Hello.

I'm interested in qigong practices. English not my native language, sorry.

I'm looking for qigong which moving to deeeeep relaxation.

Relax when i walking.

Relax when i sleeping.

Relax when i tense.

I need practice which can rise my energy and bring me more vitality.

I've heard many good reviews about Roger Jahnke's books.

Is it good start?

Hello Papa Justify - Glad you found the forum.  I look forward to your input.  You might want to ask your question about Jahnke's book (I'm not familiar with him) and the relaxation methods and qigong in the Taoist Discussion area, with an appropriate title like 'Relaxation and Jahnke' or something similar.
