Oh, sorry for forgetting to mention/answer this in the reply, but it took me about 3 years for level 1, and this was with a decade and a half of Martial Arts and Nei Jia experience. i was already a Nei Jia teacher when i started Mo Pai Nei Kung, and it still took me 3 years
