awaken Posted December 5, 2016 (edited) I already practice for 27 years. No method is the method for me. I can do meditation in any positions. Position is not the key point. Shen and chi is the key point. If you are a beginner, you need a method. But the most important is the right concepts. If you do not have the right attitude about dan dao, any methods can not lead you to the right way. Because you are lack of 性功 nature goung. Only 命功 life goung will make you blind. If you want to be blind all your life, that is your choice. I come here to help the people who want to know the right direction. The way I practice now is not suitable for a beginner. If you want to learn how I practice, you must find your beginning point, but not my point. Everyone has his own beginning point. Everyone is different. For example, maybe your breath is long and his breath is short. You two can not have the same beginning point. It means you two can not use the same method. So the method you use depend on where you are. 法無定法 The method is not fixed. So what I teach is not a fixed method. I teach you how to let your own method come out by itself. I will teach you how to find the right direction and the method come out by itself. This way is not easy to learn. It need some quality of personality. A clear mind to see the real path. You need to relax more to let light appear. If you already relax enough, at least you think you relax enough, but the light still not appear. After breath is chi, different kind of chi, hot , block, weak electricity, light ,etc. After chi is light After light is Hun dun. After Hun dun is suan quan. .... Today they flipped like a flop. Its a Xmas miracle ladies and gents! if you have troubles to understand something and cannot ask what confuses you, then everything will be a miracle. Keep learning practical methods from the books, as thousands before. I said clearly what is in books. But I have touched about 5% of what needs to be known to have a success. Besides , to be fair , you have to differentiate people who claim to be followers of the WuLliu school from what really are expressed by the Wu and Liu masters in their writings. I think, the significance of WuLiu 's writings is their emphasize , much serious than others', on the importance of retaining of jing for attaining everlasting life , which I wonder whether any lady here can fully understand its meaning to us .. for example , Taomeow complained that we guys talk too much about this subject on this forum ,or my being sexist ,at least as a translator , when talking about it :-) valid point. Awaken doesn't even understand that she mixes up stages of practice like playing cards. But what mostly interesting is that she doesn't realize that women way is different. 27 years and even first stage is not done... Impressive result. I don't care.
