Right now I am doing researches about small circulation and semen retention and I hope to find a teacher soon to safely guide me in those practices.

Hi atrus,

From Wikipedia, "small circulation" is sounded out thus:

The 'Microcosmic Orbit (小周天), also known as the 'Self Winding Wheel of the Law' and the circulation of light is a Taoist Qigong or Taoist yoga Qi energy cultivation technique. It involves deep breathing exercises in conjunction with meditation and concentration techniques which develop the flow of qi along certain pathways of energy in the human body.

It depicts the flow as such:

Why are you linking "small circulation and semen retention"?

It is good that you are thinking along this line - "I hope to find a teacher soon to safely guide me in those practices".

But what if you cannot "find a teacher"?

Your "researches" pertain to... ?

Welcome.
