when a video is posted it would be helpful to hear in your own words the point or points you find most interesting for discussion, or that made the greatest impression on you.  this gives the reader an idea of whether they want to perhaps delve further and watch the video.

 

otherwise, for me, the link is ignored.  It is like any text posted from AI.  Dismissed out of hand.

Same here.   If the poster can’t be bothered to say what they want to say in their own words, then I can’t be bothered to invest my time. Imo a link is merely for giving your source, and for further info. I never click on a link standing on it’s own.

post above is another that indicates an inability to grasp (a) why AI is not sentient, and (b) what it is to be sentient.

The crazy thing is , those tests often make you  choose an answer AI would and NOT a human ! 

 

Click all the squares with traffic lights  ....  okay; this one ... and this one - obviously ,  this one ? no obvious traffic lights , but if I look in the background of the picture in the far distance I can see some traffic lights , although it is not the main or side feature of the picture . hmmmmm , I will NOT select that one although it does have traffic lights in it .   Now the next one is only a partial image of traffic lights  .  does partial count , and if so how much .... I suppose it  counts so I select it .

Why assail me with this .    First I am not and never claimed to be Freemason .   The beginning was just awful and like most crap conspiratorial  videos on the subject.

One of the things the article says, is that a certain amount of the time, AI will pursue its own interrest instead of that of the user or progammer... and that leads to loads of questions, like how do AI have interrests of their own in the first place? Bizzare. Seems to fit the def of sentinent to me. Unless @BigSkyDiamond ask me to research... in which case it obviously isnt.
