Very sad about the shooter, gun man is know to the authorities as a criminal - not saying what his allegiances are yet.

My ex wife is shouting 'false flag' but I don't buy that.

Just been watching Macron's £10 billion step down on RT - The Yellow Vests keep going on about how it's not enough, it's crazy thinking about where this might go too ... how long is Macron going to last?

His step down is so expensive it will push the French national debt above the 3% of GDP required by the EU, buggering up their finances too.

It's strange how two leadership threatening issues are going on in both our countries.

Did your wife complain about your false flags when you were still together?

That was before the dawn of conspiracies!

Unpleasant business in Strasbourg but no further details regarding the felons identity or motive. I cannot see that it will be anything to do with the Yellow Jackets and it has all the markings of Islamists.

It could put further pressure on Macron or he may be able to spin things in his favour as is the nature of politico's everywhere.

Interesting times chaps.

OK the votes are in, finally! https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-46535739

Quote

UK Prime Minister Theresa May will face a vote of no confidence in her leadership later on Wednesday.

Conservative MPs will vote between 18:00 GMT and 20:00 GMT.

The challenge to Mrs May's position comes after the required 48 letters calling for a contest were delivered.

Mrs May, who has been prime minister since shortly after the UK voted to leave the European Union in 2016, has faced criticism in her party for the Brexit plan she has negotiated.

The trigger has been pulled - and now things move fairly quickly. Will there then be enough votes this evening to finish the job ....

And who's PM next ... ?

__________

They still need to get, I think 158 more Tories to agree in a vote this evening.

Mogg did say that the ERG should just select one Brexiteer so perhaps there will only be two put forward, one Brexiteer and one Remoaner?

Well at least something will happen and of course May could still win and stick around for another years!!

Some chap from the FT points out that what MP's say publicly may not be how they vote! I think she'll be gone by the end of today, I'm fairly confident about that.

It's right that she goes because of her delay to the vote, so I hope she does lose ... but I feel it's going be close.

Here goes her attempt to stay.

To May and the EU:

sticking-up-two-fingers-e1312190804274.j

We're leaving now and stuff the EU and the consequences! We've tried to be fair but now we should just drop the EU and if they try anything underhanded then we should fuck them as much as possible. Piss takers!!!

Theresa May = The worst PM the UK has ever known!

The European Union = A bunch of dodgy thugs that are knackered due to their ruthless attitude that has affected millions of decent people in Britain and Europe!

Get fucked!

Waiting for Brexit

Scene 1 : Downing Street

(two figures, one in a Dickensian outfit and the other bedraggled and covered only in a Union Jack)

(a woman dressed in blue emerges from the door of No. 10)

Figure 1: Resign! resign!

Figure 2:  Traitor!  I hope you are hanged!

TM : I will finish the job.  So f**k you Mr. Chang and Patrick Brown.

(she turns and re-enters No. 10 slamming the black door)

Figure 1:  Nothing happens. Nobody comes, nobody goes. It's awful.

Figure 2: Let's go.

Figure 1: We can't.

Figure 2: Why not?

Figure 1: We're waiting for Brexit.

TM meets Laozi on the path to Strassbourg :

TM : Oh Laozi, my knickers are in a twist, what can I do ?   (raises hands dramatically)

LZ :

Sometimes things are ahead and
sometimes they are behind;

Sometimes breathing is hard,
sometimes it comes easily;
Sometimes there is strength and
sometimes weakness;
Sometimes one is up and sometimes down.
Therefore the sage avoids having knickers in a twist,
leather-print pumps, and the 1922 Committee.

The deal that can be told is not the eternal deal.

It's Brexit

The deal that can be named is not the eternal deal.

Err, Brexit

The nameless is the beginning of heaven and Earth.

Look I told you it's Brexit

The named is the mother of the ten thousand things.

That's Brexit

Ever desireless, one can see the mystery.

It's no mystery it's Brexit

Ever desiring, one sees the manifestations.

I can't see anything but I can smell it!

These two spring from the same source but differ in name; this appears as darkness.

I can still smell something!

Darkness within darkness.

It's a trick!

The gate to all mystery.

Oh fuck it I don't know!!

The Four Noble Brexit Truths

1.  All existence is the European Union.

2.  The cause of the European Union is ignorance and desire (for free trade).

3.  The end of the European Union is Brexit.

4.  The way to Brexit is endless and frustrating.

Offer a prayer:

Our sovereignty which art in heaven,

Democratic freedom be thy name,

Thy Brexit come on earth as agreed in Brussels

Give us this day our Irish back stop

And forgive us our trade tariffs

As we forgive those who impose tariffs against us

Lead us not into a second referendum

For thine is the Gove, the Davis and the Johnson,

Never ever Theresa,

Amen.
