What I don't understand is from the three individuals I talked with who either beat him up or witnessed him being beaten for his bullying and megalomania, he never learns his lesson and continues acting the same way in spite of very unsubtle and stern warnings to shape up or ship out.

He is regarded as a charlatan by qualified people. The only people who praised him never actually developed or learned proper internal development because sensations do not indicate progress. You are essentially looking for five star reviews from Amazon by trying to defend Frantzis rather than listening to engineers and scholars who know what they're talking about, who has documented history of abuse and being schooled by actual teachers who beat him up for being a bully. Those "victories" are also misinformation, but I'm reasonably certain you're not willing to do due diligence to investigate and research.

Reiki may offer some healing, but often I find people practicing it become egomaniacs to the point that I knew one woman who has an entire cult around her healing abilities that some magicians identified as her already inviting demonic entities, whereas another woman used it to sexually prey on her clients and students and threaten them when they no longer submitted to her. She was Amber Heard and Evan Rachel Wood before they started their hoaxes (yes, both are hoaxes; look it up) and added the element of spiritual healing. Those symbols are basically cattle brands that attract entity influence, while those who scoff at it have either never learned real faqi or too caught up in power delusions.

So whether someone is able to manipulate weather or not, I once heard this story from one teacher talking to a Daoist master in the 1980s who was asked by the Chinese PLA why he couldn't just control the weather all the time to put out forest fires or deal with droughts like the heat wave now in China. The master simply said "It goes against nature and there will be consequences doing it often." Said heat wave and drought in China now plus a typhoon greater than the one I experienced last December is now striking the northern part of the country I'm in: if where I was ended up being a threat signal 4 out of 5, the incoming one now is a signal 5. TTP is taught directly as it is not on the DVDs. You may attend the group streaming classes or do one-on-ones with him.
