Gathering the best expressions of different Tai Chi Chuan styles

I couldn't view the first one either but the second came through great.

I love the flow of your movements.  Even the returns are part of the movements.

And I like your choice on music.  Did you go to Jamaica to get her?  Tai Chi Voodoo.  That would be something else!

Thanks for sharing.

Thanks MH,

you will see if one looks carefully that power is generated from the hips, stabilised by the lower legs in a turning spiralling motion. The 'round' strikes are very difficult to block and to parry and the turning blocks very effective against incoming attack and incoming energy used against the opponent. Whip like palm strikes are used, again very difficult to defend against. It is a shame that only a small portion of each form is shown because there are some interesting ground work in all of the forms in terms of rolls, sweeps kicks stand ups and evasions etc.

The first third of the old Yang form, performed by Eli Montaigue who inherited it from his father Erle Montaigue, whose lineage included Chiang Yiu-Chun and Yang Shaohou, the latter being the grandson of Yang style founder Yang Luchan.
