Taoist Priest Training

30 posts in this topic

I know some daoist priests. They don't learn from schools. They learn from some people personally. They ask people who can tell them about dao.

If you use wechat , I can help you to add friends with a daoist priest. He lives in a mountain alone. He shares a lot of pictures about his life. You can see he always wear daoist priest cloth.

When I learned my tradition,  there were 2-4 hours a day, I kept up with that (12years) until my son was borne, five years ago. And I had years of practice before I found a tradition I liked.

And you will find that compared to many others here on TDB, this is a small amount of practice.

Woah, I thought I was doing well with an hour to an hour and a half a day. Looks like I've got a way to go. :D
