陽氣上浮稱為神頂歸天是很不恰當的,因為陽氣上浮是一個初學者會出現的現象

陽氣上浮是本來就會發生的自然現象

陽氣上浮會產生身體上浮的假象

太乙金華宗旨將許多非常初級的氣感現象用自創的高等名詞欺騙世人

太乙金華宗旨所講的『虛室生白』是最初級的烏肝

最初級的烏肝是白色的

因為第三眼還沒演化出分辨顏色的能力

必須要練到更進階的程度,才會出現彩色的烏肝

神入谷中不是聽到別人說話的聲音

聽到別人說話的聲音這是感官沒有止息

如果感官止息入定,則不會聽到別人的聲音

如果有聽到也像塞了耳塞一樣

 

神入谷中意思是陽神,也就是烏肝,進入玄關竅

烏肝就是陽神

兔髓就是陰神

紫煙上下三素雲

 

紫煙昨天講過就是紫色的煙,也就是紫色的烏肝

上下就是移動

以前講過烏肝的特色就是移動

兔髓的特色就是不動

所以烏肝屬陽,兔髓屬陰,都跟意識的演化有關係

 

三在這裡不能當作數字,必須當作順序,也就是第三

在丹道的易經數字當中,三代表肝,就是烏肝

素雲,素就是白色,白色的雲,就是兔髓

 

所以在黃庭經裡面,同樣也看得到烏肝兔髓的描述

因為要練出胎仙,就必須經歷烏肝兔髓的陰陽反覆

這是必經的過程

沒有這個過程,不可能練出胎仙

胎仙是不可能練出來的

所以搬運法練習者就把幻境當成陽神了

自欺欺人的練法

Why in ancient times did internal alchemy and neigong teachers keep their methods hidden, and why were they very careful about who they might teach such practices to? One likely answer is many people in this world are prone to all kinds of imbalances and excesses and immoral behavior. Internal alchemy and similar practices has a tendency to amplify such imbalances and excesses in such people's personality and behavior, and the end result can be quite bad. Likewise for a student interested in learning such practices, if the teacher does not appear to be well balanced and stable and ethical, etc., why would you want to learn from them?  :o

灌溉五華植靈根

 

這裡的五不是數量的五,而是第五,在易經當中屬於土

華,精華

植,種植

靈根,靈性的根基

 

之前說過很多次,土的清淨非常重要,需要依靠先天氣和先天意,才能培養出真土,清淨之土

如果採用搬運法的意念固定下腹部法,意念就受到後天意識的控制,只要後天意識出現,土就無法清淨

自然也無法培養靈性的根基

這是為什麼搬運法無法看懂黃庭經的原因

 

先天意的栽培,需要先天氣的反覆鍛鍊,烏肝兔髓是灌溉的來源,沒有烏肝兔髓的反覆鍛鍊,則清淨之土無法出現

靈根, spiritual root

 also cannot cultivate  spiritual root

This is the reason why the transfer method cannot understand Huang Tingjing

Cultivation of innate will requires repeated training of the Q, Black liver and rabbit marrow, is the source of irrigation. Without the repeated training of black liver and rabbit marrow, the pure land cannot appear.

七液洞流沖廬間

 

七就是代表心

液就是液體

洞就是心竅

流沖就是先天真一之氣因為心竅開啟而由下往上沖

盧間就是頭顱之間

 

這個講的是先天真一之氣的開啟,是由於心竅的開啟,而心竅的開啟則是因為前一句意土的清淨

而意土的清淨則是更前一句,烏肝兔髓的陰陽反覆鍛鍊

這個講的都是標準的煉丹程序

 

Seven Liquid Cave Stream Chonglujian

七 is the representative heart

液 is liquid

The hole is heart Chiao

流沖 is the innate true one qi that rushes from bottom to top because of the opening of heart Chiao

盧間 is inside the heads

This is about the opening of the innate true oneness, which is due to the opening of heart Chiao, and the opening of heart Chiao is due to the purification of the Yii-earth in the previous sentence.

And the purity of the Yii-earth is more the previous sentence, the yin and yang of black liver and rabbit marrow are repeatedly cultivated

This is all about standard alchemy procedures.

幽室內明照陽門

 

幽就是黑暗

室就是房間

幽室就是黑暗狀態的玄關竅

內明就是從裡面發出光明

陽門,陽門就是皇帝才能走的門,大門

 

玄關竅從裡面發出的光明照耀大門

講的就是先天真一之氣

經過烏肝兔髓交替,意土清淨,心竅開啟,先天真一之氣上沖之後,從玄關裡面產生先天真一之氣,光明的照耀整個玄關

這才是真正的光明

真正的蓮花,圓月,胎仙,這時候才會出現

內明 is the light that shines from within

陽門, Yangmen is the door only the emperor can go through, the big gate

The light from the Xiuan guang illuminates the gate

It's about the spirit of innate

After the alternation of black liver and rabbit marrow, the Yii-earth is pure, the heart Chiao is opened, and after the Qi of Innate True One rushes upward, the Qi of Innate True One is generated from the Xiuan guang, and the Xiuan guang is illuminated brightly.

This is the real light

The real lotus, the full moon, and the womb will appear at this time

建議不要參考這本書

最好改成以悟真篇為主
