  1. Xiang Gong - Fragrant Qigong

Possibly this: Can't vouch for this with any certainty, but with same question as you have, just some time back, somehow I ended up with this video (quite likely recommended in an older thread here on TDB, not sure anymore).
  2. maybe they have blocked it for such use, it worked for me to right-click and choose to open in another tab
  3. Hunyuan qigong - master Feng zhiqiang

I didn't watch this video, but there are also 12 Fang Song gong exercises, kind of 'level 0'. Some teachers include some of them in the qigong routine, so that'd be one possible reason. The Fang Song are here:
  4. Bagua mastery program

you can also check http://www.internalartsinternational.com/programs/ba-gua-zhang-distance-learning-program-foundational-level/ for what Bisio himself recommends as a good place to start (this book is included in his foundational level online course)
  5. How do we know it didn't prolong his life actually? Maybe he would have died at 25 otherwise. I have noticed that many of those who are called masters nowadays, initially started learning because of serious illness. Not all illnesses are fixable (especially not by Qi Gong,Nei Gong and Nei Dan), and there is no human being that flows through life without making an error. I have contemplated upon this topic many times, as I'm (still) somewhat attached to checking ages of masters.... It really is relative. Unless you know the individual very well, there is little you can tell from the age they died at. And even if you know him well, maybe he didn't let even family members know, or himself didn't know that he had some uncurable disease. (Just an example. Every now and then there is some athlete dead at 20 years of age. Then they do autopsy and find he hand some heart issue nobody was aware of.)
  6. Fake news are usually published knowing it's fake. It's done in effort to boost readership, or the portal alone serves that type of audience (interested in such kind o news), or it's political fake news (paid by secret services of certain countries and similar groups). They will not participate in rating.
  7. Bottled Water Companies: How Does it Work?

That article is really low on info. This seemed a bit better: http://www.mlive.com/news/index.ssf/2016/10/nestle_groundwater_pumping_exp.html The problem seems with Michigan laws, not treating water as public property, but as property of land owner. Where I live, companies have to pay for every gallon of water pumped (albeit the fee is still extremely low here). From economic point of view, state will still get a lot from it from taxes, apart from jobs as mentioned above. (In this Michigan case, expansion will add 20 jobs, that's fairly little gain, and likely not an issue here.) Here it seems more of an ecological (too much water pumped) than economical ("water sold for $200") issue.
  8. Pentagon paid PR firm $540mn to make fake terrorist videos

That. Still an understatement. They create content based on political demand. They (well, not exactly Novosti, but their stakeholder) employ a horde of employees who post comments under articles. They (not Novosti, but again their stakeholder) create so called "independent media" in the countries of their interest, that spread the fake content. Liars exposing liars, maybe, but they are not better nor trustworthy (to me). On second thought, browsed a little, their own "about us" at https://www.rt.com/about-us/ quite explains everything: " RT provides an alternative perspective on major global events, and acquaints international audience with a Russian viewpoint."
  9. Bagua mastery program

IIRC, neither one. It was the basics for first years of practice, the core. Circle walking, neigong and meditation.
  10. It's basically spontaneous moving qigong, the core of it, and that's likely the reason for the disclaimer, the other parts of the system from that DVD are safe (ie as safe as any other mainstream qigong set that's not spontaneous, doesn't have special breathing, visualizations nor forcing anything).
  11. Xiang Gong - Fragrant Qigong

Another interesting aspect of this system, while in others you are often told to practice some long times to achieve serious results, here it's the opposite: "At most, three times a day, no more than this. Otherwise the results will be bad."
  12. I only meant to post it as a resource and opinion to be aware of, didn't meant to discourage you, sorry about that. What do they say in manual you purchased? I believe originally public version of this system had people do the meditation simply sitting in the chair. If full lotus is not in the DVD, I'd say just forget it for the time being, until you make some progress. It seems they did some studies on people with bipolar disorder with this system, it'd be interesting to know what their regime was - ie. whether it included sitting meditations and for how long.
  13. Xiang Gong - Fragrant Qigong

Is there a list online somewhere (I couldn't find anything on a quick search), banning by government sounds like a solid recommendation to me
  14. here is an opinion from the guy who had similar condition and is now a qigong teacher: http://flowingzen.com/1461/the-small-universe/ on second thought: tao stillness has some serious experience in therapeutic setting with it, I'd also check with him
  15. Stillness movement in China

I don't know much sorry. I'm aware that there were some workshops in Italy, and that they were teaching in China, that's all. I'd expect there'll be more info available on Chinese internet.
  16. Lee Holden - is it worth?

