Grief and the lungs

Hi all ,

 

I have read that TCM takes the position that grief manifests as lung problems.

 

Can anyone recommend for me an approach to working with an old grief that is lodged in the lungs ?

 

Perhaps a Qigong or breathing exercise ? Would acupuncture help ?

Wim Hof had grief from his wife committing suicide. So he used the tummo breathing - you do 30 deep breaths (try to feel your kidneys with your stomach). then you hold the breath AFTER EXHALE - for as long as comfortable. Then you repeat that cycle of 30 deep breaths and holding breath AFTER EXHALE. And each cycle you should be able to hold the breath for long after exhale.

 

That is also a type of "Quick Fire" breathing - so it activates the yang qi as yuan qi to then drive out the yin qi blockages like sadness of the lungs - and develops courage of the lungs.

Yes, acupuncture would help.

 

However, do notice that you'll need to work emotional problems and that might lead to carthasys.

Hi Void is that Quick Fire Breathing the same as Kundalini Yogas Breath of Fire ?

I would think so. Another way of explaining the quick fire in alchemy is that it is the "quick boil" as in cooking. So Master Nan, Huai-chin also points out the "bellows" in alchemy is from the Chinese cooking also.

 

So this all originates from the original human culture - the San Bushmen of 70,000 years ago - taught to visualize fire at the base of the spine to create a boiling steam of the water - and this goes up to the brain to create an electromagnetic force called N/om that is then shot back into the females as healing energy.

 

So the original training is to do trance dancing all night while the females sing - but first the males at puberty do fasting for a month and trance dancing to leverage their strong yang qi or N/om as boiling water energy.

Every emotion you have is about the relativity between you (physical) and You (your greater non-physical consciousness).

 

When you feel negative emotion, you are actually flowing your true nature (energy motional being of pure positive energy, as the "breath" of the Source of All Creation, or your "soul") in self contradiction, through energetic thought patterns that are  resistant / self contradictory in energy motional nature. And the secondary manifestations of that, are always just merely secondary manifestations, of circumstances which don't materialize themselves, they do so through you.

 

When you feel grief, that which people call grief, what you are thinking in that moment is in contradiction with your true nature of being and ever becoming, here and now, and thus also all true being and becoming, as all true nature. So what you are experiencing in grief, which is a more exegerated negative emotion, is simply a lesser truth, a truth not fully allowed to be consciously realised. And since your soul cannot become less, you feel the discord between you and You, as negative emotion.

 

So to release resistance, and to allow the natural blending of your physical and greater non-physical being, to be allowed by you to be more fully realised by you, is to simply find a way to feel better, emotionaly, energy motionally, unconditionally, regardless of the conditions in your life, which don't have any power, as those conditions don't create themselves, they manifest for you, through you, and how you feel emotion, is simply indicating how you are flowing your energy, always here and now, in self contradiction or in full harmony with the fullness of all that you are and are being and becoming evermore here and now.

 

As that full realisation is already right here and now for you, as your soul, or your greater non-physical consciousness, already holds for you anything you can ever want to be do or have evermore, energetically, evermore  here and now, and is becoming the moreness of it evermore, for you, and as you, as the total all full self of all that you are being and becoming, here and now, as full total being, physical and non-physical, as the greater part of all that you truely are being and becoming.

 

And flowing this aspect of your total self through you, through self contradictory thoughts, which do not allow the greater truth of your being to naturally be fully realised by you, If you understand, that feeling bad, negative emotion, is not compatible with your true nature, then it is easier to let go of whatever energetic self contradictory / resistant thought patterns you are holding on to that causes the negative emotion. And if you do, you will automatically feel better, and your natural well being will automatically be allowed to more fully be realised by you, as a more fully realised conditions (not important) of well being, but primarily and first and foremost as a more fully realised energy motional well being of a better feeling, of less negative emotion or more positive emotion. Simply of feeling better. 

