Experiences with Eric Isen Testing (Split from Taoist Elixir Method (Tao Tan Pai) Kung Fu and Neigong discussion)

Recommended Posts

Not a plug (ok maybe a little bit), but I recently did a consultation with Eric Isen, medical clairvoyant from a different (Indian) system. He's pretty highly regarded in the Flying Phoenix thread and you can find more info there. But he's said some pretty good things about Tao Tan Pai kung fu forms and their health effects --

Cane form: Activates and enlivens the spleen chakra. Qi radiates in the lower body and into the lymphatic system. Very good for the gut.

Crane form: Activates and enlivens the 3rd (navel) chakra sending qi to the adrenals and digestive organs. improves energy and digestion

Monkey form: Activates and opens the first chakra causing qi to flow into the meridians and up the spine activating all the chakras. two through seven.

Not sure how much of this is specific to my constitution, but looks like a good sign.

About a decade ago, I used Eric Isen to psychically 'test' the effect of various qigong forms on me over the course of a couple of years. I ended up spending several thousand dollars.

I became slightly suspicious, so I asked him to test a fictitious system. To make it interesting, I made it an anagram of the words 'Eric the Liar'.

He gave me a glowing recommendation for this system. I paid him, thanked him and never contacted him again.

This seems to happen every now and then 😑

I am finding the more money they ask for, the less they have to really offer. I hate seeing good people taken advantage of.

I am curious how this test works? Do you do the forms, and he observes/senses it energetically and determines its substance?

Not saying if Eric is authentic or not. Since I do not know him. But an accomplished practitioner, can make any form or movements they do have substance and power behind it, due to their cultivated internal skills.

So wondering how that all works, who demonstrated those "fictitious" forms to him, does he do it himself, etc. Because of someone skilled did those fake forms, with good internals, then it makes sense Eric would say there is substance behind it.

But if it is more a set of fake instructions and principles given to him, and he followed it exactly, and claim it is good, when it lacks fundamental laws of energy cultivation, then it is either the added extra stuff to the instruction to make it good, or he is as you said a scam in the area of assessing systems.

So just curious about all this. Thanks

Eric claims to be able to test what effect a system might have on you, based on your unique energetic make up. All he needs is the name of the system.

People here have historically emailed Eric to test out various systems for them before they buy the course or dvd.

I also got a reading from Eric about some health issues I was having.  He struck me as a nice guy, well-intentioned, and knowledgable about ayurveda and the body in general.  I will say, however, that his psychic take on what was going on for me did not match up with diagnostic lab work I received a few days after my reading.

The gypsies relieved me of a considerable amount of money by giving me a false fortune-telling. But it's good that they were very courteous to me, it's nice to deal with such people

You are a solid OG my man, if you say he ain’t got the juice, I’m not interested in learning anymore about him…unfortunately just another fakir on the corner shelling out his own soul little by little.

Haha, love it, I used to cringe every time someone would mention this guy, great to see him exposed. Theres an older gentleman on here who must have spent thousands with this fraud trying to find the right qi gong.
