With the use of AI you can reach the AI (artificial immortality). I have not heard someone has achieved it but who knows may be you will be the first one in history who will achieve it.

Hello tianzhang, I had to look up what your condition is. What do you mean precisely when you say you "get spontaneous qigong"? What specific FP meditations are you doing (and for how long) that cause what call the "spontaneous qigong"? Is it uncomfortable or painful and put you in a worse way than before practicing? Once you provide some more info, I may be able to provide adjustments to improve your experience of FP. Sifu Terry Dunn https://www.taichimania.com/chikung_catalog.html terencedunn.substack.com

Hi SodaChanh, Yes, any combination of practice FP meds.--and especially the FP Long Form--can put you right OUT OF TIME--i.e., reveals to you that TIME IS A CONSTRUCT. Anyone who masters a complete Qigong, Yoga, or meditation system will realize that all planes of existence intersect in the current NOW-MOMENT. The attainment of or returning to this pristine state of Cosmic Consciousness sometimes begins with very vivid "flashbacks" to where your energy has been--which is usually a very comfortable and pleasant situation or a very painful and unpleasant one (that hasn't been fully felt). ...as if seeing life as a movie being winded back and I was there in a big space. Your state of consciousness after you finished your third round sounds sublime and divine. Continue to enjoy your practice, SC! Hi BigSkyDaimond, Sorry to take so long to chime in. I'm glad that you've shared with the FP community that you found "Bending the Bows" generates the most energy "flow." Although it may be hard to find because this thread is now in its 16th year, I posted in the first year--seconding someone else's comment that he had gotten enougn consisten high energy cultivation from BTBows that he called it a "cornerstone" or fundament of the FP moving meditations. I explained back then--and I'll repeat it here--that almost as soon as I did about 5 rounds of BTBows the first time that I tried it (I remember it was in La Cienega Park in L.A. at night), I was astonished (and then afterwards delighted) to feel that my Tai Chi had just spontaneously and dramatically been improved-transformed and empowered. In terms of my Tai Chi body mechanics becoming much more effortless and spontaneous. Deep energy connections were made. My head was full of alert energy and my energy was uniform throughout my body. This was 1991, the year that I started training with GM Doo Wai. I had been doing Tai Chi a solid 11 years (as I had started with Master Abraham Liu, a senior student of Prof. Cheng Man-ching, in 1980). So I was totally surprised and jazz'd when I felt BTBows enhanced the Tai Chi that was in me at the time. So all that is to say that you have joined a good number of other FP practitioners who posted the same findings in the earlier years of this thread...that Bending the Bows is a "supercharger" meditation. It's fine to take it easy and pull back the frequency of practice and how many rounds you do in a practice session. But I wanto to remind you and all other practitioners that the standard orthodox practice is one set of 18 rounds. Once a day or even once every other day is fine and good for health, immunity and strength. But try to work you way up--if you haven't already--to 18 repetitions in a set. If you get to the point again where you feel that the internal power generated is "too much", then stop. And you might try "rounding" and "grounding" things like excessive cultivation by doing any one or more of the first 3 stationary standing Meds. on Vol.1--Monk Holding Pearl, Monk Holding Peach, Monk Gazing At The Moon--for a couple of minutes. Also, an excellent way top hit the "RESET" button when you feel too much intensity, excess, or imbalance of energy is to do Monk Holding the Pearl (50 40 30 20 10) lying supine (with hands on the lower tan tien). Over the many years, I've found this to be a nice "RESET" method that only soothes and evens out almost any type of imbalance in the Qi flow. So thanks for sharing your findings about Bending the Bows. Play with it more along the general guidelines I've restated here...so you can enjoy it more and derive more benefits over the long run. Happy Holidays. Sifu Terry https://www.taichimania.com/chikung_catalog.html terencedunn.substack.com

Some eastern ways and or teachers proclaim everything is perfect.... I'd say that is true and dandy for the Transcendent that is perfect and "beyond" suffering, it not so true and dandy for those suffering and short of Transcendent Freedom/Being. It's nuts to me to hear of the denial of suffering as being non-existent (aka intellectual by-passing) since it is a core teaching to overcome forms of suffering for most eastern way students and to also help others overcome same. Anyhow one can walk around all day long quoting so and so and say, "all is perfect" but I'd say that is not real (or of an actual realization) until it is so via attainment of Transcendent Freedom/Being.

