第一峰,是仙物,惟產金花生恍惚。

 

The first peak is a fairy thing, but it produces [golden flowers] in a trance.

 

The [Golden Flower] mentioned here will produce trance, so we can clearly know that [Golden Flower] refers to the black liver light.

 

這裡講到的[金花]會產生恍惚,所以我們可以很清楚的知道,[金花]指的就是烏肝光。

 

色是藥,酒是祿,酒色之中無拘束。

 

Color is medicine, wine is wealth, and there is no restraint in wine and sex.

 

It is very difficult for Westerners to understand what [色] is. Because this word has three meanings, body, color, and sex.

 

西方人要搞懂甚麼是[色]是非常困難的。因為這個字有三種意義,身體,顏色,性。

Lu Zu used this word here, and also cleverly used the pun of this word.

 

呂祖在這邊使用這個字,同樣也巧妙地用了這個字的雙關語。

 

 

Here [色] stands for the body, which is life work. [Wine] represents entering the state of sedation, that is, XinGong. The color and wine represents Xin and min.

 

這裡的[色]代表身體,也就是命功。[酒]代表入定態,也就是性功。酒色代表性命雙修。

 

From Lu Zu's poems, we can know that entering Samadhi is similar to drinking and being in a trance. This is a very important part of the cultivation, and even takes up most of the time for a cultivation. However, the transfer method completely omits this part and only exercises the qi part, which is equivalent to less than half of the cultivation. This is a very serious distortion.

 

 

從呂祖的詩可以知道,入定態類似喝酒,意識恍惚。這是修練當中非常重要的一個部分,甚至占了一次修練大部分的時間。但是搬運法完全省略這個部分,只練氣的部分,等於少練了一大半。這是非常嚴重的扭曲。

 

The distorted behavior of the transfer method has caused most people to only want to practice Qi, but not to practice Yin.

These people thought practicing qi was the way of alchemy.
This kind of thought brainwashing in the transfer method has very serious consequences.

 

搬運法這種扭曲的行為,造成大部分的人,只想練氣,不想練入定。

以為練氣就是煉丹道。
搬運法的這種思想洗腦造成非常嚴重的後果。

 

只修性,不修命,此是修行第一病。

Cultivating only one's Xin and not one's Min, this is the number one disease in cultivation.

 

Lu Zu probably didn't expect that later generations made a second mistake in his name.
Only cultivate Min(Qi), not Xin(Yin, Samadhi).

 


呂祖大概想不到,後人以他的名義,卻犯了第二個錯誤。
只修命,不修性。

Stillness is inaction, movement is color

When you are still and do not move, you enter into a state of inaction.
When this poem talks about "moving", it means that the body is moving.

Many people like to practice Qi while sitting quietly, and then run MCO with breath agitation. This behavior can easily hurt the body.
Lu Zu made it very clear here, that is, to move the body, and to use inaction when you calm down.

 

靜則無為動是色

靜下來不動的時候,就進入無為狀態。
這首詩講到[動]的時候就是指身體在動。

很多人喜歡靜靜地坐著練氣,然後用呼吸鼓動氣感運行MCO。這種行為很容易傷害身體。
呂祖這邊講得很清楚,就是動身體,靜下來就用無為。

I wrote a part about the Fu of the Yellow Crane here before, and the part about building a foundation in a hundred days.

The transfer method distorts the establishment of a foundation in a hundred days into a detour to serve as a governor.

In fact, the foundation building in a hundred days expressed by Lu Zu is to refine wood from water and fire.

Wood is black liver.

Therefore, the generation of light represents the  completion of foundation building.

 

因為Steve個人的情緒,所以將我封鎖一個月。
對他的行為我感到非常的遺憾。並表示高度的不認同。

之前在這裡寫了一部分關於黃鶴賦的內容,關於百日築基的部分。

搬運法把百日築基扭曲成繞行任督。

事實上呂祖所表達的百日築基是從水火煉出木。

木就是烏肝。

所以光的產生,代表築基的完成。
