西方人把這種『不二崇拜』搞成一種『認知遊戲』

似乎只要在觀念上知道了『自我的遊戲』,就自認為可以達到『不二狀態』

 

但是不管是博伽梵歌或是佛經,共通的語言都講到了禪定

 

而佛經更是非常嚴格的定義了禪定的內容

 

我這篇主題就是告訴各位,光在禪定當中是必經的過程,一定要出現的現象

 

如果沒有光,就不可能達到禪定,頂多只能達到初禪

 

因為二禪的特色之一就是光

光的產生是一種無法自欺欺人的現象

當你承認了光是二禪的一個基本特徵的時候

你就無可避免的必須承認沒有光的自己,連二禪的程度都沒有

這當然是對『自我感』的一個重大打擊

When you admit that light is an essential feature of the second jhana

You will inevitably have to admit that you have no light, not even the level of second jhana.

This is of course a major blow to the "sense of self"

那麼在無解礙道這本書上面有沒有類似博伽梵歌所描述的『不二狀態』呢?

 

我能找到最接近的描述就是『智』

總共有73種智

 52.因三心的遍滿狀態及諸根的明淨而在種種及單一識的行為深解上的慧為他心智。
 53.因對緣的流轉法種種及單一業遍滿而在深解上的慧為前世住處回憶智。
 54.因光明而對種種及單一色相在看見義上的慧為天眼智。
 55.以六十四種行相對三根成為自在狀態的慧為煩惱的滅盡智。
 56.在遍知義上的慧為苦智。
 57.在捨斷義上的慧為集智。

 59.在修習義上的慧為道智。

 62.苦滅智。
 63.導向苦滅道跡智。

 73.無障礙智。
  這些為七十三智,這七十三智中的六十七智為與聲聞共智,六智為與聲聞不共智。

『不二』在修行上的應用,並非是一種狀態的描述,而是一種過程的態度

而這個態度的使用主要是在第二禪定要升級到第三禪定的時候才能發揮最大的力量

因為自我意識最後的解開是在這個關鍵處

因此主要的使用時機是在這個時候

並非在表層意識存在的時候使用

 

因為第二禪定的時候,自我意識已經被光牢牢吸引,而且雜念已經消失了

這個狀態只剩下心的最後兩種力量,加強或者壓制

因此『不二』就是不讓心落於這兩種力量,而能處於單純的覺觀狀態

這樣才能使身心脫落,順利進入第三禪定

 

而第二禪定的狀態就是光,因此『不二』的使用時機是在有光的狀態下

當完全掌握『不二』的時候,烏肝光會打開心竅,產生不同於表層意識的另外一種深度覺知

這種深度覺知就會開始產生兔髓光

 

因此當兔髓光產生的時候,就知道沒有走錯路了

反之如果一直沒有兔髓光產生,卻產生了很多影像幻境,那就是走錯路了

 

 

The application of "non-duality" in cultivation is not a description of a state, but an attitude of process of cultivation

And the use of this attitude is mainly when the second jhāna has to be upgraded to the third jhāna to exert its greatest power.

Because the final unraveling of self-consciousness is at this juncture

So the main use time is at this time

not used in the presence of surface consciousness

Because in the second meditation, the self-consciousness has been firmly attracted to the light, and the distracting thoughts have disappeared

In this state only the last two powers of the mind remain, strengthening or suppressing

Therefore, "non-duality" means to not let the mind fall into these two forces, but to be in a state of pure awareness

Only in this way can the body and mind fall off and smoothly enter the third jhāna.

 

And the state of the second jhāna is light, so the time to use "non-duality" is in the state of light

When fully proving the "non-duality", the black liver light will open the heart Chiao and produce a different kind of deep awareness that is different from the superficial consciousness.

This depth awareness begins to produce rabbit marrow light

Therefore, when the rabbit marrow light is generated, you will know that you have not gone the wrong way.

On the other hand, if there is no rabbit marrow light, but there are a lot of image illusions, it is the wrong way.

 

當然你也可以說,博伽梵歌這本書也是有把『不二』當成一種狀態的

但是我要說的是,這本書描述的不二狀態至少也是三禪定以上的程度了

你如果連烏肝光都沒有,你的程度是連二禪定都不到的,怎麼可能達到『不二』狀態呢?

