18 And the disciples of John and of the Pharisees used to fast: and they come and say unto him, Why do the disciples of John and of the Pharisees fast, but thy disciples fast not? 19 And Jesus said unto them, Can the children of the bridechamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them? as long as they have the bridegroom with them, they cannot fast. 20 But the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then shall they fast in those days. Mark 2:18-20
  8. Or a shadow person! I am still seen in mirrors... imagine how hard shaving would be. 😄
  9. Think it’s the sage itself, or more the intention behind it?
  10. I wonder what properties garlic has that keeps a non-physical entity away. Can they smell it? Or does it have some astral type properties? I've always enjoyed the smell of garlic, color me weird.

    Sorry, that’s 1 Peter.
  12. Mystical Christian Thread

For me, the lion represents the more bestial side of people. Like the side that wants to screw, steal and satiate their worldly desires. If the human eats the lion, he/she has overcome the bestial side of themselves and becomes whole (human). There’s a verse from Peter that lines up well with it. “Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings” 1 Peter 5:8
  13. Mystical Christian Thread

Gospel of Thomas 7. Jesus said, "Lucky is the lion that the human will eat, so that the lion becomes human. And foul is the human that the lion will eat, and the lion still will become human."
