My own view is that before during and after Existence is Beingness. Could Beingness have purpose for generating universes? In some traditions there are many planes/dimensions beyond mind

Test its accuracy by visualizing those words next to a suitable person and watch what happens to the words. A close match produces strong energy or attraction between the words and the target. The problem seems to me to be that those in human format often over-emphasize their individuality. What if a vast entity wished to incarnate as a cluster of universes? How many trillion threads of Light would it put into planets, species, timelines? Some of the anchor points of those threads may increase transparency and alignment so that the greater Self can operate through those anchors. As that occurs some local authority is delegated.

When you project into higher planes, initially you do not have the sense organs necessary to observe. Sometimes an entity may share its light-body with you so that you can use its sense organs temporarily Your ability to feel the burden indicates that your heart has some higher aspects Interesting comment. It has recognized the self-centered nature of most of your species, but apparently not your individual qualities The burden feels like galactic karma - and therefore is too great for most humans I have some friends that learned the hard way to be careful of such connections The energy you were hit with, is far beyond the kundalini natural to humans. Your ability to survive that energy indicates that your light-body is not the standard human issue You contain some of that entity's light-body. Is salvation belief only popular in religions? Perhaps humans were made suitable for their tasks. Are humans slow learners - or perhaps their tasks are quite large?

Enlightenment literally means that the Light of Spirit flows easily through the human. When the Light flows easily, the human can be used by Spirit and Spirit can delegate some local decisions to the human You may recall something along the line of : When you have seen me you have seen the Father, for I live in Him and He lives in me

Spirit penetrates all Existence. So doing anything within Existence with attention on Spirit, allows both physical and spiritual changes to occur. For example, breathing in while intending to draw in Spirit, increases the amount of Spirit in the human light-body (aura) and thus the physical body too. A common example is that "mother's cooking is best". Traditionally the mother was intent on proper nourishment of the family beyond the physical. The result was that the mother's love penetrated the food as an increased flow of Spirit One might conclude that the good-hearted human has a natural authority to draw increased flows of Spirit.

Occasionally while meditating I am shown new techniques, relationships, flows, structures etc. The first skill shown to me is for me the most important: accurately controlling my level of consciousness (plane, sub-plane and sub-sub-plane) so that I can target and measure what I want to observe and conduct experiments. Occasionally a friend and I will swap around as experimenter and observer. Often the observer, being outside the process, will have a broader perspective of what is happening. The primary conditions for first stage enlightenment include: - control of the physical, emotional and mental energies within the light-body (aura) - discharge of heavy energies (lower sub-planes) - release of personal karma - alignment of light-body energies to allow smooth inflow of Light - intent to be at-one with all - acceptance by the community of enlightened beings. Looking at that process from another perspective, the core requirements are: - right energy - right relationship - right intent. The rightness is measured by alignment with the directionality of the Cosmos within which we exist

Feeling is a generic word. The sense of touch (feeling) can be developed on every plane: physical, emotional, mental, buddhic/heart, atmic/will etc Spirit that anchors in the heart provides life force and spiritual purpose to the human. Many humans have interference in the anchoring so that their life force and spiritual purpose is disturbed/incomplete. Traditionally the anchoring of Spirit in the heart is inwardly seen as a flame. The Counter-Reformation artwork of the Roman church showed that flame - but mainly for Jesus. Spirit, as anchored in the standard human, comes from before Existence. This means that the unfolded human, functions before, during and after Existence - in parallel.

In the current manifestation of this solar system, Spirit anchors in the heart of the standard human. Hence the many sayings about heart - such as: he (a bad person) is heartless
