What are you listening to?

That's a nice three=string banjo she's playing there. And she got quite a bit of melody out of it too!

Oh, I'm listening to some old-time Blues this morning.

...

I'm listening to smooth radio at the moment, mostly schmaltzey love songs and bitter heart break tunes.

I know, I don't know why I do it to meself.

But tonight its movie songs and its coming up with some treasures with perfect timing...

Like for instance;

I ain't afraid of no ghosts!

Followed by Windmills of Your Mind.

It's good stuff.

I switched music a while back. I was doing some things in the dinning room and opted for listening from the living room. Just happened to be Swamp Pop music ready to go when I fired it up. Still listening to it now.

Prog Lives!

You better believe!

Necromancer - Peter Hamill.

Yes, I live in the black woods
Where you dare not even speak my name
If there is evil in your heart and you come near me
You will lose your sane

My form is mystic but my heart is pure
You'd better believe what I say
I am the Necromancer
(I am the Necromancer)

I cast deep spells and potent
I am a Seer of the Real
My forces work against evil
For I love all I feel

I know the secrets long forgotten
You'd better believe in me
I am the Necromancer
(I am the Necromancer)

Look into my eyes
I tell you, occults power lies in love
I fight against darkness
The power of the Black

Every day the power is greater
And soon the world will come to rights
Through the magic, through the power
Shaman shall die on the seventh night

And now remember magic is here
You'd better believe in the White
I am the Necromancer
(I am the Necromancer)

And I come to carry your heart away to good

That video is not available in my country.

So says the notice when I tried to play it.

I don't do magic anyhow.

I am still listening to Blues here at the computer.

Off topic!

Sorry you couldnt see the last one, mr marblehead. Van der Graaf Generator probably not your kinda thing, but who am I to judge?

Do you know, I'm coming late in life to a real appreciation of Abba.

It must be because their name is a palindrome.

Just like;

TIME SPACE CAPS EMIT

And you know sometimes words have two (or indeed more) meanings.

Sorry, not Led Zepp! Abba!

Ace of Wands?

Cosmic Rulebook?

White's First Move?

Sometimes I don't like this Game of Life.

Makes me cry man, makes me cry.

Great Blues "roots" music. I have the "Greatest Hits" CD of Fred's.

There is another artist, a Cajun, who enjoyed doing Blues "roots" music I enjoy listening to: Lynn August

But actually, right now I am listening to this guy:

Ah! Short skirts and bikinis. I watched all the way through but didn't have the sound on because I am listening to Swamp Pop music from my livingroom. (I'm sure it was a good song though.)

The music brings it to life. Give it a go.

Hehehe. I've had enough of that kind of life. The thrill is gone.

Edit to add:

But I can still appreciate the beauty of youth.

Kick-Ass Balkan music with some girls dancing to it:

Okay. I had the opportunity to go back and "listen" to the video. That is "Belly Dancing" music. The girls weren't belly dancing - they were just shaking their tail feathers.
