In times of the forums being a butt, it is important to remember about the horse stance, or else.

Thats the Tai Chi movement: Nipping Horse Chases Yelping Dog. Very obscure lineage to that form.

there's more horse manure than horse stance on this thread, i wanted to post something on the actual practice, but it seems so out of place!

 

edit: actually i got it, holding the horse stance for too long does have an effect on bowel movement! there i went, taking a dump on your thread as well.
