Your views on the concepts of 'Yin Qi' and 'Yang Qi'

Recommended Posts

I always found it interesting the concept of people running 'hot' or 'cold' chi through the orbit. I'm referring to Doctor Glenn Morris's book. He seemed to imply most people (men almost always) tended to run hot energy, and as you learned and evolved you could run 'cooler' energy through the orbit.

Is this the same phenomena of yin and yan chi? Or is it different.

yin chi is detailed in the book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality"

yin chi is "yang jing" energy.

What we need to realize is that this is all connected in a circuit.

Yang shen turns into "yin jing" energy.

So in science that means gamma rays create physical particles.

I think this is what Mopai means when John Chang says his perineum is "yin" energy.

He's talking about how his yang shen creates more jing energy.

Also in terms of "yin chi" - the Earthing movement is based on taking in the yin chi of the Earth which causes an internal tingling sensation - this is the electromagnetic energy ionizing and thereby neutralizing the "free radicals" in the body. So it means taking in more what.... negative ions.

So yeah it's interesting.

Once the lower tan tien is filled with yin chi then yang chi is created - which is a much stronger electromagnetic force - it's the real qi energy.

"yin chi" is still jing energy as yang jing. "Yang chi" is actually "yin shen" energy - since by filling up the lower tan tien you begin to activate the spirit heart energy to open up the third eye of the pineal gland.

Is this positive ions? It makes sense because Taoist Yoga states at this advanced level to not eat any salt. Salt has negative ions as chloride. No salt would increase the positive ions in the body as potassium and sodium.

Also the parasympathetic nervous system increases the potassium levels and vice versa - increased serotonin increases potassium.

John Chang said he is just like an "Electric eel" and I take this literally. Electric fish rely on increased serotonin which increases the ACTH levels of the pituitary and this then increases the potassium ratios - and it is from this increased potassium ratio that causes the zapping of the electric eel.

So the parasympathetic nervous system is the stored up "yang chi" energy -

"This man is able to change his electrical skin resistance in a split second from 60 Q up to 6080 Q and to lower it down again. We even know how he does it -- through a kind of sympathetic reflex. This means that he can simply switch from the Nervus Vagus to the Nervus Sympaticus. An untrained body would never do this as completely as he does this. We are scientifically proving spiritual knowledge that is 6000 years old!" (Through the Power of the Inner Smile, http://Universal-tao.com)

So what is happening when John Chang turns on his "yang chi" from his "yin chi" - he is triggering or switching his vagus nerve from his sympathetic nervous system.

The vagus nerve would be what creates the yang chi as the lower tan tien energy.

I mean obviously there is more to it - the inner light, the holographic levels of reality, etc. Like I said it's a circuit - "yang shen" turns into physical matter as "yin jing" and the whole thing starts over.

imho,

Yin is separated yang. Source is purely yang, if it replicates itself then the replicated part becomes yinyang. Human mind is yinyang but is unrealized who he is so it clings to the yin and dissipates, his mind dies, so source needs to create other one.

Need to get above mind consiously to become realized. In order to do that three knots or cauldrons have to be pierced or opened when its done then can get through mind after that new seed of life has to be created and then absorbed into lower dantien. Then it matures and comes out of the cell and new circle can repeat itself.

Same thing can be said in other words and other context.

Its one and the same thing repeating. Idea is to get pass mind, it means conscious death, its arahat level in buddhism. But what arhat does not yet figured out is that new life has to be also created consciously and that name is resurection in christianity while conscious death is crucifiction.

New life is created in the elixir field "in front of you"(it source is middle of the head), its the inner light or awareness field concentrating on it produces a disc or a circle and hold on to it till it gets absorbed into the body.

If total newby then at first your field is stoned or calcyfied or cristallized, conscentrating on it will produce flash of light or explosion. It also can happen randomly after you have consentarting on it. Then you need to to mindfulness practice a long time and breathing just to be aware and get the subtle sense of enrgies in you

Then you can eneter that elixir field for real(going through the mysterious gate or gateless gate) then open middle and higher and then get pass mind and end up for a second in a darkness wher s only your awreness after that you can create new seed of life concentrating on that field of awareness.

At the end when new life is created then it matures little bit and then comes out of the cell and it takes time when the connection to the real yang gets permanent. When you do new circle and create new seed again then after that the connection is even more stronger.

At the same time creation process gets more clear.