 

And the reason that meditation thus, restores your full realisation, emotionally and conditionally, naturally and effortlessly, is because if you don't flow your consciousness through self contradictory ideas or energetic thought patterns, you naturally harmonize with your greater knowing, your greater intelligence and wisdom, and clarity of mind, capable of more fully understanding and realising anything and everything that can ever be of any importance or value to you ever. Because your full true nature fully allowed, already holds all this knowing for you evermore. And is being and becoming the evermoreness of it evermore.

 

So when you meditate, and let go of whatever flawed idea you are holding on to, you are able to perceive more clearly and understand your life and conditions more clearly, and the greater truth of all things in relationship to your fully allowed self is fully allowed to naturally and effortlessly and joyously be allowed to be more fully realised by you. Here and now. As all that you truely want to know.

 

That you already contain the knowing of it, and the conditions of your life has inspired you with the asking for that knowing, but they have to be allowed through you, by you as your greater non-physical consciousness is already flowing it for you and through you and to you and as you, as it is already being and becoming all those answers for you evermore.

 

That is why you feel negative emotion, when you focus in opposition to this greater realisation that your greater non-physical consciousness already has become, and is showing it to you, unconditionally and in all conditions, regardless of any and all conditions, if you are willing to open up to the receiving of your own greater knowing. Which you can always do, by simply feeling better emotionally (relief), by releasing self contradictory thought, by meditating, and thus be more capable of receiving your greater knowing, of fully realised joy and freedom and true knowing and clear understanding.

 

Hence, meditation, is to simply focus, on your object of focus, consistently, so you leave behind all thoughts of resistance, and then your greater knowing can simply be naturally and effortlessly more fully capably to be more fully realised by you. Automatically, effortlessly, naturally.

 

As you then also naturally feel better, as you flow your greater knowing more fully through you, you become more natural, you feel better, you become more fully realised, you enjoy life more, life goes well for you. And you naturally allow your natural well being and all good things to naturally flow to you, through you, as you, for you, with you, etc.

 

Since everything is energy, how you flow your energy determines your experience. And everything in existance is simply all perfectly well and good, but to experience the lesser allowed version of that, is simply not ever gonna be enjoyable or feel good, ever, because you are not ment to do that or think that or feel this grief. It is not comfortable, and thus not compatible with your true nature.

 

So to understand that whatever you are thinking that is causing this emotional grief, is actually the furthest most energetically resistant energy of your full realisation of the full truth. And thus, you can understand, that as you feel grief or despair or fear, or these intense negative emotions, that those self contradictory thoughts you think in that moment, it has nothing to do with you, or your reality, it is simply about what you are doing with your own truth that is the truth of all truth of all being and becoming evermore. It is simply an emotional guidance to help you come back to full realisation, naturally and effortlessly. By letting go of those thoughts which are not compatible with you true nature of being.

 

So again, negative emotion is simply indicating you are energetically pinching yourself off from the greater truth of all greater truth, including your greater truth, of your and all ever being and becoming evermore. Pinching yourself off from the natural ever abounding stream of well-being that is at the source of all creation evermore.

 

Where as grief, would be a strong powerful pinching off of yourself from you greater more fully allowed to be realised by you true nature of being, which is all well good, thus not fully capable of being more fully realised by you.

 

So rather than saying that the grief is based on a lie (because that is actually how you can perceive it), you have to understand that it is basically a lesser allowed version of the truth. Or in the case of grief, the LEAST allowed version of the truth, of your being and all being and becoming evermore here and now. Because there is nothing that is lying to you, it is just your own consciousness, flowing through you, in self contradiction. And if you understand that your soul never joins you in that self contradictory thought, then you understand why you feel negative emotion, because you are simply not ment to do that or think in that way, or even to think that at all. It is simply a guidance, to come back to full realisation, with your greater non-physical consciousness. And thus feel better/feel good. In your full flowing of your greater knowing more fully through you.

 

In the case of Wim Hoff, as is the case of so many people, who feel grief when someone "dies" or "suicides". Their experience can be fully understood by you, by understanding their relativity between them and their greater non-physical consciousness. Understanding that every bieng has this relationship with their own inner being.

