Alternative to chia?

Recommended Posts

I've been practicing medical Qigong for several decades, but new to the sexual energetic side of the practice.

I read Mantak chia, but it seems some here disagree.

Can you provide some links regarding what is recommended as a better path?

Personally, I´ve never found chia or flax useful for sexual energy work. Sessame oil is nice though, perhaps with a few drops of sandalwood essential oil for an exotic, esoteric touch.  Different strokes...

If you are practicing Qigong for several decades. your libido should be increased tremendously already by now. It comes with the package, whether you like it or not, only if you did it right.  :)

It doesn't matter what Qigong you practice, you will have the same effect on your body. Please note that I didn't say what type of Qigong, it is they are the same; but only differ in name. You just stay away from that unwelcome practice! Just stay away and don't bother with it to waste your time.
