Fresh out of twice doing the long form then I felt like moving through time.

I was doing the form in my living room and I could sense my body lying on the sofa behind me.

When resting I usually lie down on the sofa.

I am not sure how to interpret this? 😁

So I did the form again, very slow and in the last move where the hands move down in front of you it was as if seeing life as a movie being winded back and I was there in a big space.

How have you been experiencing FP lately?

 Hi SodaChanh,

Yes, any combination of practice FP meds.--and especially the FP Long Form--can put you right OUT OF TIME--i.e., reveals to you that TIME IS A CONSTRUCT.  Anyone who masters a complete Qigong, Yoga,  or meditation system will realize that all planes of existence intersect in the current NOW-MOMENT.   The attainment of or returning to this pristine state of Cosmic Consciousness sometimes begins with very vivid "flashbacks" to where your energy has been--which is usually a very comfortable and pleasant situation or a very painful and unpleasant one (that hasn't been fully felt).

...as if seeing life as a movie being winded back and I was there in a big space.

Your state of consciousness after you finished your third round sounds sublime and divine.

Continue to enjoy your practice, SC!

Hi everyone, I think some of you may remember me as the person who struggles with pelvic floor syndrome, and spontaneous qigong.

So I've picked up Flying Phoenix to cure my issues, but even while doing it I get spontaneous qigong. What would Mr.Dunn  @zen-bearrecommend for this case? Am I incompatible with the system or just allow it to go on as is?

Thank you.

Hello tianzhang,
I had to look up what your condition is.
What do you mean precisely when you say you "get spontaneous qigong"?
What specific FP meditations are you doing (and for how long)  that cause what call the "spontaneous qigong"?
Is it uncomfortable or painful and put you in a worse way than before practicing?

Once you provide some more info, I may be able to provide adjustments to improve your experience of FP.