這難道不是一種自欺欺人嗎?

 

當你連烏肝光都沒有的時候,你頂多就是達到初禪的『一心境』而已

這種狀態再怎麼說也跟『不二』沾不上邊的

程度還不到啊

If you don't even have black liver light, your level is not even the level of the second jahna, how can you achieve the state of "non-duality"?

當你否定光在禪定當中的存在,你又自稱達到『不二』,這活生生就是一個很大的謊言了

When you deny the existence of light in jahna, and you claim to have achieved "non-duality", this is a big lie.

怎樣是對一切法在完全斷絕與滅上不現起狀態的慧為齊頭者義智?

以光明想完全斷絕惛沈睡眠;

 

Cut off(Stop) the groggy and sleep with the state of light.

欲的意欲為種種;離欲為單一, the intentions of desires are many kinds, the leaving of desires is single

惡意為種種;無惡意為單一, the bad intentions are many kinds, no bad intention is single

惛沈睡眠為種種;光明想為單一, lethargy are many kinds, the state of light is single

掉舉為種種;不散亂為單一, scattered heart are many kinds, no scattered heart is single

疑為種種;法的區別(界定)為單一, to doubt are many kinds,  to distinguish dharma is single

無明為種種;智為單一, no light are many kinds, wisdom is single

不樂為種種;欣悅為單一, not being joyful are many kinds, being joyful is single

諸蓋為種種;初禪為單一  covers are many kinds, the first jahna is single

……(中略)

一切污染為種種;阿羅漢道為單一。 every pollution are many kinds, Arahant Dao is single

 

 

請不要再說萬法歸一了,真正的法是沒有模糊的空間的,不是你說什麼都是對的

 

請各位要小心,說什麼都是對的,本身就是最大的錯,因為他自己走錯路了

 

Please don't say that all methods are all the same one, the real dharma has no vague space, it's not that everything you say is right

Please be careful, when someone say everything is right in cultivation, it is the biggest fault in itself, because he himself went the wrong way

 

There is only one way right.

「削減」: reduce, decrease

欲的意欲為不削減;離欲為削減, Having intentions of desires are not decrease , but giving up desires is decrease.

惡意為不削減;無惡意為削減,Having the bad intentions are not decrease, but giving up  bad intention is decrease.

惛沈睡眠為不削減;光明想為削減,Having lethargy are not the state of decrease, but the state of brightness is the state of decrease.

 

掉舉為不削減;不散亂為削減,

疑為不削減;法的區別為削減,

無明為不削減;智為削減,

不樂為不削減;欣悅為削減,

諸蓋為不削減;初禪為削減

All covers are not the state of reducing, but the first jhana is the state of reducing.

……(中略)

一切污染為不削減;阿羅漢道為削減。Every pollution are not the state of reducing, but Arahant Dao is the state of reducing.

它以已知義為智,以了知義為慧,

因為那樣被稱為:在分離、種種火永盡上的慧為削減義智。

 

所以離欲才會產生光明想

反之,貪欲不能產生光明想

 

所以這些沒有光而自稱『不二』的人,請問你是否看見你心中的貪慾?

 

Therefore, leaving from desire produces light.

Conversely, greed cannot produce light.

So those who claim to be "non-duality" without light, do you see the greed in your heart?

 

 

 

為學日益,為道日損。損之又損,以至於無為, 無為而無不為。

 

The attitude to learning is to increase, the attitude to Dao is to decrease.

捨斷惛沈睡眠者開示光明想義,

Those who give up all the pollution give the speech of  the principium of Arahant Dao

Lao Tzu said that the wise man 『弗fu』speaks , it is not that the wise man does not speak, but the wise man does not speak nonsense

Not talking nonsense, not talking, it's not the same thing

 

智者當然會說,而且說得很清楚,因為很清楚怎麼回事,所以不會亂說

Of course the wise will speak, and speak clearly, because he knows what's going on, so he won't talk nonsense

That’s correct. :)

 

In the grammar at the time of Laozi:

- 弗 implied an object

-  what could be deduced from the context was mostly left out

 

So the literal translation is

- the wise man does not speak ‘something’

- and the context allows interpreting the ‘something’ as ‘nonsense’ here.

