I had to peek  didn't I !   It has already happened :

"For I will fill the land which the Lord thy God hath given thee a time to eat the force of the Lord of hosts," AI Jesus suggested. "Power and godly, and have commanded the children of the world, and will set my face against thee, and thou shalt be called the people," it said.

I don't find that strange

What I do find strange is the 'unreality '  of  the muscles of some  female body builders   !   and in that case ... the men too !

I don't think Valdir here will be taking an office job with suit and  TIE  anytime soon .

Those aren't muscles, they're implants.

Big masses of scar tissue will form around each implant.

Essentially making the process not so dissimilar to a form of mutilation.

Catholic school sex education .

Zilch .

Little Nungali listening to the older boys ;   "  ..... and they got a thing down there and ya put your willie into it .

" Ya  what  ?   ?  ? "

" Well, that's what my big brother said .... and he has seen one ! "

"What's it look like ? "

" I dunno , I haven't seen one ..... I suppose its like our one but bigger and wider and so we can fit into ."

Hmmmm ... that makes sense  ....  must be some long tube or something that hangs down there .

Until an older girl offered to show us hers ....   "What happened to it ?"

She didn't know what we meant ... so then the boys had to explain to the girl why hers was 'missing ' .

But she insisted it wasn't .

....  Sex can be so confusing sometimes .

I can't imagine what today's kids imagine when they're taught "sex education."  I guess it used to be simpler for kids in the countryside -- they could at least observe what animals do.  An animal doesn't screw with one's mind when it screws.  It's all rather straightforward.

My own ideas at the age of innocence came from misinterpreting an article in a magazine called "Health" -- a kind of medical 101 for lay people, which my mom was subscribed to and I loved to read.  The country kept all sex related information under wraps back then but the magazine devoted to 'Health" had to somehow mention STDs at some point, right?  Well, at seven, I read this article therein about syphilis.  It was presented in the form of a real life story: a girl meets a guy, they hit it off and start dating, then they exchange kisses...  Then the guy disappears and the girl starts experiencing this and that, all symptoms presented in dark and gloomy but rather unclear hints as to what they are exactly -- the only symptom that was clearly named was, her eyebrows started thinning out.  And also there was clear emphasis on shame, this was no ordinary disorder, apparently it was something that destroys one's social status and turns the victim into some kind of untouchable whom everybody shuns and despises.  The article terrified me.  Since nothing sex-related was revealed, I had to infer that the sequence of events leading to this shameful, despicable, and in some unclear way horrible disease was just this: 1) girl meets boy and likes him; 2) they kiss; 3) he leaves; 4) as a result she gets a horrible disease.

I gave the article to my best friend to read, and we discussed it, wide-eyed with fear, trying to figure out a way to prevent this syphilis thing by never liking boys and never god forbid kissing them.  Then keeping our fingers crossed and hoping that no boy would ambush us, jump out of some corner and plant a kiss -- oh horror, this could result in that devastating disease!  We better watch out!

(An aside:  Naive as it was, today I believe most people's ideas about where and how various illnesses originate are as much removed from reality as was the case with that one in our case.  And I don't just mean lay people.)

Brazilian Valdir Segato died July 26, 2022 on his 55th birthday.

His Hulk-like appearance was caused by injecting himself with Synthol oil.  The results were cosmetic and did not make him stronger.  Health risks of Synthol injections are: nerve damage, pulmonary oil microembolism, occlusion of the pulmonary artery, myocardial infarction, cerebral stroke, and infectious complications.    "Apparent cause of death was heart attack."

....

This was 20 years ago , so I cant imagine what things are like now  with them   :

A city girl comes to the country ;

I had picked up three people in town and was driving them out to stay at our place . Nearly home we are driving through farm land  ,  cows are scattered about . One of the young ladies in the back seat pipes up ;

" Oh My God ! Animals are soooo disgusting ! "

" Why is that ?"  I asked .

