Yang!

Yang style is very simplified one. But it may be good for health promotion. There is no neidan in it these days. Better to look somewhere else if you are really interested in "internal arts"

… What chakra does it relate to?

Originally the Hindu chakra system had only 3 chakras (the primary colours).
The Chinese have 上, 中,and 下 丹田

I have never heard about it. Can you give the link for this source where you got this information?

丹田

But this means "elixir" and "field". Nothing in common with contempoarary chakra ideas.

丹 (elixir) and 田 (field) came from 外丹 (external alchemy). Later reused in a different meaning in 內丹 (internal alchemy).

They were female Freemasons.   And I did not ask them about tree spirits.  I just recognized the body type:  tall, thin, sexually ambiguous - so I tried an experiment.

Is there any taxonomy relating body types to spirit types?

Just what I have deduced from observation.

I used to employ a female assistant.  She was short with a strong jaw and inclined to be a foot-stamper.  For some reason I thought she had been a nature spirit in volcanoes before becoming human.

So I tested the hypothesis.   I asked her:  What do you most like to do in the world?

She replied:  Watching things melt!
