How can I increase my Testosterone?

Hi, would frozen squid be good enough ? (ofcourse thawed before you eat it)

Because, that seems to be the easyest wat to get it.

Also, how would you recommend to eat it? With wasabi and maybe soy sauce? As sushi? Otherwise? :)

In acupuncture... it's simple...

ok by water element are you referring to Yin Jing of the kidenys? I am assuming that I have exhausted my Yin and now the Yang fire is flaming wildly... So I need to replenish my Yin.

 

Correct? (sorry i don't know acupuncture terms)

I have very weak erections... I saw too much porn and ejaculated a LOT. Now I am not getting erections...

I strongly feel that testosterone is my main problem... Can you give me some wise advice as to how I can increase my testosterone?

 

My erection is exactly like the third one in this image :( (i am 33 years old)

 

If you take herbs, then rotate the herbs after a few weeks. It stops the body from getting accustomed.

 

Take cayenne pepper, it'll burn through blockages. Make sure that you use aloe vera pills so that it won't

give you a burning asshole and the runs. Taking the stuff helped me with recovering from a mild (didn't feel mild though) cold weather injury on the feet.

Yep, you're wanking too much, and diffusing your sexual energy. Porn is addictive, and I don't consider myself a Christian fundamentalist for believing so. If you're only 33, your test. level is fine, and the only way to be sure would be lab work. You're too young for OTC test. supplements to do anything. This stuff, however, made me feel amazing, and I'm 16 years older.

Exercise in my experience is the best way to increase testosterone.

You will literally feel your glands get bigger : )

 

It does not have to be "power" exercise. You do not need to lift heavy weight, but make sure you get your heart rate up, exercise your breath with an activity which forces you to use different breathing patterns, and interchange the intensity of the exercise: eg. one phase requiring endurance vs strength, then strength vs endurance.

 

Do something which is not just "plain" mechanical exercise, but includes your intellect and dexterity.

 

May i advise something like: Brazilian Jui Jitsu, or Zuzana's routines: Routines A / Routines B

For the sex-drive, I've found basic standing meditation to be quite powerful, and have had some very positive feedback on it in this aspect from others. It's actually a side-effect in anyone who practices regularly.

 

A rudimentary feel for Qigong is probably important, Qi has to be flowing, Laogong has to be actively breathing, you need to feel it. But, basically, stand, erect (the spine not the wanger), Baihui in th emiddle, chin tucked slightly inward, palms toward the kua region of the groin( the soft-areas at the inner top of the hips, you can also view it as holding the ball of the lower Dantian from below), let he shoulders sink, knees loose, feet shoulder-width, toes to the front, tip of the sacrum pointed toward the front so the lumbar spine can open comfortably... Face soft, no worries. Just stand there, eyes open, enjoy it for as long as you want, as often as you want. Get it up (lol) to about 30 minutes a day, whereby those 30 minutes will be a pleasure and not a strain, and Bob's yer Uncle.

 

Of course there is a LOT more to it than that, as usual, but that's really enough.

 

Look up info on "Zhan Zhuang" or "Standing like a Tree".
