing the Spirit Body, Energy Body, and Physical Body), many new clinicians either jump right in and start their practice as “technicians” instead of “healers,” or instead try performing all types of clinical “modalities” in hopes of trying to obtain certain goals without first checking to find out if this is for the patient’s highest good. This tends to be a common practice among many students who are not currently Apprenticing under older masters. 4. From what I've read, your training began primarily with the internal martial arts and eventually gravitated more toward chi kung therapy. Do you think that training the internal martial arts is an efficient way to build chi for a chi kung therapist, or should a chi kung therapist spend most of their training time differently? What would you say is the most efficient practice for a chi kung therapist to maximize their healing ability? Every Medical Qigong Doctor has natural healing abilities. Some of these natural gifts are immediately “awakened” during the initial trainings, others must be developed through many hours of practice. In the system that I learned, Master Wong taught that all disciples will progress through four stages: The Martial Artist, Healer, Scholar, and Priest. I was told that all of these stages focus on health and healing. However, they must also be continually trained and embodied, in order for the disciple to understand the innate difference between using the “Knowledge” (defined as “information that is supported by facts, truths, or principles that have been gathered through study and investigation”) and “Wisdom” (defined as “the knowledge of what is Right or True – coupled with the insight and judgment to perform the proper action in application”) of these special abilities. When first training: The beginning Martial Artist focuses on protecting his body against physical harm The beginning Healer focuses on protecting his energy against disease The beginning Scholar focuses on protecting his mind against ignorance The beginning Priest focuses on protecting his spirit against the influence of “evil” Although the methodology for each level will differ, eventually the goal for training the body, mind, and spirit will harmonize as “one.” This powerful union will either be positive or destructive, depending on the primary intention and main goal that subconsciously motivates and drives the actions of the practitioner. Therefore if your goal is to be a better Medical Qigong Therapist, no matter if you train Shengong (Spirit Skill), Qigong (Energy Skill), or Neigong (Inner Skill), simply focus all of your practice towards the goal of healing and serving others. Then, no matter which road you choose for training and developing Qi for healing, your body, mind and spirit will develop towards that particular endeavor. 5. Another question concerns the archetypal merging/fusion of Yin & Yang in Taoist (and other forms) of alchemy. What exactly (theoretically & experientially) does it mean to merge or fuse the 2? Is it like connecting a full electrical circuit like with + & - terminals? Or letting north and south magnetic poles meet? Or if they're already "fused" like electromagnetism...then how more would you "fuse" them? There are always three levels to Daoist Alchemy trainings. And, the explanation of the teachings will vary from student to student, depending on the specific level of the disciple’s energetic evolution. There is a physical Yin and Yang energetic fusion (i.e., that occurs within the channels and the body’s tissues), a mental Yin and Yang energetic fusion (that occurs within the energies of the Hun and Po), and a spiritual Yin and Yang energetic fusion ( that occurs within the Original Heart/Mind and the Eternal Soul). For example, when the Five Spiritual Virtues of the Yuan Shen unite and fuse as One Qi, the Ling Qi (Spiritual Energy) of the body’s True Yin (i.e., the most subtle prenatal spiritual energy of the Original Earth – existing before the development of the body’s Water Qi) and True Yang ( the most subtle prenatal spiritual energy of the Original Heaven – existing before the development of the body’s Fire Qi) also merge into One. After the Yin and Yang merge into One, the “Golden Elixir” (i.e., the Celestial Spirit) will begin to awaken, form, and develop. This creates within the disciple an “open” spiritual state of mind, like that of a newborn child, and is considered to be the further development of his Ling Shen (Spirit Mind). 6. I'd be curious to know about his personal practice. He is an expert in many disciplines, how does he schedule practicing them to remain proficient in each? Are there some pieces that he does every day? Any general guidelines for learning new skills? I start each morning with the Pulling Down the Heavens 3 X - using a descending Ha sound. Next I perform Old Man and Tide Pool X5 - Then I perform the Daoist Yang Organ Exercise and the Daoist Five Yin Organ healing exercise. From there I move into Standing Meditation for about 20 minutes And end with Sitting Meditation for about 35 minutes In the evening time, I practice Yang Family Taiji a few nights a week, and also teach Baguazhang classes (the students are currently learning the Bagua staff-fighting) I also teach 2 Daoist Magic classes each week – one class is for senior priests of Tian Yun Gong (the Daoist temple in Monterey) and includes special healing talismans, hand seals, star stepping, and incantations; the other class is to the Daoist Abbots of Tian Yun Gong– they are learning Daoist