 

As for everyone, your experience in existance exists for your evermore joyous being and becoming evermore. So understanding that, you begin to understand that whatever thoughts you or anyone has about that "death" or "suicide" that feels so bad to them emotionally, it is simply because it is a flawed, not fully allowed to be more fully realised by them, truth. A lesser version of the greater truth that they already know and hold within themselves, evermore, for their natural effortless re-allowed re-alignment with it. Thus they feel bad when they contradict this greater knowing for themselves that they already hold within themselves.

 

To come back to full realisation. In full joy and freedom. Simply enjoying life more fully here and now, as that will naturally bring all the knowing for you and through you and as you,  ever so more fully.

 

And to understand, that just because you think a thought that doesn't harmonize with your greater knowing, and thus feeling negative emotion, it is not the end of the world. It is actually a wonderful realisation, of finding a perspective that is completely flawed and wrong and not natural and not compatible with your true realisation of your full realisation of your fully realised being and becoming evermore fully here and now. So one can simply easily and effortlessly let go of those flawed perspectives. More fully more consciously more freely, more joyfully.

 

So understanding that whatever you think about death, is the cause of the negative emotion, and understanding that this negative emotion is simply a guidance from your greater knowing, of infinite intelligence and eternal wisdom, then you can simply let go of that idea and open up to a more fully realised perspective of what "death" truely is. A perspective that flows your greater knowing more fully through you, and thus feels allot better. And the emotion is simply helping you reach for a perspective which feels better. Guiding you, to and through the path of least resistance to your full allowed realisation of your being and becoming evermore joyously and freely here and now.

 

For we will all "die" but the "death" as an idea, is simply an "idea" that doesn't really exist in the greater truth of reality. It is infact the furthest most not bad thing that any human can ever experience. That is why it always feels so bad to think that death is a bad thing. Because that idea, that death is a bad thing, is simply not compatible with your true nature of being, hence it feels bad. And since your soul cannot ever become less, and never joins you in an idea that is flawed and self contradictory in nature, you have to let go of that idea, in order to feel better, and thus come back to more fully allowed realisation of a more fully allowed re-alignment of you and You, coming back to full realisation.

 

Then you are naturally more fully capable of allowing your more fully allowed realisation of what that death truely is and what it truely means for you or anyone. And that understanding and knowing is natural to you, and thus it feels so good. And it even inspires more life through you, and more joy and more freedom.

 

But more fully to also understand that we will all "die" and so understanding that it is completely natural and good and well. That there is nothing wrong with death. There is usually just those humans who use death as their excuse to here and now not allow the fullness of their being to be more fully realised by them.

 

And thus they receive their negative emotion, as a guidance, to help them come back to full realisation of their fullly realised nature of true being and true knowingness and true realisation, that feels like true joy, good feeling positive emotion, indicating your here and now perfect blending and harmonizing of you (physical) and You (greater non-physical consciousness). Coming back to full realisation, again.

 

Further more to understand that conscious beings who die, they don't go anywhere. They just go more fully to the more fully allowed to be realised by them, here and now. As ALL that they've truely become and are being and becoming the evermoreness of it evermore so fully and joyfully and freely. And that there is no real seperation between physical and non-physical, and that death is not necessary, but often it is the way that people begin to contemplate their true nature of being, and often it inspires people to come back to full realisation with their own greater truth of their own greater knowing of their own greater non-physical consciousness of their own greater allowed realisation of their own more fully realised true nature of fully realised being in full harmony with their own greater truth of being and becoming evermore. To simply feel better, to release resistance, to come back into alignment with your own greater non-physical consciousness of your soul.

 

As death is usually simply a more fully allowed realisation of releasing resistance. Just as sleeping is an unconscious releasing of resistance. One can simply meditate and more fully experience the releasing of resistance and coming back to full realisation of your full true nature, in a more consciously realised joyful way. No need to die or sleep to do that or allow that.

