so where is the middle?

So yeah i have started a new practice that i think would be a good idea for everyone to do. Ask yourself where the middle is. like the debate between religion and science well ask yourself where the middle is and stay there dont go off to one side or the other.

IMO, Show respect for the sides, but don't be afraid of picking one. Sometimes they're right and often thats where where the fun is. Wishy washy is boring.

Equal means one is in balance.

There are the possible states of Yin-Yang:

1. Yin is more than Yang.

2. Yang is more than Yin.

3. Yin and Yang are equal.

 

One is more than the other means they are out of balance. Nature always tend to bring the unequal return to the state of balance.

 

For example:

When the Yin has reached its extreme state, it will return toward the state of Yang and vice versa. At one point, it will pass the middle. Then, it was said to be in balance. The Yin continuous to go toward the extreme of Yang. When it reaches the extreme, it'll start moving back toward the state of Yin.
