I’m going by the ruling as per astrology and numerology - it’s time to immerse myself in QiGong again which is what brings me to the forum 🙂

I hope it’s not cliched but it was at first Mantak Chia’s books way back in 2011 after that I transitioned to learning more about acupressure due to taking some personalised acupuncture sessions. Then I transitioned to focusing more on women’s health specifically via QiGong 🙏🏻 What about yourself?

I think a couple of them still stand up and whilst not without problems are less dry than a lot of books on the subject. I mostly read books on Western magick and alchemy but refer back to Qigong Empowerment a fair bit and some of the Damo Mitchell books.

The latest Ike Baker book 'Aetheric Magic' is pretty cool, kind of zhan zhuang with Hermetic principles. It lacks any guidance on manipulating the connective tissue to make the process a bit more comfortable but it is very magical and easy to digest.
