Is it better to hide emotions or show emotions? energy vampires

Recommended Posts

Hiding emotions - when you're sad, depressed, excited, scared, is it better to show it or learn how to control it and not show it?

Showing emotions - when you're happy, laughing, smiling, sounds like a good idea to show positive emotions? but then it might make people around you jealous or they might put you down

When you're happy, its better to control the happiness and not get over excited?

Do emotional/ energy vampires suck on the energy on the emotions you show? or if you hide your emotions well, having a poker face, will they still suck the energy or will they not know?

The natural emotional state is the bliss love heart energy which is from the purification or harmonization of the other lower emotions. So the natural state is a peaceful serene bliss.

So that emotion is created from the electromagnetic chi energy and vice versa -that emotion creates chi energy.

When the chi energy builds up it creates a field that absorbs and transforms other people's lower negative emotions.

So emotions are just extra energy that are then transformed through internal alchemy back into the love energy.

Expressing emotions - lower emotions -- can be done in a way that is healing - for example is a person is depressed but then they are overcome with rage then they are no longer depressed. haha.

But basically all the emotions are connected -- and so flow into each other and build into each other.

Building up jing energy is the internal kidney energy as will power and then it builds up the liver energy as wisdom and this then builds up the heart love energy but this can become too much passion without building up the courage of the lungs through slower breathing - which then when the courage unites with the love of the heart it turns into compassion - beyond any kind of physical passion.

Anyway so for example lets say someone gets real angry -- but that is actually their liver energy that is blocked which actually comes from their kidney energy which is their life force energy. So their anger is their repressed life force energy.

So then if I take in their anger that is extra life force energy for me! I just need to first convert that extra energy through internal alchemy practice. So it is better for me - to instead of getting angry back at them - instead just be the target. If my chi is strong then it will deflect - absorb and transform their anger energy just on its own.

When the heart energy gets real strong then the love chi energy will then over come the lower emotions around you.

Otherwise then it just takes more internal alchemy practice to transform the energy. Like once someone got mad at me and so I fasted for three days to transform their anger energy and then I had this huge internal orgasm that was their repressed life force energy that they had expressed as anger but for me it was a huge blissful blast that opened up my heart as love energy.

Well best is to feel and do whatever is appropriate and benefits you and environment .

As well as practise and concentrate on love and FEARLESSNES instead of vampires and similar .

There's more than one solution or answer. One is to avoid the vamps and, like monks, surround themselves with people who are all training to be virtuous, and by default avoiding a lot of situations. Since we are in the regular society, and generally have to work and interact, there will always be vamping, or morally bad people pushing their views on us by conversation, actions, etc. It is very easy to get overwhelmed, thus feel draining effects.

We are not to control or repress, but to live and express the truth of our emotions. Not expressing the truth is creating internal problems, sometimes known as karma. You can feel the truth by closing your eyes and feeling the emotions of your body. You can feel if there's a positive or negative emotion. The goal is to express but not be attached to the emotions of the body, that body that you are wearing, that body that is living with the illusion of separation. The body, the mind that is attached to this material reality is affected and conditioned by our interactions and surroundings, you cant help that. The training is to detach, which is the process of unwinding your own issues and triggers, living in the bliss of the natural state. This is attained by training the body, the channels, the breath, meditation, contemplations-- a process.

There is no default behavior you can use in the interim that will perfectly give you an untroubled mind or to keep the draining vamping effects away. This is because we are not free from our own conditioning. But the best strategies have been mentioned, as in, filling yourself with positive emotions and let that flow, or just observe. You can practise hooking into the situation, getting really caught up in the emotion, then unhooking, really feel yourself unhooking. Practice when its not important.

Energy vampires suck off of you no matter what. Just buckle in a hope to come out alive. Stick your index finger to your thumb like the yogic mudra that keeps energy from coming out so fast.

Here's a thoughtful and helpful response.

Neurotics draw you in , they dont have to know your mental state, its beside the point, because they cant help themselves.

And even if their behavior is intentional , they have means to draw folks out.

They do 'key' on people who seem suceptible to thier games though.
