Hi i am new to cultivation, honestly i don't know a bit of cultivation i only have experience reading some novels and storeys then i came to know a demonstration of kiakido where i came to the concept qi, i real want to know about cultivation, and its stages i does'nt have a foundation yet and didn't practice because i don't where to start, so can anyone help me and guide through it, and i know that its not simple, we need to devote ourself to path of cultivation and iam willing to take it I’d appreciate any additional insights, especially from practitioners with direct experience in building a strong foundation for qi cultivation. Practical advice, recommended exercises, or resources that helped you personally would be especially valuable. Thank you in advance for your guidance.

Light and dark are a duality. The goal is that which is either the union of both or what is beyond light and dark. By dark I don't mean the obscuration of light by matter for instance but perhaps that which is self transparent like space for instance.
