They are not just written in classics but also in Taoist esoteric terms. Those terms are impossible to translate or interpret by an ordinary person. Since I was a kid, those terms are mentioned in the kung fu movies all the time. I always wanted to know what they meant. As time progresses, people are getting wise. They are able to understand the terms and reveal them to the public in the media. Especially, nowadays, any information is readily available on the internet. Through my practice of Taiji, my physical body and health changed drastically. It makes me wonder how can I find out about the biological changes in my body? From modern science, finally, I found out it was the cell respiration was doing the trick for me. It was the oxygen from breathing that gives me the ATP energy. I found out that Qigong practice is emphasize in breathing. Hence, I concentrated in my breathing. After few years of of practice in Taiji with Neidan breathing. My health even improved much more. I have tremendous body energy more than I can handle, so to speak. Thank you, it is clear that you experienced an increase in quantity from your Taiji and Qigong practice, how about changes in quality?