Exorcisms.. When I am not counseling students and disciples, I am either writing books or spending time with my wife... 7. Not long ago, I heard you tell a story in another interview about a martial arts instructor you encountered who wore rubber-soled shoes. You, at the time, felt that it was important to wear cotton-bottom shoes to increase your connection with the yin energy of the earth. In that story, you conceded to the instructor that there are far more impediments to perfect chi flow than just rubber-soled shoes (indoor plumbing and electricity and the like). We've had several debates on the forum about topics similar to the cotton-bottom shoe issue. One poinient example being a member who vehemently asserted that, unless the hui yin was physically touching the ground or some grounded conducting wire, no yin chi could be cultivated in one's meditation practice. My question is: Do you think that our modern western lifestyle prevents us from levels of attainment that the ancient Chinese may have reached? Is our lifestyle/environment making it harder for us to become Daoist immortals, or do you think it is a relatively minor issue? I have encountered many “Fundamentalists” in this spiritual path (Christian, Daoist, and Buddhist), and truly understand the frustration of trying to share your life experiences with closed-minded individuals. Because the mind is an extremely powerful tool, I have come to simply encourage these individuals in their personal beliefs (understanding that they have crystallized” around certain thought patterns) – and then move on. In this manner, I try not to be guilty of “hexing” someone’s energetic practice (i.e., saying “you can’t – you won’t, etc.). For example, throughout the years, many Western Doctors were truly perplexed by my students, because they were dissolving tumors. When they privately inquired as to how this was possible, I simply stated that it was because they don’t know any better...Once you assign a name, power, and history to a diseased state, you create a belief system that supports and maintains the energetic matrix of the disease pattern. I simply tell my students that the tumor is composed of stagnant energy, and that their job is to dissolve and disperse the Stagnant Qi. They do, and the tumor dissolves. It works, because a person's belief system supports and maintains his internal energetic patterns.. My teacher once explained that an individual’s actions are based on their internal “Code of Conduct,” created from the initial programming of their personal “Belief System” or “Internal Truth.” This “Internal Truth” is subconsciously constructed from the initial imprinting and programming of: • Inputted Stories of the Cultural Trance • Beliefs based on projected hopes and fears • Accepted statements based on religious beliefs • Facts based on sensory perceptions • Consistent accurate information. Therefore, an individual’s physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual attachments to their Internal Truth create and maintain their internal beliefs. These internal beliefs activate, support, and feed the “stories” that maintain the physical body, energy body, and spirit body’s’ energetic functions. In an Energetically Induced Psychosis (i.e., based on fundamental thinking), the individuals Belief System is being “Overshadowed” by the constant energetic bombardment of another individuals projected thoughts, intentions, and emotions (usually originating from a person of authority). In this self induced state of Trance Induction, when an individual believes that something is actually there, then to them, it is. Their body’s physical, mental, and emotional states all respond to these obsessed thoughts and feelings, which have a powerful influence over their Heart/Mind, and affect the way that they perceive the world, and respond to others. If the individual is unclear of their Code of Conduct (De) and Vision in life (Ming), they tend to experience any type of discrepancy or criticism as an invalidation of who they are, and become unclear of their current reality. This internal state becomes a source of doubt, lack, worry, fear, and obsession. The internal stories that they keep inside their mind, corrupt their personal values, in both vision and present condition. Their Survival Instinct is then taken over by the internal story and overshadowed sensory input. This disruptive internal state can lead to such Shen (Heart/Mind) Disorders as Psychosis or Neurosis. I believe that we currently are in a “spiritual crisis,” and that our modern Western lifestyle can easily be used in order to prevent us from reaching the higher levels of spiritual attainment. This is because in true alchemical training, it requires much work, discipline, and consistent practice. Without a “support group” needed to encourage your training, it becomes extremely easy to energetically “fall-asleep” and get lax when practicing Daoist Alchemical Cultivation. At this time in our history, it becomes even more difficult, because we now have greater access to things that can distract and inhibit quiescent cultivation practice. I believe this is why so many people are internally “hungry” for spiritual enlightenment, and thirst for a true relationship with the Divine. 