So what happens after the bodymind ceases to hold that form?

You ask about the intentions of another incoming after your death !?

Why not ask about your own intentions?

AND....... tell me moar

In Taoist and other ancient thought (inc. my mates the Egyptians) a person is not a single entity. At death the different parts of being separate (=first death) then the risk is that the shen (or Egyptian Ba) is simply reabsorbed back into the infinite ... this is the second death when the energy field that we become on death fails to hold a shape or form.

you sound quite definite about this.

Cole Sear: I see dead people.

Malcolm Crowe: In your dreams?

[Cole shakes his head no]

Malcolm Crowe: While you're awake?

[Cole nods]

Malcolm Crowe: Dead people like, in graves? In coffins?

Cole Sear: Walking around like regular people. They don't see each other. They only see what they want to see. They don't know they're dead.

Malcolm Crowe: How often do you see them?

Cole Sear: All the time. They're everywhere.

Yes.

I just dont understand your question at all.

If you understand what is the bodymind, you shouldn't have questions at all ...

Yes, tis is the same as in taoism. We have to integrate the spirits and purify so that we can move through loss of the physical without dispersal.. this is immortality.

This means that not everybody makes it.

Hmmm a sobering thought eh?

Have you read the books that Mike Lomax recommends, the Destiny of Souls books?

No should I?

Apech..

I have read one of them.. the author is called michael newton and he does deep hypnosis and has done this innumerable times and collated the material and it is very homogoneous, very consistent. M> Lomax says the findings in the books correspond with his own sense of things. WHat happens is that after death we retrun to our soul groups and discuss how wll or not we coped with what we set up for the lifetime we just completed.

We also decide 'how much' of our essence to take into a lifetime, ie we can leave some to rest and to learn more in soul group school, or hang out in some solitude or with loved ones.

For example you and I might have decided to be friends, before we got borned!

Is a soul group like a Gospel Choir? Alleluyah!

I have a horrible feeling that my coping has been a bit second rate ... but I'll see you in heaven for that conversation (LOL).

Someone once told me that we incarnate in different relations to each other, sometimes a mother, a father, a lover and child in permutations ... which is why you feel you know someone instantly sometimes ...

So if someone has been really quite a problem.. we can have a good laugh with how well they played at being the psycho, once we are all 'dead'.

Does any of this equate to Egyptian ideas? Did they say anything about soul groups and oversouls?

btw, yes, you and I are Gospel Choir buddies, we stand at the front swaying and waving our hands in the air vehement and joyful.

OH YEAH

As long as I get to wear a voluminous purple gown.

I can't think anything Egyptian about Soul Groups except the stars are souls of course and they constellate.

Yes, with a white ruffle at neck and wrists.

Do you think we come from those various constellations?

It's possible but I don't know. I tend to see the universe as one whole not various bits ... or something like that.
