Warrior Body Buddha Mind

Bak Fu Sunn Yee Gong Complete level 1 DVD

Recommended Posts

After rewatching the video it seems for the fourth, the long form, you take 3 deep breaths at the beginning and end, correct?

grown ant yes 3 begin and end :)

YKM Internal will not be released

Primordial chaos palm not be released

SYG is Bak Fu Pai

Shattering Palm & Dao Gar is Sifu Christer Wretfors arts I passed on to him and he is the keeper of these arts, so if he releases them it will be up.

Primordial Chaos & YKM is way to hard to make DVDs of and you can come and learn them in person or any of our material if asked nicely and you are a person of good intentions or nature.

BTW I been getting heaps of positive feedback people have really started to understand this level since the complete level dvd was released, how it all ties together.

But I have had a few people email me saying they have been told that I have said to someone (a friend) apparently that SYG & myself knows how to cut off the 5 chords of the dan tian. I have never mentioned or talked about such a thing, this is not a SYG method and terms (names) used to do. Please do not mistaken SYG for Mo Pai, we have nothing to do with them that is what they are said to do and SYG has its own nei gong methods.

cheers

Sifu Hearfield

Awesome! :D Are there 18 complete levels (4X18=72?) or...? How do the other previously released dvds relate to the complete level 1?- are they the seated postures for the first 4 levels? trying to understand how the system fits together. Also, what kind of time frame are you looking at for all the complete levels/the whole system being released to the public?

Hey Sifu ,

good to see you on here :)

I began learning the long form yesterday , can do it all the way through when i go along with the vid,

really like the long form, seems like a very intense energy , very thick , almost martial energetics compared to FP.

About an hour afterwards I went out shopping and I was totally hyper ! :P

My mate was saying have you been on the crack pipe or something ! haha

Looking forward to the other moving meds.

Just wanted to ask , do we always have to perform the whole sequence the way its laid out on the vid ?

as in , can I do 30 mins of sitting then do the long form or does it always have to be in the vid order ?

Sifu Garry

I just watched a video of yours on you tube that says its a sunn yee gong med ,

but its a sitting moving form , which level is that >?

Just tried to get the 2nd seated set , man purple player sucks !

its just froze on me leaving me with no vid :(

Turns out there is a problem with syg vol 3 so they are trying to fix it.

just say you know all the 18 levels and its 4 stage sequence?! You could pick a level say 4 do the seated and standing static meditation then do the short form once and then begin the long set after the %, this is how its originally done also helps one revise that level they doing or levels during the practice. Mixing 3rd level long form with 10th level seated & 7th short form you can do its up to you but I always stick to the traditional way & just makes sense to me.

The long form is martial & healing combined but then again most movements in life we do can become martial. :) Great form I love it also especially when you start getting the dragon body & you just get caught up in the rise falling, contracting expanding of your entire being. :)

Glad your enjoying it!

I'm interested in various areas of training offered by WBBM. I PM'd Sifu Garry through here but I'm not sure if he frequents this site much. Does anyone have a more direct way of getting in touch with him?

Does anyone here have any expereince training anything else from Sifu Garry besides Sunn Yee Gong?

Would definitely appreciate any input!

Sifu Garry,

How does one know they are ready to move on to level 2- are there any benchmarks or signs one should look for from practice of the complete level 1 dvd that would indicate its time to add level 2?