8. Many folks do practice more than one system of qigong and/or neigong, and may wish to incorporate (though during a separate practice time), some of your exercises or practices. Is this possible? What are the risks? I have trained in several energetic disciplines. Each unique unto itself, and each containing their own energetic merit. Sometimes these energetic systems will actually complement each other – and enhance the other’s teachings. Other times, the systems are so different, they are actually contraindicated in their energetic application. Many years ago, when I first was introduced to Chinese Energetic Medicine, I believed that “truth – was truth,” and therefore each energetic system should say the exact the same things, have the same colors, same sounds, same energetic patterns, same channel locations, etc. What I failed to take into consideration, was the various cultural influences that each energetic system carried. It was because of each system's cultural evolution, that the associated sounds, colors, patterns, etc. all varied. This did not make them “wrong” only different. Once you can understand the original function and design of the teaching’s application, then an energetic foundation is created. You then become free to observe and appreciate the various correspondences each system carries, and may use its energetic approach in cultivating and working with the most subtle energetic fields of the body, mind, and spirit. 9. How do you feel is best way to stop rebirth? We are taught that the best way to stop Rebirth, is to obtain “True Spiritual Radiance.” By spiritually transcending and becoming a radiant Immortal, the individual’s Three Bodies are then able to escape the “Cycle of Time” (i.e., The Cycle of Life, Death, and Rebirth). By not physically dying, and through obtaining the spiritual status of a “Spirit Immortal” (or “Heaven Immortal”), the individual’s transformed Spirit Body will then belong to the celestial realm of the Dao, and will no longer be restricted to any particular family lineage or Earthly Genealogy. Additionally, if the disciple was able to obtain the status of a “Spirit Immortal” (or “Heaven Immortal”), he would also be able to evade the stern judgments of the Three Officials of the Underworld, having already transformed his previous Karma into radiant Divine Light on Earth. As a Heavenly Immortal, the disciple now qualified to ascend into paradise and take up a special Celestial Post in one of the Heavenly Administrations, and continue his service from the celestial realm. 10. What is the final goal (if there is one) of your system/lineage? The final goal is to be one with the “Divine,” and obtaining the Immortal Body is secondary. This is the primary goal in all spiritual practices. 11. How important is an understanding of the YiJing (I Ching) to Taoist cultivation practices? How can this be used to enhance ones practice? The study of the Yijing is extremely important in Daoist Alchemy, Medicine and Martial Practice. In our particular Daoist System, The study of Heaven is associated with the study of Astrology The study of Earth is associated with the study of Feng Shui The study of Man is associated with the study of the Yijing 12. As a modern materialist Westerner, the concept of ghosts and spirits is outside my conditioned framework. Is there a simple way of getting a glimpse into their reality or does it take years of study? How would such a belief help a person spiritually and in life? I wrote extensively about my interactions with the Spirit World in my Daoist Exorcism book (see - http://www.qigongmedicine.com/daoist-books/ When overseeing a Medical Qigong Clinic, a doctor will usually encounter various types of patients with a multitude of diseased conditions, ranging from physical, mental, emotional, to spiritual energetic dysfunctions. This is because each human body has a continual relationship with the multidimensional energies active within the Physical, Energetic, and Spirit Worlds. The various interactions can be infinitely complex and sometimes frightening, especially if the doctor has not prepared for such encounters. For example, one supernatural manifestation of the Spirit World can include the ghostly apparitions of various spirits, people, animals, and/or objects. In the clinic, the presence of these subtle energetic forms can sometimes be seen or felt for either brief moments in time (i.e., usually seen as hovering images of light or dark shadows) or for extended periods of time (usually considered to be an encounter). In the early 1970s, when I first began to see spirits, I had just finished meditating with my teacher. Suddenly, I saw a bright radiant flash of light. It hovered for a few seconds to the left of the room, then immediately disappear. Startled by what I had just observed, I asked my teacher what that was. When he answered, “oh, I don’t know,” his carefree response upset me. Realizing that I would not be content within this answer, he continued: “Johnson, some of these things are people from the past projecting into the future; others are people in the future projecting into the past; some are people in the present Spirit Traveling; others are Immortals and Spirit Guides traveling within the various realms; and some can be Nature Spirits, Elementals, or Ghosts. Unless we “Freeze” the spirit and then interrogate it, we cannot truly say what it is.” Eventually, I became use to seeing such energetic phenomenon, and learned to relax and accept the clairvoyant skills I had begun to develop. This important acceptance opened the doors to learning the additional skills and abilities that were needed to interact with the Spirit Realm. This was known in ancient China as having developed “Yin Eyes.” The term “Yin Eyes” originated from the ancient