Hello senor dao brothers and sisters

Hi, im just a young boy who read novels and got interested in cultivation. This influenced me into searching about benefits of meditation martial arts and breathing techniques. Now im here, can you guys guide a beginner like me and tell me what I should do? Breathing technique meditation and martial art please. Thank you!

Well im interested in getting healthier and stronger. I've read a post here where something called the 8 brocades can make your immunity system much better in time as you work with it and you will become immune to colds and fevers etc. Also im interested in a martial art for strength, fitness and for enjoyability. Meditation I heard can sharpen the mind and boost mental activities (memory, creativity, thought process.) Thanks for your reply.

You'll find many systems of cultivation on the forum that can meet those needs. As someone whom leans toward Taoism i like Chi Kung.
