  1. Potent Systems

I wouldn't be in a position to dare any comparisons anyway, still I only practice individual parts and sets from his DVDs, not full system. (If I could raise some doubts about anything, it's the tendency to keep releasing version 2 of about every DVD, with hugely different content than version 1.)
  2. Potent Systems

Cloud Hands form, modified for standing, is also taught by Yadi Alamin in his Taoist Monk Qigong v. 1 (v. 2 has different content, I don't know if Cloud Hands is in that one). He learned from 3 different students of Lew K. Share.
  3. iS IT immoral to own a business?

I'm aware of certain indigeneous island society where it's not moral to own a business or employ people, it's only moral to share and to work together in a cooperative. IIRC. In the west it's completely moral. After all, you are helping those people earn living. Moral or not moral, could be your actions towards them. Exploitation etc. If you are into business, it's best to stop analyzing from that point of view, otherwise, you could end up with a lot of similar questions that could have serious downside to performance of your business: Is it moral if the business earns money, isn't that profiting from customers by charging more than it cost to produce? Is it moral to offer employees better pay and handling than they would get from their current employer, isn't that stealing of employees? Is it moral to be too good that competition has to close the business and owner and employees face bad times? ....and maybe all kinds of other similar questions
  4. Balinese qi gong, your analysis?

The public video and text on the website give same impression as all other spontaneous qigong systems I have seen online. Again, that's just about the little displayed publically. I wouldn't underestimate simple shaking qigong powers, ask eg. trainers from Kundalini Awakening Practice (I don't remember the details but that's where I got introduced to it, and at that time I felt their reported experiences with it being pretty incredible). The difference could be in personal training of course, due to the likelihood of advanced training for personal students, and due to energy transmission and presence of the master - that's what could make huge difference I guess.
  5. I believe she might have sourced this concept in general from applied kinesiology, Braingym or Touch for Health (both having roots in applied kinesiology). Braingym has these exercises, I'm not familiar with Touch for Health but it was a major influence on Donna Eden when she started.
  6. Windows 10's 'built-in keylogger'?

I'm not quite ready for deeper level of debate and arguments this would require, but would sum my view up that it's not only which OS do you use, but also how do you use it and for which reason. (I'm writing this on W10, ughh, but Android and iOS gadgets next to me, and with my legs comfortably placed over the top of a Linux machine ... and in the end, the government backed spying software likely occupying some of the network nodes that the traffic goes through, doesn't quite care which one I'll use.... NSA supposedly can sniff even SSL connections since couple years ago.... what else can they do that we don't know? I don't feel that much more secure on Linux box, from that point of view. From other POVs yes but they feel less important in my particular case. ) As long as majority of politicians are willling to do anything to "protect us" from every imaginable threat (sniffing internet traffic and phone calls, cameras on the street here anywhere, "getting naked" on every airport, my ISP was I believe required by law to keep log of my internet traffic same as mobile operator - don't know current status of this legislature though,.......), that worries me actually much more. (And governments of US, China, Russia, and less so other countries, backing up armies of digital warriors.)
  7. Windows 10's 'built-in keylogger'?

two-step process to stop it: 1. format hard disk 2. install Linux Because, the thing is, what's most scaring, the publically known part of the monster (eg. typing monitoring you mention), the spying part that is not officially discussed (not confirmed, but not improbable either....like possibility of backdoors for government agencies), or the fact that it already has tens of unknown bugs that talented hackers (working for Chinese, US and other governments, or on their own) are working on to find out and utilize... (That said my main PC is still on Windows, W10 even, I got nothing to hide before MS, CIA, FBI, etcetera...nothing that they don't already know by spying on internet traffic, Google and Facebook use,....)
  8. just because you touched this, in case you might be living in Trzeskoprsky or anywhere near Prague and are also looking for other practices besides MCO , there might be more but I'm aware of xing yi lineage http://xingyiquan.wz.cz/ and Hunyuan qigong http://practicalmethod.cz/ that are both as genuine as one could get
  9. KAP 1 video course from http://www.kundaliniawakeningprocess.com/ it's live but basically self-learning video course, includes manual and videos for later download of the live session, core part of their method is MCO
  10. DGS's Dizzying DVD Collection

just realized the comment was giving wrong impression, thus a correction: I meant to write "light on VERBAL teachings" (that's particularly when compared to other videos he has, where it's a non-stop talk and I need to listen couple times each time there are new layers of understanding untangled, so compared to those other videos, this has relatively little talk)
  11. DGS's Dizzying DVD Collection