belief that the Physical World existed in a Yang energetic state, where people were subject to the warmth and light of the day, when the Yang energy was at its strongest. In contrast, the Spirit World and ghosts were considered to exist in a Yin energetic state, where spirits of the dead are subject to the cold and darkness of night, when the powers of Yin were at its strongest. Because you are composed of a Physical Body, Energetic Body, and Spirit Body – by understanding the Yin and Yang properties of each of these three energetic states, you will be able to more effectively interact with yourself and others, in a deeper and more profound way. <this might be covered in a book> If a person couldn't study with you, are there other teachers or organizations you'd recommend? Please see Dr. Diego San Miquel or Dr. John De Anzo for Skype lessons in Daoist Exorcism 13. How does he see the relationship/compatibility of Buddhist and Taoist practices? Is it ok to practice both concurrently or is there need to keep them distinct? Many of the Daoist and Buddhist teachings are extremely compatible. Throughout ancient China, both the Daoist and Buddhist continually “borrowed” various magic talismans, incantations, and hand seals, from each other. In fact, many of the Daoist and Buddhist teachings were originally combined in order to form the “Quanzhen” (“Complete Reality”) Daoist School. However, because certain meditations require mantras that are specifically directed to certain deities, I would encourage you to keep their meditation practices separate.. 14. Do you think chi kung healing is becoming more accepted by the western medical community? How would you like to see chi kung therapy evolve over the next ten years? As modern Western physicians are becoming more open-minded to Alternative approaches, Medical Qigong Therapy is becoming increasingly more popular. Within 10 years, it is likely to see Medical Qigong Therapy becoming an active part of the Western Medical Community. 15. What is the most remarkable recovery you have seen in a chi kung clinic? In 2002, one of the Five Branches Acupuncture student who was studying with me, discovered that her father had been diagnosed with cancer. Because it had metastasized throughout his entire body, they only gave him 2 weeks to live and sent him home. He had just returned back from Community Hospital, when she called to make an emergency appointment. The next day, when she and her mother arrived at the clinic, they asked if they could stay and watch me treat her father. My immediate response was, “no, this is not a spectator sport. If you wish to stay, you both must sit on the side and remain in prayer, and ask God to intercede. We have a saying in the clinic – Doctor’s Treat- God Heals.” They both agreed, and I placed the patient on the table and began to perform my “Hook-up” before treatment. Immediately the light in the treatment room (which usually turns into a natural golden radiance), transformed into a type of “rainbow” luminescence, and you could actually feel the prayers of the mother and her daughter interceding for the father. I thought, “this is wonderful, God is healing her father.” After the healing session, they thanked me and left. About a week later, the father returned back to the hospital and clinical exams confirmed that all of the cancer way completely removed. It had not gone into remission – but was instead completely removed from his body. 16. Which side of the human body is Yin & which is Yang? What I would like to know is whether yin and yang aspects of right and left are inherent, absolute qualities or whether this may be considered more of a sort of suggestion, a paradigm, one potential school of how to channel these opposing (e.g. radiant vs. receiving) energies, which then may naturally be different in different schools. I know in your books you insist that the left side is yang, the right yin. What we would like to know is why the understanding of this differentiation is relevant, e.g. in specific healing or medical applications. The body’s Yin and Yang locations are actually part of ancient Chinese Culture and their beliefs. I know that this ancient belief and the placements of Yin and Yang patterns are sometimes opposite from those of the Indian Ayurvedic systems of healing. However, the Chinese Yin and Yang “schematic” is the energetic foundation for all Chinese Energetic Medicine, Daoist Alchemy and Chinese Martial Arts practices – and it remains so, even today. 17. It has been suggested by one member here (yours truly) that one could explain De as akin to the virtuous creative force which other religions worship as God. Does this make sense in your understandings of Daoism and Christianity? Also: How would you explain the relationship between De and Dao in the Universe, creation, and in Neidan/Neigong. Thank you so much for your consideration and time. The ancient Daoist (and the ancient Christians) believed that when the radiant light of the Dao is expressed in human action, it is manifested as the individual’s De (Virtue). In Daoist Alchemy, this type of Virtue, is directly connected to the disciple’s Prenatal Wujing Shen (the spiritual energy of the congenital Virtuous States located within the disciple’s Five Yin Organs), and affects all of his thoughts and actions. It is important to note that the Five Virtues are the original energetic and spiritual manifestations of the Five Pure Lights. This is why, according to ancient Daoist teaching, the “Virtues” are composed of subtle