    2. 「煉氣」的要義(煉氣化神): 目的: 將煉精所得的元氣(真氣)進一步聚攏、薰蒸、溫養,並提煉成更細微、更光明的元神能量。 Please bear with me, I have to do lots of work for clarification. Even to myself.

It isnt just the 'transcendent ' ... its a new age way of avoiding 'fixing the problem' .... just get all sugary positive about things or the 'trance' one goes into from long term 'non suffering ' ( like when you live a privileged lifestyle and 'fall in love ' )

Someone who says things like "all is perfect" but doesn't have that as their lived experience is actually creating MORE suffering for themselves and deserves compassion. In reality the "transcendent" doesn't exist. There is nothing to transcend. What one might think of the transcendent is always RIGHT HERE. When someone with this understanding says that things are "perfect", they don't mean "ideal" they mean that they can't be any other way in this moment. The causes and conditions of this moment have come together to create things as they are right now. This isn't ever a denial of suffering, it is a statement of how things are. The only reason for a person to continue speaking teachings is to benefit others, and compassion for the suffering of others is generally what drives that. Parroting teachings even by someone who doesn't have the realization to go with it can be beneficial, but denying the reality of someone's experience of suffering isn't kind, it's true. Someone with "attainment" would want to be of benefit to those who are suffering.

Gurunath definitely does energy transmission for sure, I had alot of fire feeling energy in my spine which went up to the the agyna chakra/third eye location which energized a golden circle of light in my forehead during my practices. That golden circle is a hallmark of the spiritual eye of Kriya Yoga which in Kriya theory you have to penetrate or pass through for samadhi. Kriya practices after the initiation gave quicker results due to the energy, which I somewhat regret now having not taken full advantage of that. Gurunath irl is actually a relatively small person, strangely it felt like his body was very compressed or held very tightly together. I couldn't bear to look directly at him most of the time, I also was sitting the closest to him. When he walked over I had a real urge to drop down to the ground in a prostration kinda way, I didn't actually move but the urge was very sudden and strong and the urge left just as soon as it came. Some things I personally didn't like was the movie that was played to explain his time in the Himalayas and his samadhi, I wasn't interested in it and it ate alot of the allotted time. Another thing was that there wasn't a personalized 1 to 1 conversation with him that I could have with him, but maybe if I directly asked and really pushed for one I could've gotten it. He spent alot of time trying to just hear peoples voices for the Q&A section which was somewhat disappointing. I did have conversations with the more advanced disciple leading our split off practice group and he was pretty cool. Gurunath spent alot of time showing the whole group the advanced disciples who are designated/qualified people that can answer questions and hold satsangs when Gurunath leaves. Back then I again didn't really care about and just wanted to practice by myself but right now as I write this, I see the value in doing something like that. Gurunath travels alot and hasn't really been to Canada in quite some time (I think) so having those designated people hold gatherings is a nice way to keep community. I personally live in the countryside and was far away from the city in the first place so I never really thought of meeting up in person plus I was also 17, couldn't really drive or anything. If a person was really willing for a deeper connection to him, they could go to his ashram in Pune and stay out there and really dig in to the practice and him as a guru, or they could stay at home and practice practice practice and have the energetic initiation and go off Kriya theory books which is what I did. I think he has guided me in Kriya sometimes as the answers just come, but I don't know for sure. I did work hard in learning Kriya theory over the years myself. Overall there was good and bad on both ends. I was pretty nervous and had tight legs and was sitting for a long time so I wasn't as receptive as I should've been for him, my fault. Kriya is an energetic daily spiritual practice that mainly focuses on the sushumna-nadi. You energetically cultivate your subtle body system to awaken chakras and reach deep meditative states. The general culmination of Kriya is awakening the spiritual eye and penetrating your consciousness through it to samadhi. Gurunath has a video called something like The True Sadhana of the Yogi which describes the same thing. Lahiri Mahasaya, the first main person to have taught the Kriya yoga practices in the 1800s to regular people also describes the same process. In the podcasts Gurunath describes the Kalki-Maitreya, the new coming world age, and upheavals that will take place. I personally neither believe nor disbelieve what he's saying. I boil it down to if he actually is coming I should probably practice as best as I can as quickly as I can to prepare for that, if he isn't coming I should probably practice as best as I can as quickly as I can anyway because life is short. There really isn't much I can do either way besides just diligent practice and having a lifestyle that supports diligent practice.

