  1. Hi! I'm following various DVD and Online courses by more than 10 year. I found that some courses are very interesting and useful. Yes, I know that it can't replace the personal teaching, but surely is very useful as an supplement. I found that the courses by Adam Mizner, Liang De Hua and Alex Dong are very good. Also very good courses (DVDs) are from Stuart Alve Olson, Waysun Liao, Gary Clyman, Bruce Kumar Frantzis and Richard Clear. I learned a lot from them. What are your experiences? Do you found any other intresting Tai Chi Online (or DVD) courses? Thanks for any feedback.

    IMHO, preaty good IMA systems are from Richard Clear, Bruce Kumar Frantzis, Waysun Liao, and others. They have preaty much material online to study.

    Preaty good Chi Kung. I recommend it.

    I have them. I like especialy Seminar on Internal Work and the Ultimate Internal Power Workshop.
  8. Jiang Yu Shan's videos are preaty expensive. However to me they seems preaty good. I'm collecting some money to buy his videos.
  9. Anybody have the Combat Tai Chi set by Mark Cheng? I has 6 volumes and was originaly published on VHS. - Volume 1 - Basic Drills and Straight Line Theory - Volume 2 - Straight Line Combat - Volume 3 - Angular and Reverse Angles of Encounter - Volume 4 - Deceptive Kicks and Power Throwing - Volume 5 - Spiral Motion and Advanced Principles - Volume 6 - Combining the 4 Pillars of Tai Chi Seems interesting and found some positive reviews on web forums.