 

And so you begin to understand everthing that matters to you, who you truely are, as all that you truely are, as all that you love and enjoy in your being and becoming evermore fully here and now. As the joyous path of least resistance to your evermore fully allowed being and becoming evermore fully enjoyed and allowed to be more fully realised by you here and now. 

 

So you will simply be inspired to enjoy your life more fully, as that is why your consciousness is here. That is why all consciousness is here. And there are more consciousness' here than there are human beings in flesh blood and bone. For you yourself are primarily energy of greater non-physical consciousness, of which only a small portion is focused here and now flowing through the lense of your physical body.

 

And even your physical body, holds many cells of individual consciousness. Of which all of them are asking, and receiving that which they have asked for. The intelligence of your body is tremendous and great. Just as you intelligence is great, and is asking and receiving constantly, and help facilitate your full receiving of your greater knowing and your more fully realised true nature of being, one simply has to find a way to feel better emotionally, as this emotional guidance is simply coming from your own greater knowing of your own greater non-physical consciousness.

 

And your consciousness is eternal in being and becoming evermore. Your greater non-physical consciousness aswell. It is all here for the moreness of the joy of the moreness of being and becoming evermore. As every single here and now moment is a new moment unlike any that has ever been before. And to simply enjoy your evermore being and becoming is why you exist. You simply came here for the joy of enjoying all that which you enjoy. So you are intending also to focus on your greater allowed realisation, to come about naturally and effortlessly through the path of least resistance that is indicated by your joy, meaning you are fully in alignment with your true soul trajectory, of having being or doing whatever you want 

 

So the only job, or discipline you ever need to be excersizing, is simply find a way to come back into full realised alignment with your greater non-physical consciousness. To simply be true to who you are, to simply find a way to feel better, more unconditionally, more fully, Indicated by emotional energy motional feelings of relief, after relief, feeling better and better, untill you do feel very  good. And thus you are capable of knowing and remembering anything and everything that is ever of any importance for you to know more fully here and now, evermore.

 

Whatever it is you want to know, your greater non-physical consciousness not only knows it, (hence you feel the emotion as the variance between you and You), but is literally right here and now, evermore, being and becoming the ever moreness of it evermore, for you and through you and as you and with you. And to the degree that you allow that to flow more fully, through you, with less resistance, and in less contradiction with your own being and becoming, the better you feel, primarily, and secondarily, the more fully you will allow yourself to come to the more fully naturally and effortlessly allowed realisation of all of you greater knowing and being and becoming evermore fully here and now, conditionally aswell. As your life, healthy, well, and full of joy and passion, enjoying all your evermore being and becoming evermore in full harmony and alignment with the fullness of all that you have become and are being and becoming evermore fully here and now. As you come to truely realise all the joyful life experience you came here to realise.

 

And again, you don't have to do anything, except feel better. That's it. However you will do it, it is the path of least resistance for you. And meditation often helps tremendously in releasing resistant energy motionally self contradictory energetic thought patterns of resistance. As it is very easy to do it. And as you do, your true nature of being naturally brings everything back to full realisation for you, as you, through you, with you, etc.

 

All the answers you seek will simply be more fully realised by you automatically. Because those answers feel very good, and so you already contain them, but they exist for your joyful experiencing and allowing of them, to be more fully realised here and now, through you, as you, and for you, and with you, etc.

 

They are very different from your energetic self contradictory thought patterns, which do not allow the full flow of your greater knowing to be more fully realised by you. So letting those go, through meditation, you open up to the receiving of your greater joy and knowing and realised freedom.

 

So trust your heart felt emotions, as through it you have acces to infinite intelligence and eternal wisdom. And to feel better is the only requirement for you to then also be more fully capable receiving all of your greater knowing, more fully more consciously, allowed to be more fully and consciously realised by you, evermore here and now. Ongoingly on your joyful eternal journey along your path of least resistance to your evermore joyful being and becoming, evermore here and now.