Yes, it's pretty accurate. In some ways, learning about my type was validating, but not necessarily reassuring. For the 3/5, 3 is learns by trial and error, and 5 is problem solver that others project onto, both of which resonate with me. As a reflector, I'm easily influenced by mood and environment, and require a significant amount of time alone. I've spent a long time feeling guilty about my inconsistencies, trying to fit into standard societal structures. But learning to work with the ebb and flow of the energies of the moon and with my own cycles has been really helpful and healing for me. Ahh, okay. Does doing everything yourself usually feel empowering, or more tiring over time?

Well, followers of the Way. Apparently in Greek, Acts 9:2 uses the noun ὁδός (hodos), “way / road / path,” with the article: τινας ὄντας τῆς ὁδοῦ. Literally: “any being of the Way.” Unrelated to the OP, this story pretty strongly indicates that Saul is a false prophet. Saul claims he met Jesus in the wilderness, declares himself the 13 apostle, and begins to preach "the Gospel." His conversion story is clearly built on the same skeleton as Balaam and the donkey, in Numbers 22: a religious man on the road, sure he’s doing God’s work, actually moving against what God wants, blocked by a divine encounter, confronted with “why are you doing this to me?” and then forced into a new path. Initially, Balaam speaks real oracles from God, but later becomes greedy and dangerous, leading others astray.

A 4/6 Manifesting Generator, how interesting. I'm a 3/5 Reflector. As far as I know, Human Design shows personal themes, patterns, and how you meet cycles and transits. It’s like a user manual for how your body and mind operate and a guide for shedding expectation and stepping into authentic being, as opposed to an oracle for what exact event will happen. A lot of emphasis is placed on the importance of following one's personal strategy and authority, and working through a 7 year deconditioning process. Here's additional information overviewing your chart and highlighting what your strategy/authority and deconditioning process may look like, taking your gates into account. It looks like it's important for you to listen to your body and gut for a clear yes or no, announce what you will do (without requesting permission), and then act. Your life is defined by trial and error activity, which helps you develop into a wise guide that helps other people and systems get unstuck. Because your strategy relies on reading the body and the gut, simple healthy routines are essential for you. Paying attention to how to respond to transits as they cross your gates can help you develop an understanding of your personal cycles and patterns. My own view is that multiple wills exist in the human format. For example, many have difficulty stopping eating a favorite food. Others are greedy for power. At a more abstract level, it is useful to distinguish the personal will from the transpersonal will

Hello, it's nice to join a new forum website and talk with new communities. A small introduction for myself: I'm 23 years old, I practice Kriya Yoga practices mentioned by Lahiri Mahasaya, which I've been doing off and on since 17. Although I mainly know yogic terminology and theory, I appreciate the daoist approach and hope to learn more about it from you all.

Ye eeeeee eeeee s . I need to be careful with definitions here . IF we call the earlier 'followers' as depicted in the Bible as 'Jews ' than yes ; Judaism was formulated as a state religion and the temple 'cleared' and dedicated to 'one God - YHVH ' and clear monotheism established ... that seems to have been Josiah's work . ( 640 - 609 bc ) . Before that it seemed your regular Canaanite temple with all sorts of goings on in there . We have two choices ; to believe either that they were monotheists who would always, continually slip away from that and get terribly punished and never learn and keep doing it OR they were a blend of people with different Gods and ' at best ' some 'henotheirsts ' ( there are other Gods , yes, but mine is best ) ; in either case the bible itself attests to this . .

Set a timer for two minutes. Close your eyes and observe your internal environment with as many of your senses as you can. Just look and be attentive. Train your energy to pool inwards instead of disperse outwards. The outside can wait. The timer will let you know when to wrap up. Practice at least once every day. Increase the amount of time when you want to. Keep track of your progress on any kind of calendar or journal that suits you. That's it. That's the practice. But Nintendao, all you've described is a most basic form of meditation. Don't you have to kan li your yuan qi to xing ming the xuan guan? Yes. Yes you do.