This DVD is very light on any verbal teachings, it only mentions which chakra relates to which posture. It's narrated while he's circle walking so there is just a little time for each posture. IIRC. I don't know if he has any videos that would be specifically dedicated to chakras and cover what you are looking for, I'd recommend to ask him directly (as he covers chakras in more depth in other videos, so he might as well have one like that).
  12. There was some Viking saga in Czech TV when I registered here I guess, used to have worser nicks elsewhere due to this habit. Move forward couple years when started watching Spongebob with kids and it would have been PatrickTheDaoistStar ;-)
  13. Ha, just happen to wear a t-shirt with Bulgarian "Black Sea" today Just came to mind, on another discussion forum, with maybe a bit less posters as this one but not significantly. I was the only visitor to their website from my country (no not Bulgaria), and that grew my country stats for their web to somewhere like 15-25%. (Until I ceased using certain browser toolbar extension, then it got to 0).
  14. Interesting websitelooker came up that high in search results, as they are more or less just a spammy web with no add-on value. They get the stats from Alexa, http://www.alexa.com/ Also, today, the stats is quite a bit different, US 35, Canada 9, Other 56. Overall, I don't know how Alexa changed over the past few years, but couple years back, I would interpret the 5.1% for Bulgaria as : "yesterday, there was a single visitor from Bulgaria who happened to have Alexa (or relative) toolbar installed in their web browser". Alexa used to be unreliable, but it used to be highly unreliable for webs with low traffic, due to how they collected the data for their stats. The only reliable stats can be extracted from actual server logs.
  15. New guy from the Czech Republic

This might also be worth checking, Hakuin's Naikan: http://buddhihermit.blogspot.cz/2012/01/true-naikan.html
  16. facebook friends

I realize I should have written more, but don't know how to explain easily, There'll be suspicious signs - like some link or email address that's not really facebook.com but look-a-like. It'll differ from notifications that Facebook sends, textually, hard to find if you are not receiving those though, or it will include strange wording - either obviously written by someone whose English is not best, or wording that wouldn't appear in email from corporation like Facebook. Finally you can view email headers and investigate those but that's a bit advanced, eg. with this tool: https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/messageheader/ But I'd bet it'd same like with those Paypal emails I get every day that claim I sold something on Ebay and just received a payment for it. And how they got the address - easily if you are not very careful online, and if you are very careful - someone hacked forum you were member of couple years back that had your email address on file, or one of your friens that has your address in their contact list got pc infected by virus that copied the contact list and sent it to the server of virus authors, etc.
  17. facebook friends

    could be just spam
  18. Tien Tao Chi kung

I don't quite understand why you are looking for some other source. What is wrong with Hagood? Many qigong styles out there only have one source on the net.... Eg. Menelik Musa, http://www.taichichuan-cornelia.com/en/international-meeting/2015.html , studied Tien Dao Chi Gung with Master Chi Kuan Wen. Chi Kuan Wen lived in USA, so there must be some people there who know or practice the system. Here is another student who is ceritified in the system, whatever that means: http://www.seaofchi.com/index.php It's not unknown, for example Dr. Glenn Morris (authors of Path Notes of an American Ninja Master and others) trained in this system when he experienced kundalini awakening. Most likely it's popularity peaked in pre-internet era.
  19. Questions about the six healing sounds.

Since doing them without five animals seems to be the prevailing traditional way, the answer is clear. My little humble experience so far is that the sound will find where to fit on its own. It's called after organ because it will naturally resonate with the organ. If you are after effectiveness, investigate all healing sounds traditions, the sounds differ, then choose sounds you feel resonates best with your body.
  20. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

it's the 50,20,10 one, I believe the first meditation on the disc just put "sleeper" in the search box on top right, you'll get a couple of reports about it from this thread
  21. New 100-Day Challenge!

I have just skipped a day, back to 0 after 10 days in a row. Not overly worried about that, as I'm now not working with single system consistently after all, then IMHO consistency has only psychological effects. Real magic was consistency and 1+ hours of Flying Phoenix in the past. When the number fell down to 30 minutes, it still felt good to be consistent but the magic mostly disappeared for me (same as with 1-2hrs here and there inconsistently). I have more or less turned to exploring various systems and their combinations for health reasons recently incl. modalities that not quite fall into this thread. Tried a bit from Stephen Chang's book and considering incorporating it into daily routine once experimentation period ends.
  22. New 100-Day Challenge!

  23. New 100-Day Challenge!
