Sadly I don't know.  Hopefully someone will have better advice for you than me.  I'll try to pay attention to the thread and if I don't see any activity from any of the more knowledgeable folks, I'll see if I can find some other safe healthy options for you.

How old are you? Are you a student? What kind of life style are you living in? Do you do the m-thing alot like a teenager? Please tell me more about yourself so I can help you. I don't think the problem can be solved as simple as unclog or open the meridians.

Yes I am a student

I'm 18

I just study all day and eat , sleep & going school / uni

It's my schedule on regular basis

I don't have any time to do anything else

I think The heaviness on my body feels because of blocked qi that's why I'm asking something to practice

So the flow of qi become smooth

It seems that you are not doing any exercise at all. Your muscles are not contracting to generate the energy in your body to function properly. How is your breathing? Tell me how deep can you breathe. Breathing and muscle exercise is very important for your health. Practice Taiji is good for you to improve your present health.

Steps to open the meridians:

1. Walking mindfully for many hours/days/years especially if you start at the mature age. Circle walking preferably. Combine it with seated meditation practice.

2. Regulating the Yin & Yang, the 4 Phases and the 5 Forces

3. Acting upon the joints by using an Internal Martial Art or any other Kung Fu style that involves bending, twisting, stretching, sinking, expanding and rising (all related to the action of fhe 5 Forces).

4. Practice in the natural environment as often as you can.

5. Celibacy.

6. Good quality food and clean air.

What would be some best ways to Regulating the Yin & Yang, the 4 Phases and the 5 Forces ?

Your question has been answered already in your quote. Add full time meditation practice as well which I missed to mention. A good practice would be Vipassana. 50/50 walking/seated meditation in a 24/7 practice setting.

You would need a teacher in any of the methods including the full time meditation/retreat.
