Can you deny this?

Well basic asana is pure in and of itself as a form..

But if you are practicing Ashtanga yoga for example.. you will sweat and die multiple times during practice..

There is of course an option to work that hard at any yoga in general..

We can grade the degrees of effort in any yoga.. from 0-100%

Hi Rickie,

Everything includes nothing, something and anything - oh so many things.

What else? = I don't know.

I am serious.

Hi Boundlesscostfairy,

I did hatha yoga before. In the early days I used to complain to my Guru about the pain in my joints. Then I was in my thirties and I pointed to Guru the exact spots of my pain.

He tolerated with me for while until one day he snapped by pointing to the pain in my head. It was/is a life-changing moment for me till today thus - by conquering the pain in my mind, I can overcome the pain in my body to a good degree. Since then I overcome(came) all my obstacles with my mind to very good effect.

Mind over body - in memory of my Guru.

Hi Rickie,

I know what I know.

I know what I don't know.

I don't know what I don't know.

The more I know, the more I realize how little I know.

So what is everything? I know? No - I don't know. I don't need to know.

Wicked; everything is everything and nothing..

Note taking worthiness:

So we get a divide between good and bad as creations..

But everything can lead to wholeness via yoga.. so we can come to understand our curiosity and cravings as they are..

Put it blankly; The path is both narrow and wide; both straight and curved.. both Great and beautiful.. both Ugly and demented.. all things start the same and end the same.. but it's what you do with the middle(slack) that counts..

That Satan is likely part of the Kundalini Serpent.. and so is our DNA programmed with on and offs..

Gentry and generation.. are a Genesis in time, space and matter.. which follows an evolving spirit! A spirit of life and generosity.. A spirit of order and chaos.. Eternity and the present moment.. The end of days, The ancient of days.. both the very first thing.. and the potential and projection of the last thing.. It is with knowledge that we subdue the powers of darkness; and light.. and bring them into our control in Heavenly union.

Truly I say to you that I speak the truth.. What has gone before, will surely come again.. in the revolution of the cosmic occurrence or the eternal recurrence. Light is creation positive, and darkness is creation negative.. but both have balance in the force and source of all things.. The yin yang, and the circle of life, which feeds on all life!

X is everything or nothing.  I favor everything but when that doesn't work I default to nothing.  Nothing then works for me until it doesn't.  I try not to get too hung up on everything and nothing helps with that.

I really have to say yes & no.  To say either exclusively would be attempting to define the undefinable, beside saying yes & no "FEELS" right and when words don't work well enough I go by feel and intuition.  :-)

Hi Rickie,

Yes - words have limitations and can fail us as obstacles. We circumvent words with - feelings, learning from the guts, intuition...

I honestly don't know what you mean by yoga?  My thought...yoga is something but not everything.  Now if you attaching a Tao value (if that is possible) to it then I'd say the "word" yoga is everything just as the "word" Tao is everything.    But without us attaching some kind of inexplicable value to the words then they are nothing.  Of course where you are sitting and the direction your looking in you may see things differently.

Hi Rickie,

When it comes to yoga, this question is asked at the commencement of this thread -

I am on the same page when it comes to the limitation of words and the personal rootedness of intuition on roads less travelled.

Deemed thus - each road less travelled is mapped in relation 'to each his/her own' -

Too many words can make things complicated and difficult to understand.  A few words can help one think and find their own understanding.

Hi Rickie,

The Tao => Wuwei => The Void.

Implies less words?

Words are beautiful.. in meta ethical prose.. which is a process of yoga.. trying to find something to attach to.. like egg yoke, and a blueish hue of innocence.. Easter and the cost of time is awakening.. both being born and cracking the egg.. the dispersion of the personal moment is transcendental awareness and meditation.. on object and loss.. Transpersonal disposition and impermance.. so the question becomes..

What do we yoke to? What do we attach to?

And submitting to the design that only time(c speed of light)will tell, and heal us.. to that ever boundless front of fun and temptation..

The realm of the vampire so to speak.. The lust and passion that are fulfilled in a simple smile!