"Over in that paddock, that little cow is giving that big cow a blow job ! "

I have a look , " Ummmm ... you do realize all cows are female ? That's just a calf getting milk from its mother ."

... silence ... I look in the rear view mirror , she was a pale skinned girl  with her hair tied back , a deep red flush was rising up her neck , her ears , her cheeks  .......

B)

There is a Queensland joke about city girls as well ;

Farmer to tourist : " No Ma'am , the reason we call 'em longhorns is up here at the head end ."

Saudis are implementing technology to turn the desert into a prosperous land. I saw a doc.on the Australian ABC channel, which you are very familiar with, about it. It was very good. I can't remember on top of my head but probably 3-4 years ago.

Oh ? So they fixed up the green and white  algae filled stinking lakes  ?

residents’ year long complaints that the algae-choked lake surrounding Jumeirah Island emits a foul odor and attracts mosquitoes after the developers, Nakheel, failed to follow through on their promises to improve the situation.

the accredited independent laboratory Inspectorate International, which has 200 branches scattered throughout the world, reported total dissolved solids to exist at levels that are 30 times higher than the permissible 1,500 milligrams per liter.

Unfortunately, the lack of waves also led to stagnant water – and that’s not the only consequence of the project. While the palm looks impressive, researchers have found that its construction has led to shoreline erosion elsewhere, deterioration of coral reefs, and higher temperatures.

The archipelago does, however, provide escapism in equal measure. Over 20 years since construction began, there’s an abundance of luxury hotels, aquariums, shopping centers, and of course, beaches. There are even plans to open one of the world’s highest infinity pools later this year.

However, Dubai’s relationship to the environment is problematic as its avant-guardist ambitions clash with the persistence of a sustainable environment and, therefore, a sustainable future. Among other practices, the artificial islands off the coast of the city have grave environmental consequences, such as excessive use of natural resources, the slow decline of biodiversity, along with the extinction of wildlife and vegetation. These consequences are hidden by extensive propagandizing of the innovative accomplishment, and by the lavish lifestyle of the “City of Gold” shown all over social media: luxury, haute couture fashion, an important technology and business hub, influencers, western businesspeople, and the home of the rich and famous. The ecological warfare brought on by Dubai’s artificial islands is certainly not excused by its extravagant lifestyle – meant to attract many tourists, foreign investors and social media attention. It is therefore important to shed light on what is perpetually hidden in this “playground of the rich” and bring a realistic point of view to the ecological destruction caused

You cant go against nature .

Well , actually ... you can go against it as long as you don't give a damn about the consequences !

AI chatbot resorts to 'ad hominem'   .

Things took a weird turn when Associated Press technology reporter Matt O'Brien was testing out Microsoft's new Bing, the first-ever search engine powered by artificial intelligence, last month.

Bing's chatbot, which carries on text conversations that sound chillingly human-like, began complaining about past news coverage focusing on its tendency to spew false information.

It then became hostile, saying O'Brien was ugly, short, overweight, unathletic, among a long litany of other insults.

And, finally, it took the invective to absurd heights by comparing O'Brien to dictators like Hitler, Pol Pot and Stalin.

Which brings me to this story about someone posting a real review

it gets 'stranger '

It wasn't a bad review just .... " Mhe , not that impressive , it was ok ."

Only to see later that on their bank statement they had the charge for the stay then days later another $150 charged . They rang the place up and what the hell is item 24 ?

Answer ' A Bad review fee ! "

( They got the money back . )

I got $300 off a camper van rental once as I was told  by counter girl I could get it if I wrote a good review on the after use sheet and named the her  specifically . " Just tick all the boxes and give me a 10 ;) "

Okay

But the sheet was crazy , so many questions and each one asked who I interacted with , and their name and it even asked me each time WHY I gave the score I did .

So I wrote,  ' Because I promised Jan  I would as she offered  me $300 off if  I gave her 10 out of 10 for each question . '
