I use blogger. I thought it had the cleanest and smoothest looking design. But that's just my opinion…i am not tech savvy at all. Just looked at other blogs and compared notes.

WordPress is the BEST content management system for a web site in general but can be somewhat complex for making only a blog. Blogger is very easy to use but hasn't changed much over the years.
