How would you suggest I apply Ding Meditation to everyday life?

As we all know Ding Meditation is a focused meditation.

 

How would one "focus" on what they are doing without being mindful (in the Buddhist sense).

 

Let's not overcomplicate it, simple question, simple answers. :)

No, all meditations are focused.

Ding meditation(禪定) is a method which is dedicated by a Buddhist to sit tight in an isolation place with no external disturbance. He sits completely still and locks himself in an non-moving state. It is not something that an ordinary person can be applied in daily life.