energetic and spiritual substances, known as “Ling Qi” (“Spiritual Energy”) and “Ling Shen” (“Spiritual Mind”). The Energy Body and Spirit Body are both composed from this subtle energetic and spiritual substance. Whenever an individual becomes extremely emotional (i.e., enraged, fearful, obsessive, depressed, etc.), he or she will naturally drain, burn up, and energetically waste this precious spiritual substance. Therefore, the foundation for all Daoist magic and alchemical work is traditionally built upon the cultivation and replenishing of the subtle spiritual energies of the disciple’s innate Virtues. In order to assist him in this important alchemical practice, both Daoist and Christian disciples were first traditionally taught how to uncover the hidden magical powers contained within the spoken word. For example, the sacred sounds of a spoken prayer or magical incantation are directly linked to the internal power of an individual’s Ling Qi (Spiritual Energy), and are therefore energetically rooted within the disciple’s Shen (Heart/Mind). This is why one of the first energetic exercises given to a disciple of Daoist Magic (aside from the Purification Meditations and Rituals), focuses specifically on training his internal “Observer” to overview all of his thoughts and actions. In this way, the disciple is able to intercept Karma, shut off his attachments to the outside world, and begin cultivating Divine Virtue, which will be required later when performing advanced alchemical teachings. The ancient Daoists believed that the cultivation of Virtue has its reward, both within Heaven, and within the Dao. These energetic and spiritual rewards are without shape or form, and are the magical stepping stones used by most Daoist disciples to access the secret teachings hidden within the various Spirit Realms. In high levels of Daoist Magic, the acquired magical powers of a disciple are not totally dependent on his ability to practice powerful Qigong and Shengong exercises, but are also dependent on his ability to cultivate Genuine Virtue. According to the Huimingjing, “If you do not have Virtuous Power (De), even if you encounter the Dao, Heaven will certainly not grant it to you. Why is this? Virtuous Power and the Dao are like a bird’s wings. If one is missing, the other is useless. You must have dedication, devotion, compassion, moral integrity, and obey the Five Precepts (no killing, stealing, adultery, lying, or intoxication). Only then do you have something to hope for.” With each kind deed, the disciple’s Heart becomes purer and the subtle activities of his True Spirit increase. This allows the gap between the Qi of the disciple’s Yuan Shen (Original Spirit) and the radiant light of his Shen Xian (Eternal Soul) to be reduced. 18. Since you emphasize the importance of working through your stuff and clearing it out prior to, as well as during the neigong practice, what ends up being the result of someone practicing Neigong without doing this important aspect? What happens to them/their spirit/the fetus? As the internal power begins to build, if the individual has no way of “processing” and discharging the trapped emotional energy, they usually end up going crazy, having a stroke, or suffering from a Heart Attack. This is quite common in many “famous” martial artists. Additionally, if this internal power is allowed to develop and increase within a disciple who has a confused “Poisoned Mind” (defined as an individual who is obsessed with the continual need for ego-based control, approval, and security), and it energetically activates their Inner Fire, the transferred spiritual energy (Ling Qi) will internally burn through the disciple, and begin destroying all of his various acquired “ego personalities” and “false identities.” If the disciple has not been properly trained or prepared for these sudden spiritual changes, he can mistake these energetic shifts for being suddenly possessed or oppressed by harmful spirits. As the newly awakened “creative energy” rushes through the disciple’s Three Bodies, it also naturally “feeds” whatever the disciple considers to be the “most important” internal priority. Therefore, this suddenly awakened “creative energy” can either seem like a blessing (especially if the internal priority is placed on Divine Transformation), or can manifest as a form of psychotic-delusion, especially if the internal priority is placed on empowering themselves. When psychotic-delusions begin to manifest, the disciple suddenly considers himself “extra special,” and “God’s Gift to Mankind;” or he is suddenly convinced that he is a god himself. This is why it is important to find a qualified teacher whenever pursuing any form of Daoist Magic and Internal Alchemical teaching. It is also the reason why maintaining a humble and grateful heart rooted in divine service is essential for spiritual growth, especially when following any authentic spiritual path to Enlightenment and Immortality. 19.Is karma a legitimate Taoist concept? How does he see the relationship/compatibility of Buddhist and Taoist practices? Is it ok to practice both concurrently or is there need to keep them distinct? Yep...see Question #13 20. Are there any key exercises for overall good health? Sure...see Question #1

A good supplement to take is a new kind of vitamin K called MK7. Vitamin K helps keeps the calcium in your teeth and bones, and will also remove calcium deposits from the arteries and put it back where it's supposed to be. I doubt it could _fix_ cavities though.
