Btw, there was a report of technical problems taking place at underground U.S. ballistic missile site at the same time of UFO sightings....

It seems that one is still thinking of Karma as an agency for justice. Rather that I believe Karma is a law of human energy. One generates this energy which must find its way thru the universe. Whether it takes one lifetime or many, Karma will find a way to execute the form and factors of that energy. That is still a mystery to me. So, I could definitely be wrong about this.

It is likely that karma applies to any soul-bearing species including those far beyond human levels.

 

The issue seems to be that vast entities pressure uncomfortable internal species to mend their ways.

 

It seems that karma is not about justice but about a peaceful life for the entity that uses this universe as its current incarnation

Look around the place where you currently are. Everything is in the process of change, arising and passing moment to moment. There IS no center. Anything that imagines that it is by some miracle separate from anything else generates karma.