欲的意欲是定的障礙,離欲是定的資助;

惡意是定的障礙,無惡意是定的資助;

惛沈睡眠是定的障礙,光明想是定的資助;

 

Lethargy is a hindrance to samadhi, and a state of light is the aid of samadhi;

 

掉舉是定的障礙,不散亂是定的資助;

疑是定的障礙,法的區別是定的資助;

無明是定的障礙,智是定的資助;

不樂是定的障礙,欣悅是定的資助;

一切不善法是定的障礙,一切善法是定的資助。

這些是八障礙智與八資助智。

有人說『正確的路只有一條』這種想法是強迫正確,而且宣稱這樣的思想是暴力

這是很愚蠢的,用一種世間法的眼光,來看出世間法

出世間法本來就跟世間法不同,用同一種邏輯去看,本身就有很大的問題

出世間法本來就只有唯一的一條途徑

只有找不到路的人,或者愚蠢的人,才會以為路很多條

Some people say that the idea of "there is only one right way" is forced to be right, and claim that such thinking is violent

This is very stupid, to see the worldly rules with the eyes of the out worldly rules

The out worldly rules are inherently different from the Worldly rules, and when viewed with the same logic, there are huge problems in themselves.

There is only one way of the out worldly rules.

Only people who can't find the way, or stupid people, will think that there are many roads

 

如果你仍然堅持這樣的思想是一種暴力

你就是指控佛陀的思想是暴力,因為這種話說最多的人就是佛陀

如果在你眼中,佛陀也是暴力份子,那全世界的人在你眼中還有人不是暴力份子嗎?

 

If you still hold on to the thought it's a form of violence

You are accusing the Buddha's thoughts of being violent, because the person who says it the most is the Buddha

If in your eyes, the Buddha is also a violent person, are there still people in the world who are not violent in your eyes?

《毘婆尸佛經》卷1:「爾時 at that time,世尊說此偈已 after Buddha had said the poem,告苾芻言 and told Bichu:「時 at that time,毘婆尸菩薩復觀色受想行識 Bivashi Buddhisatva aware body, feeling, thoughts, action force and consciousness,生滅不住 keep on appearing and disappearing ,如幻如化無有真實 just like illusion, not real,智觀現前 awareness wisdom appear,業習煩惱一切不生 karma and trouble disappear,得大解脫 get the big relief,成正等覺 success to get the right awareness。」

 

爾時 then,世尊而說頌曰 Buddha said this song:「毘婆尸菩薩 Bivashi Buddhisatva,  復觀蘊等法 aware the five Yin dharma again, 入彼三摩地 get into the Samadhi,  [1]智觀現前時 when the awareness wisdom appear, 惑苦業習氣  Confusion, Pain, Karma, Habits  一切皆不生 everything disappear, 如飄兜羅綿 floating just like the cotton in the sky,  剎那不可住 can not be stopped in an instant, 成就佛菩提 achieve Buddhahood,  涅槃吉祥果 Nirvana auspicious fruit, 如月大圓明 the big circle brightness like moon,  光徧十方界the light shine all the world。」 」(CBETA 2022.Q1, T01, no. 3, p. 156b19-29)[1]:智【大】,香【元】

 

 

這段說得很清楚,達到出現像月亮一樣的大圓明光,就是涅槃成果

 

This passage makes it very clear that to achieve the appearance of the big circle light like the moon is the achievement of nirvana.

 

當你真的證悟博伽梵經裡面的『不二』,你必然能練出大明月,並且達到涅槃

 

When you truly realize the "non-duality" in the Bhagavad Sutra, you will definitely be able to reach the Great Bright Moon and reach Nirvana.

 

如果你沒有,請不要隨便把『不二』當成裝飾自我感的時尚服裝

If you don't have one, please don't just take "non-duality" as a fashionable garment to decorate your sense of self

 

所有意識的演化,必然同時伴隨光的演化

The evolution of all consciousness must be accompanied by the evolution of light
