  1. Looking for guidance

As advice from my search and my experimentation there is no better starting point than to start with Flying Phoenix. (I base myself on my own experience and on the enormous amount of recommendations by other users in this forum). I leave you the web pages that have been recommended and have caught my attention during my personal study in this forum (ordered by importance according to me): Sifu Terrence Dunn - Flying Phoenix http://taichimania.com/ Rudi https://authenticneigong.com/ John Dolic http://www.qigongchinesehealth.com/chi-qigong Nathan Brine https://online.nathanbrine.com/ Tom Bisio https://www.internalartsinternational.com/programs/daoist-meditation/ Damo mitchell https://damomitchell.com/damomitchellneigong/ Master Lomax https://stillnessmovement.com/ Da Xuan's https://sergeaugier.com/courses/ Quareia https://www.quareia.com/apprentice-module-1 I am currently focusing on the first two items on this list and the last three I have not fully validated or researched. All the other points I know have some validation and/or feedback that you can investigate for yourself using the forum's search function. Good trip on this road
  2. I still can't give an important experience review since it's only been two weeks since I started. But it's a real deal. Rudi is very kind and has a great ability to teach, explain and answer our questions. The best thing is that there is no self promotion or something egocentric, the explanations are direct to the point without detours. The exercises are simple to carry out with a fairly logical and safe progression. Even the price is very accessible to everyone and I can say with certainty that the community formed in discord is incredible, the topics and the conversations that take place are very didactic, I have taken many notes for my own personal research. Today with what I have seen and practiced I am sure that I have taken a great opportunity.
  3. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

Sifu Terry, I hope you are very well these days, I am very grateful for the details transmitted in the zoom classes, they have helped me a lot to improve the long form meditation. And thank you very much for sharing these verses, especially the stories related to your teachers, these are always impressive and inspiring! Have a Happy Holidays Sifu, Jonathan Tapia
  4. Spanish Daoist

Hi z4py, nice to meet you! Por las mismas razones entre al foro hace ya un tiempo, ha sido muy interesante los puntos de investigaciĂłn que te da estudiar los diferentes hilos de conversaciones. Soy de Chile por cierto, sudamerica. bienvenido!
  5. Which QiGong form to start?

About two years ago I was asking myself the same question. I recommend from my experience that you study the forum very deeply, it is a true treasure of information. (Literally do data mining using the search option) Of course there is misinformation too but you will create an idea with everything. You will eventually find other very similar posts with book recommendations, lineages and qigong types. (And other very good ones on the dangers and deviations of qi.) In my little experience I recommend the same as @Rara : Zhan Zhuang, Ba Dua Jin and sitting meds. (don't underestimate ZZ try to do 1hr+ every day ). I take this opportunity to thank everyone in the forum for the contribution they make, it has helped me a lot to obtain research points for my personal growth.
  6. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

I have had an account for a few years and I have been learning a lot in the role of "observer", there are many very interesting threads but the information to do "data mining" here is incredible. @asavakkhaya Thank you very much for this contribution. Share with the forum that I started my first FP practices at the beginning of this year (when the first DVD arrived at my house), and I have been attending the classes that Terry Dunn gives every Sunday via Zoom. ( these last two months ).I highly recommend attending these classes, they will serve to learn about the TTP exercises and the missing subtleties that the DVD's cannot give you, and you can ask Sifu Terry any question at the end of the class. Thank everyone for generating such an incredible thread of information, I have learned a lot.
  7. New member - long introduction (sorry)

Very interesting history I hope you find what you're looking for!
  8. I just finish of read this thread of posting, and then see this post : @squashedface I hope you find useful
