  1. Help with Kidney issues

    Hi everyone it's me again, so I went to a Chinese medical doctor who also practices Chinese martial arts and has proper lineage. It turns out I have Taiyang/Shaoyang disorder, and my kidneys can't move qi down and possibly some issues with my liver ( no it's not a jing or yin deficiency according to him) any advice to help? Anyone experienced anything similar?
  2. I've progressed in my spiritual development and meditative practices and discovered myself to possess Astral Blindness that is a rather persistent problem over the years. Does anyone have any recommendations or practices to begin working on this?