In Czech republic, from those I would vouch for without hesitation, there is Hunyuan Qigong by Pavel Codl in Prague, and a Xing Yi Neigong teacher from China (perhaps a bit hidden, don't know if he's teaching openly). Then there are some Gui Gen qigong teachers, Zhong Yuan Qigong (don't know much about), Eight Brocades definitely, there are even some Chinese teachers settled in Prague and Brno, mostly martial arts teachers but occasionally teaching qigong. Eagle in the Nest style, albeit non-traditional, has strong community and regular events and seemed OK to me. Lee Holden is in Mantak Chia's lineage, there is Tao Centrum Praha if you are into their teachings. Small czech qigong discussion group on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/240299659345455/
  17. Lee Holden - is it worth?

It all depends on what you are looking for, your expectations, standards, etc. I could write why I have decided not to pursue anything from Holden, but it would be just my brain dump nothing more. Different people have different (some even strange :-) criteria. Live teaching is better than online, if the teacher is good. He'll correct what you are doing wrong. On a quick check I see there is also a solidly looking Zhineng qigong institute in Austria with various teaching places. Zhineng qigong is famous for healing purposes.
  18. Mo Pai Levels

Many arts went through centuries with 1-2 lineage holders at a time just fine. The problem is to find those 1-2 serious practitioners, not thousands of consumers.
  19. GMDW accepted him despite being former Lacy student. Terry Dunn had a Skype call with Grandmaster Doo Wai recently, and wrote this in the Flying Phoenix thread on this forum: "I confirmed with Grandmaster Doo Wai (again) that Sifu Garry Hearfield in Australia has learned the most amount of Kung Fu and most advanced Kung Fu systems within the Bai Hu Pai (Cantonese: Bok Fu Pai) tradition from him --including Bok Fu Pai, Omei Mountain Bak Mei and Tibetan Burning Palm Kung Fu systems. Again, Sifu Garry is thus GM Doo Wai's chosen and designated successor to carry on the task of preserving and teaching the Bai Hu Pai family of arts that he has learned to the next generations." full post is http://www.thedaobums.com/topic/12639-flying-phoenix-chi-kung/?p=682118 That's not allegedly, WBBM is the actual source for this information.
  20. Some retreat attendees are on the FB group, https://www.facebook.com/groups/EasternInternalArts/
  21. Potent Systems

I did BFSYG too shortly. Yes it's good. In what I have seen from Yadi there are no static sitting meditations at all. Teachers from this lineage teach static sitting, and advanced forms and systems (like Tao Ahn Pai), face-to-face only.
  22. Potent Systems

No idea about Neikung 1-2-3. The Taoist Monk Qigong, it's hard to say as there is little to compare against for someone who didn't train personally, this lineage teaches openly but is against publishing. From the little I could see and read elsewhere, I'd say main sets of Taoist Monk Qigong were authentic forms of that lineage (Yellow Dragon monastery). Standing Six Character Shen Set (sitting you can only learn personally, there are more teachers, main teacher-lineage inheritor is Juanita Lew), Cloud Hands set, Bone Marrow set. The rest, I don't remember much (there was some walking set at the end, the other bits and pieces escape me), this is what I was interested in.
  23. Potent Systems

He claims he works pretty long hours (perhaps 12 hours a day, don't take my word for it) as reflexologist/massage therapist. Anyway...leaving personality besides...he is as far as I'm aware, the only one who has put a more significant amount of trainings of Share K. Lew lineage on DVD or multimedia download . (Yes I know of the other 3 teachers who did as well, but to what seemed to me a lesser extent - from their DVD descriptions at least. It's not the Tao Ahn Pai itself either, but more than there seemed to be available elsewhere.) He learned from 3 direct students in that lineage and maintains more or less traditional relationship with his teachers - eg. asked for permission when he did a small change to one of the movements in a form, and is open about where he learned (when permitted by the teacher). That's good enough for me, I was interested in what was not available elsewhere and he had it. (Maybe not anymore, I heard he replaced his original Taoist Monk Qigong DVD with different content.) I don't understand his marketing talk about 2 hours to 20 minutes, that's something he would have to explain, he is quite approachable.
  24. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

The trouble is that the quality of your presence in present moment has enormous effect on the outcome of your qigong practice. What do you do besides your qigong practice? Some meditation or mindfulness practices (loving-kindness, gratitude, mindful breathing,...), some rigorous physical activity, what do you eat plays role,... Once you are more in the present moment, you shall start reaping more benefits.
